@plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

No internet for 6 days! Insult to injury I was on the phone to your call centre for 25 mins……..asked to speak to a manager.. they put me through to another call handler who cut me off WTF!! #talktalk your company sucks! I’ve moved to #plusnet

@MoneySavingExp Do not use Plusnet. They've left me for over a week with no number, data, texts because they have porting issues. They've known since 12 April yet are still selling them.
