    This is the standard reply from plusnet customer services when they cannot be bothered to-ensure fairplay to customers Hi there. Thank you for your message :) I've checked your account and can see that the reward expired in February this year. Unfortunately, this being the case

    @Plusnet Yes it arrived eventually but as you know I was not happy to lose service for over a day. The ported number worked straight away but the sim reports itself to the phone with its original number which has cause some issue using it for second factor authentication

    @Plusnet new customer to broadband on 19th July, 6 days later still not working. Every day my issue is being handed to the fault team, repeated again today. Unbelievably poor.

    @Plusnet I hung up and called back and had to lie by pretending I wanted to leave. I then had a 37 minute conversation with an operator who kept telling me how many awards for customer service @Plusnet have won and how easy it is to reach a call centre.
