@robertmain_ @plusnethelp Plusnet does support dialup yes. It might work better than VDSL the way things are currently going

@purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

Mobile network in Cardiff has been down for hours. I've had to get a taxi to my 90 year old mother's house to check on her, who is also a #plusnet customer. We depend on telephone communication! No update or explanation from @plusnethelp @Plusnet #PlusnetProblems

If you want a new broadband supplier don’t go to @Plusnet We @MarkOneMusic & I did. We had a broadband problem in Nov 2020 & reported it. It’s now almost Feb we still have broadband issues & no landline. 3 @OpenreachHelp engineers in house, way more outside. #useless

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet It is…I never experienced anything like this before. I can read emails on my phone as IMAP seems to be working but for my work I need it on my PC and that required POP3 which now doesn’t work…but it did on Friday!

@plusnet I’ve tried the pop3 settings for madasafish (which worked on Friday), freenetname (that worked last Monday) and plusnet (never worked) and none work…all saying my username / password not recognised HELP!

@Plusnet I've had a long running issue with my broadband and your support staff told me I would be compensated at £8 per day. It appears to have finally be resolved and I've received a £15 credit on my account? huh? The ticket has been closed so I can't object. Ticket: 217876974
