@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@Plusnet No 1 for customer service? Don't think so. Waiting for 4 days for internet to be provisioned, and told confirmed appointments with open reach are no longer confirmed. You won't talk to open reach for us. Sat in limbo with our bosses asking why we can't work. Useless.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 45 mins of my life I’ll never get back to be no further along either!! 3 kids at home needing services and your agent basically says “I can’t help” if this is award winning I’d hate to see who came last!!

@plusnethelp I need someone to check out Broadband connection and phone line. Receiving 2.6 Mbps and 0.7. Neighbour getting 34.82 and 7.56 on PlusNet. Your chat service was useless. Phone line same.

To follow up @Plusnet @plusnethelp we've spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on phone (inc placed on hold 3 times) re a simple technical support issue, to be told that we'd likely have to wait 24-48 hours for the ticket to be read by the support team there, never mind get a resolution.😝

@Plusnet We have a terribly unstable connection and despite informing you, it remains unresolved. I have 2teenagers who are being disadvantaged further by your inept service. They cannot participate in their home learning successfully due to your poor service

@Plusnet currently Internet service is dropping out once or twice every hour @DN22 6UF and has been ever since I upgraded. What's the problem? impossible to carry on a meeting.
