    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Naturally the only people actually responding to my tweets are scammers. Nothing new there. How embarrassing is it that the people faking being your company's customer service do a better job of pretending to help customers than you do actually helping them.

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

    @tandleman @Plusnet Plusnet have sold your email to Greenby. Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation
