    @Plusnet @plusnethelp New customer desperately needing a decent wifi/Internet connection and service thus far is woeful. Can't talk to anyone in Customer Service! Help!

    @Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks

    @WeAreOpenreach Have you actually read my post. ? We have not had a satisfactory response from Plusnet . Can you provide a telephone number for customer services or the appropriate department.

    @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

    Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

    @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

    @Plusnet trying to cancel my account as i am leaving and travelling abroad for the rest of this year, was on the phone 14 mins, the que said 20 mins then got cut off, anyone else had an issue. #plusnet

    @Plusnet Hello, We have contacted Plusnet and Ofcom. As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
