    @purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp "We'll do you proud..." ?? Really!! A line manager won't offer a call back within 2 hours, instead reverse pass to another colleague 24 hours later. Very , very disillusioned with the complaint procedure. @SkyHelpTeam have always been faultless.

    Any one else in the #Helmshore #Haslingden area using @Plusnet experiencing appalling download speeds. As usual the marketing calls start offering you an upgrade then as usual your existing speeds drop off a cliff and guess what customer service closed #NotHappy

    @LeanintoDesign @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland @ASBO_Allstar I had a customer who was paying for the 500M service but it was absolutely dire - mainly due to the Hitron but also because they'd oversold the "business" service that was actually running on the normal fibre network

    @RischDesigns @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland Thanks for the advice both you and @ASBO_Allstar have said a similar thing so I guess it's a negotiation down in price with a new router to fix @virginmedia crap hardware.

    @cazroz @bt_uk My contract is up next month and I'm leaving them too. Don't get Plusnet, their customer service has also gone down the pan. I'm thinking of Vodafone or EE. My Dad has Vodafone mobile contact and their customer service has been excellent the couple of times I've spoken to them

    @plusnethelp Hi Lauren. Thanks for chatting. Sadly, for Plusnet, poor service resulted in me leaving you so there's nothing ongoing that you need to worry about with regards to me. Maybe sort my brother's connection issues out and impress me to entice me back in the future.

    @LeanintoDesign @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland I just use the VM router as a modem & have my own router on the other side. Also avoid the Hitron router - if you thought the SuperHub was bad then expect worse from the Hitron

    @fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland 🤣🤣

The issue is though if something has happened to my line switching over it'd do no good to jump elsewhere now. I did say that to them. And if they mess me round much longer I will try to leave
