@Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

Well yet again waited in all morning for our plusnet service to be connected from 8am to 1pm. This the second time they have not turned up. After assurances this time they will be there on time. So it is evident BT Outreach or BT Plusnet are totally incompetent.

Hey @Plusnet @plusnethelp. My contract with you ends next month. I am more than happy to renew because I love the service you offer but think I could find a cheaper deal if I signed up with someone new. Is there any decent deals you can offer me to renew? Thanks in advance!
