Bairdy 💙 (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.
