    Yesterday I was told that as it's their error I won't be charged the monthly fee from John Lewis (I'm pretty sure I've already been charged by plusnet for this month) but today the YOU'RE OUT OF CONTRACT sized bill turned up in my email. Aren't other people's mistakes fun to fix

    Having the worst few days of switching to @Plusnet, firstly I didn't receive the sim for 13 days, part of it thanks to @RoyalMail. Then when I popped it in, I am not able to connect to internet. I am out of any kind of mobile internet for about 6 days now!!

    43 days now without phone and broadband Plusnet tell meOpenreach have to much work have not got an engineer available you would have thought after 6 weeks they would have found one after continually telling people are working on the issue what a load of lies

    @Plusnet Thanks. I just don't understand how 4 engineers have been sent out to me now and none of them have spotted this issue? Was also meant to receive a call from a manager about this ongoing issue - that hasn't happened either!
