    @Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

    @cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

    Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

    @robertmain_ @plusnethelp Plusnet does support dialup yes. It might work better than VDSL the way things are currently going

    No one has apologised I just want the internet back, we have had no internet all over Christmas and was told it would be back yesterday but sat here today and nothing Plusnet are the worst internet provider I have ever been with.

    @Plusnet Anoush, This is now getting ridiculous (and on a public forum too).. you’ve sent a number to ring (we are aware of this number)… but as mentioned before and messaged .. we cannot ring out - even to this number! Once again .. poor service!

    @virginmedia @mikenco Why is none of that investment on your customer service? Been trying for hours today to cancel phone, text, chat, now waiting for WhatsApp. Meanwhile signing up to Plusnet has been smooth as butter. Absolutely shocking customer service, again from virgin.

    @NOWHelpTeam No bro not how it works there is 3 things connected on WIFI and im on ethernet 10 gigabit so you tell me why someone on ethernet 10 gigabit it getting 1000 MS on UK servers alone, it even take me so long to load webpages and im paying £32 for this crap, even plusnet is better

    @Plusnet As mentioned… no problem with networks having occasional probs.. its bound to happen. But when the only way a customer can communicate a prob to you guys is via Twitter .. then that is a poor service. Anyway.. hope it’s fixed soon

    Dear @Plusnet Into our 2nd day and we STILL can’t make phone calls/text from our mobiles. We took all our family phones out with you. We were told yesterday afternoon to switch mobile on/off and remove sim .. it did not work. Now told 24-48hours?! Poor customer service.

    Dear @Plusnet All our phones are with you.. we can’t ring/text. Husband and I have both contacted you. Told now fixed and to switch phone off/remove sim. Still not working/fixed Husband contacted you at 3.32pm - no response. Still not working.
