We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. Itβs now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

Bairdy π (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me Β£28 for 18mth contract. I pay Β£27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.
