The funniest part of the @bt_uk installation was when one of the people installing plusnet to get away from **** @virginmedia said to the younger one... did he offer you a drink?? I've worked on behalf of bt before and done interviews with them... no free drink for me no free drink for them! They get a solid 7.5 for the install though! Even gave some free financial coaching...

@Plusnet the worst possible service ever, make promises they cannot keep, leaving my contract early to go with @SkyHelpTeam at least they have some sort of idea of customer service and actually respond to their customers messages #goodriddance #plusnet #awful

@Plusnet Look the top and bottom of this is that your service is crap you don’t advise when your testing which has resulted in me being disconnected from work meetings my dd is being cancelled I’m not paying for something that never works
