LauraKE (@laurakwales) reported from Ferryside, Wales@Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

Jay Bazely 🇬🇧 (@bazely2354) reported@GameTimeAsia Plusnet does this **** too, what i do is load up the call app info from holding down the app symbol, force quit it and it usually gets rid of it, might need to delete the voicemail first though.

1 /1 Mull™® 🏴🇪🇺❤️🇺🇦❤️ (@1of1Mull) reported@AndyWoodturner Same issues … moved from BT to Plusnet, broadband was capped at 1Mb (!), went back to BT who refused to remove the cap!! Moved again to John Lewis, who removed the cap. JL is a Plusnet wrapper, BT own Plusnet, so own JL service. It absolutely stinks !!!

Rich Allen (@RichfromSheff) reported@ConstableChaos Indeed, it was 4 months on Monday since I started with Sky for Fibre and Landline after telling Plusnet to *******, their customer service went to the wall when they were bought by BT IMO, and don't get me started on their annoying on hold playlist.

kaylee budge (@kayleebudgie) reported@Plusnet my internet seems to have stopped work, I’ve tried all options can someone help?
-
Chris Devlin (@christoffski82) reported@Plusnet direct debit cancelled, quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever paid for a service from.
-
Tony Nicol #IStandWithUkraine (@TonyNicol3) reported@AndyWoodturner @Forest2Furnitur We were with Plusnet but when we installed fibre (laid the cable ourselves) we couldn't stay with them because at that time BT wouldn't allow Plusnet to offer a fibre service. But that has changed, now, so it's quite possible we'll be back with Plusnet this December.
