    @Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

    @CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

    @AmirTaghan @Plusnet Although Plusnet didn't mention it, check with your bank it could be cancelled on your end, and when Plusnet come to collect it could potentially cause problems later on. So check there if cancelled, contact Plusnet to set up a new DD mandate.

    @Plusnet still only getting 10.45 mbps on ethernet connection. This is ongoing problem guess you don't like keeping customers just getting new customers. Oh and before you tell me it's my end I used to get 50mbps with Talk Talk and when I first signed up with you.

    @Plusnet Hi Adam, thanks for reaching out, The local network was fine. I just gave the router a hard reset and after a long reboot I was back online. No worries.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp heading into the 4th week with restricted phone service. No real answer from tweets, phone calls or emails. I think it’s time to move on. Sorry to all our customers who maybe trying to call.

    @Plusnet cut my broadband off but never even sent me a single bill and I haven't been notified of any issues with my direct debit. Poor service. This needs to be fixed so I can work!

    Hi @Plusnet Having broadband issues nearly every night for the last month. Keeps cutting out, for up to an hour sometime, shouldn’t be happening this much. Please sort this out.
