    @Plusnet Your automatic email system is broken. It sends out erroneous billing messages. You should also know that your website is shockingly bad, and needs a makeover. It makes a difference, your competition is doing it much better.

    @Plusnet dont go to them they dont tell you the correct amount by month they dont take the d/d then they terminate ur services incuding the phone so u cant make payments plusnet we do u proud not they customer service argue with u as well

    @plusnethelp Am slightly concerned that I'm getting almost daily nuisance call from different mobile numbers, but all leaving same message in foreign language. But I've literally never used my Plusnet number and no one should have it. I've only used it for mobile data. Is (1/2)

    @plusnethelp I have signed up to plusnet and service is due to go live on 28th, have received the router, but as yet no date for fibre installation. Shouldn't this have been installed by the live date?

    @MelJD46 @exRAF_Al Plusnet have the advantage of UK call centre, great for any tech issues.

    @Plusnet @IM_org I would imagine most parents, as well as their children who rely on you for Internet ask "how can I get on the internet". Terrible broadband, awful router and WiFi range, and even worse customer service.

    @plusnethelp we have just switched to plusnet and are waiting for our broadband- our telephone is up and running but nothing about our broadband even though our previous provider cut our connection today -can you help?

    @plusnethelp Why isn't anyone at Plusnet attempting to fix Broadband Safeguard not working? It has been nearly a month now. It really is disgusting that porn and other stuff is easily available to the kids in our house on the internet due to Safeguard not working.😡
