    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    If you're wondering where my stream went, my @Plusnet router got so hot that it's started MELTING. It's not just their service that's horrible. Their products are, too 👌

    @silidt Hi there Si and I hope you're doing OK, we did experience a brief outage on our mobile network around the time you messaged us, that's now fixed but I'm really sorry for any disruption that caused. Please do get back to me if there's still an issue - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

    @Ofcom Please can you investigate and do something about Plusnet. They offer services and cannot provide them. I signed an unlimited fibre extra and from day one. I have never received the speed. Complained and get excuse after excuses.

    @OpenreachHelp Sadly Plusnet have not been informed of this power outage in fact we usually tell them. I work from home and have very little data left on my contract, batteries need replacing regularly and consistently until a permanent fix is made. It's 2022 we should not have to beg for a fix
