I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging ยฃ4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better ยฃ20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or Iโm leaving - they matched it (nearly) ๐

Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. Theyโre so bad Iโm moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

Todayโs engineer M group in behalf of OpenReach couldnโt get the 900MB full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help
