@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

@Plusnet I'm appalled at your customer service, my wife and I separately tried to call up about the ongoing broadband issues, and your telephone system said "sorry we're too busy for your call, try again at a better time." So essentially we don't matter enough. #iwanttoleave.

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

@Plusnet is PlusNet broadband down in south Devon? Router restarted, looks ok, router login says broadband fine but nothing is connecting. Bed. On hold half an hour already and it’s my birthday today and need my internet to work! Please help x
