    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @Plusnet I am having problems this morning with the Internet . The blue line is lit on the router but I can not connect to the Internet. What can I do ?

    Hey @Plusnet! My broadband has been down for over an hour now! What's happening? Blue light on the router but no Internet connection or landline. Not great when working from home 😕

    @hareinthefire @Plusnet @pfrr Apparently no known issues, but going to complete tests, that was 30mins ago, it's all gone very quiet from the diagnostic bot.

    @Plusnet Please provide eta on current outage. The bot has obviously resigned in protest. Need to get back to work. Blue light on router but no internet. Since 10.38am today in Derbyshire, I would like to keep my job if that's OK. Need an urgent update.

    @Plusnet its very hard to run a business with no card machine, Internet and crappy landline any ETA on when our service might be restored??
