@plusnethelp Awful customer service from Plusnet. Since placing my broadband order almost a week ago I have been passed from pillar to post and no one cares. My "go live" date keeps being pushed back and I have no broadband as I have just moved into a flat (rent). Poor service.

I have rented a flat in Cardiff since the beginning of July that I have only stayed in for 3 weeks max due to multiple lockdowns, wifi issues with @Plusnet meaning my best access to study resources are at home, and university saying we now cannot return. @BBCWatchdog #rentfornowt

@plusnethelp I do hope that each and every customer leaves plusnet behind. Appaling phone attitude when you can get through, rubbish broadband reliability, non existent email or complaints process and no refund for your shite service.

Hey @Plusnet 👋 can you point me in the direction of where I can cancel the BT Sport App from my account please? Also, I appear to have been overcharged for January, it’s listed on my bill twice, 1 at £11.13, 1 at £15.00...
