@Plusnet cannot sign in cannot get thro to c services an automated computer voice cuts into the call

  • calumr1988 Calum (@calumr1988) reported

@Plusnet I'm not going to agree to this with the threat of a fee for not being provided with a connection that I pay for and the issue has only occurred since this morning. Maybe if you fix the issues quickly without threatening engineer fees, then you'd reduce the complaints 2/2

@Plusnet Also why has it taken 5 phone calls for that to be sorted... its a total joke.. your customer service is crap.. and so is the internet service... yet i still dont hear back unless i put stuff on here to you lot... absolute joke..

@Plusnet #PlusNetMobile the only network not to support UK government's SMS phishing/spam reporting service on 7726 - when are you going to fix this?

  • calumr1988 Calum (@calumr1988) reported

@Plusnet Maybe instead of sending a snotty email on the account (not here), you should just fix the issue rather than say it'll cost £65 if no fault is found for an engineer visit. 1/2
