    @Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @Plusnet I’ve changed phones. Other people are having trouble according to the farm shop. My phone works fine elsewhere so it’s just this location that is the problem.

    @Plusnet Why does my phone keep telling me i'm not registered on the network when I try to make calls or use 4G? Weirdly its showing a signal though, it doesn't say emergency calls only or anything? I'm paying for a service I can't use!!

    Day four with no access to my emails. @Plusnet claim to have Net-ops working hard on the issue but all they have done is disable my password and fob me off, At my wits end now as the Sheffield customer service team throw ''rate our service'' texts at me. Seriously?

    @Plusnet Can someone please activate my SIM as agreed in DMs. I am disabled and have been left without a network all day! I’ve already been made to jump hoops and hurdles. This is getting ridiculous how hard you make it for disabled customers. Too many barriers!

    @AnnSkelly3 would go for Plusnet, TT are quite bad, openreach engineers don't recommend th they laugh when mentioned

    @Plusnet Hoping you can help. My internet keeps cutting out. Orange light on the hub flashes, then the red b appears followed by the blue light coming back on. Keeps happening. Any ideas why?

    @Plusnet I'd like some help as to why I've waited so long for my broadband to start, I started a contract with you on the 17th July, nearly 2 weeks later, still no sign of router, or a mention of when it's arriving? I've paid for nearly half a month of broadband to have no internet at all
