@Plusnet business - haven't used support in ages, it looks like you are using obfuscation to reduce support. "We're always up for a chat", follow the prompts, expecting to get to a "none of the above" and raise a ticket. Nope! So why not say "we no longer offer online chats"?

@Plusnet Apparently my bill is increasing at the rate of inflation plus 3.9%. How you can you say it is increasing at this rate then add another 3,9% on? That's stupid. You mean you are putting prices up 9,9% which is absolutely ridiculous. Rethinking my ISP after 10 years.

@MeNigeStew I've been using @Plusnet for the past 3 months. Their customer service is amazing! Can't say the same for @BritishGas unfortunately.
