    @purpperil @Plusnet @plusnethelp I had 4 msgs delivered today, all sent by sender yesterday. Not downloading emails, can't connect to Twitter - all they said was "nobody else has rung in with the same complaint". Offered 20p for "loss of service".

    @Antlady69 I was with Sky and switched to Plusnet. The problem appears to be with BT who own the infrastructure.

    @sxaTech @Plusnet I gave up and switched to skybb cos it was all of a pound cheaper. Both plusnet and sky routers are bad, sky’s one is moderately worse.

    @Plusnet unregulated Bandit provider with a Cowboy CEO 2 b Avoided at all cost do not become their next victim. 2wks No service=No compensation=No reply from CEO=Zero customer service, been waiting 27 months but this provider who does not provide will not pay up. Avoid Plusnet!!!

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I'm wondering if your service is as bad as your capacity to dispatch a router. I've signed up with you on 25th June, paid 1 year line rental in advance, and until today 15th July I didn't receive my router!!! You don't even give me a royal mail track number!

    @mintuz @imjacobclark @SkyHelpTeam @Plusnet Yeah it's all well and good going on sky's website and they're all, "Well we've got 40mpbs to your router!". That means absolutely nothing and proves absolutely nothing. Their service went down recently and all the website could say was that my "home setup" was wrong. Was it eck.

    @plusnethelp CS already run tests, this is when they were told the router/wiring were not plusnet's responsibility as they are over 12 months old, and in a roundabout way, pay £65 or leave for another BB supplier. Excellent customer retention policies right there. #gladimwithvirginmedia
