@Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

I'm trying to help a relative who is a Plusnet customer, so it'd be good to know if you're having any issues at the moment 😬 (home network is fine, DSL is up, just nothing on the Internet is reachable)

@Plusnet Still having issues when I login to member centre I'm afraid. This happens in both Chrome and MS Edge. My details flash up briefly while the page loads and then disappears.

I saw another tweet about site problems when on Plusnet and tried on my phone using mobile data and its fine. Seems to be a problem somewhere between Plusnet and your site.
