    @purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

    @Antlady69 I was with Sky and switched to Plusnet. The problem appears to be with BT who own the infrastructure.

    Good grief @Plusnet - I've been passed around 2 different departments, been on the phone for 1hr, 25mins thus far, all because someone in your business has accidentally terminated my service instead of transferring my old number onto my new service with you

    @Plusnet If I were able to successfully recoup all the costs of all the phone data I’ve had to buy and use when your service was sporadic then you would go out of business. I’m absolutely sick of it (43 BT wholesale engineers). Yet again using phone data. Just waiting for Virgin!

    @Plusnet Bandit CEO is running short on cash so has instructed his gang of Cowboys 2 increase charges 2 help fund his life style. 2wks No service=No compensation=No reply from CEO=Zero customer service. been waiting 30 months. Many other victims have also been waiting. Avoid!!!

    @Plusnet Your billing procedures are a complete joke, 7 months to process a bill at which point I am asked to pay it within 7 days. This is just the latest billing issue after we were overcharged by over £100 previously and had to wait 2 months for the refund to be processed.

    @Plusnet Sorry plusnet but every time there's a problem with my bill you restrict my service and the only thing you restrict is the site so I can't pay my bill, you then charge me extra because I can't pay, I try to pay through phone and you tell me to wait for the restriction

    @plusnethelp When we spoke to support on the 2nd of October, they promised within 48 hours that we'd have an engineer appointment. Please sort this out ASAP, it's not acceptable to be left in the dark re status and progress when such long timescales are in hand. #plusnet

    @Plusnet Can’t watch s podcast. That would be a luxury with the internet service you provide! My internet drops out every 30 seconds. That would make watching a podcast impossible, I’m sure you would agree. Would be nice if you could fix it as I pay you every month for an internet service
