@plusnethelp After being on hold for 37 minutes on my mobile, talk to tech support who send me to a closed 'provisioning' service which auto ends the call. Problem still unresolved. Terrible, terrible #customerservice. I expect better. Meanwhile elderly parents cut off. @Plusnet

@plusnethelp @plusnet no phone no internet for 24hrs. Chat doesn't work, an hour waiting on the phone doesn't work & you're not answering DMs. I tested the line (like the way you get customers to do the work for you) & there is a fault on the line. What am I paying you for?

@AgiBergman @bt_uk Zen are good but very expensive. I'd recommend TalkTalk. They've just opened a new call centre in Salford too, where they're headquartered. Plusnet are part of the BT Group so I'd treat that with a pinch of salt. Maybe CityFibre have connected your new home to Fibre?

@plusnethelp I spent 2.5 hours this morning on the phone to plusnet, who told me that broadband tests showed the problem as internal to my property, eventually a new router was ordered. Plusnet failed to mention the major bt outage in my area and lo it now works. Not impressed.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet I'm trying to help my 92 year old, deaf, father in law report a broadband and phone issue to you. What a shockingly bad site you offer. A fault system that loops you back to the starting point, no online chat connection.

@Plusnet Hi. My router seems to be dropping out daily, my wired and WiFi connections stop. I’ve only had Plusnet for 6 days. Can someone help?

@Plusnet never said need a new router for upgrade, never ordered one & said because of Xmas & COVID without internet/TV until Jan. No way to original until router turned up. Leaving a person living on their own in Tier 3 without the service I payed for is unacceptable.

Disappointed with @Plusnet for not resolving my broadband issues and for not acknowledging any tweets to them either. @plusnethelp
