If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

@Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis
