@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

@Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

& I can see it pending for the full £200+. So I call @Plusnet again, & say I'm sorry but I don't have £200 atm & that won't debit. They're all apologies again, don't worry, they'll make sure the incorrect charges are removed & that my service won't be affected by the DD return.

Today a TalkTalk fanboy happy with their contract being broken told me that the only ISPs in the UK are TalkTalk, Sky, Plusnet, BT, Vodafone and Virgin Came as a bit of a surprise to me, and loads of friends I know in the industry are presumably part of some elaborate tax scam

@plusnethelp are you having issues in the Honiton, Devon area. Several households appear to be having issues with Plusnet the last few days. Can't play youtube/netflix on TV without annoying buffering!

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Plusnet down 2-3 days again, I'm seeking legal advice, these cheeky sods charged me £70 for an engineer who was here less than 20 minutes and within 15 minutes of him leave no internet again, worst provider in history, please stay clear of these

@Plusnet quoting award winning customer service... not in my case. Been absolutely dreadful so far and I’m only a week in! Constant barriers to closing the contract and passed from pillar to post. Customer service abysmal.

.@WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet @plusnethelp just wondering why an elderly and vulnerable customer is still without phone/WiFi for over a week? She cannot live in her home without access to careline. 12 phone calls - with 81 minutes on hold, no one calling back when promised.

15th March comes. Phone line set up, but when I call @Plusnet the broadband won't be ready until 22nd March, as an engineer has to come out to fix what they shut off remotely. This is then delayed to 23rd March. I start a job after 6 months of looking on 22nd. I need internet.

@GeordieJoeHardy Well that's my extensive knowledge of networks exhausted then! I've got devolo Powerline adaptors, Plusnet said it was them causing my router to just stop. User community said it was a firmware update. Switched to BT, no problems. I guess if the new one works problem solved.

...off my bill. Well, thank you, but I have no money because my giant mobile bill just came out. So I can't. I just have to sit here & wait for @Plusnet to work out what's wrong & call me back & hopefully fix.
