    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp New customer desperately needing a decent wifi/Internet connection and service thus far is woeful. Can't talk to anyone in Customer Service! Help!

    Is anyone else having problems with @ScotNational ? For the past several days I keep getting DNS errors (can't find the web site) not my end as everything else is working OK via PlusNet.

    @Plusnet It should be straight forward but your colleagues sent new router to old address and failed to take down our new contact number correctly so BT couldn't arrange to connect us. Crap service #Plusnet

    @Plusnet Your Plusnet service should go live in your new home within a few days of moving in, and we won't charge you anything until it does. Very rarely you might need a phone line installing in your new home, but we'll talk you through all of that when you give us a call.

    @Plusnet New customer trying to get connected, now 12 days late! I didn't realise they were so shut, what can I do? Calling involves a 40 minute wait, then you are lied to....

    @StripeyMiata @lebanondisco I used to like Plusnet for their customer service They're bt now, and they didn't offer FTTP

    I have no Plusnet Mobile service for the last two days on three different mobile phones in my household suggesting this may be a Plusnet mobile network issue. I cannot send texts of make calls. Any suggestions on how I resolve this issue please?
