    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @Plusnet I joined in Dec. Promised ยฃ150 voucher. Claimed it. Never arrived. Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Pay up!

    @Plusnet another weekend, another two days of my wifi dropping out constantly. Iโ€™ve gone through the help text service, twice now, and still no difference. Itโ€™s gone beyond a joke.

    Forced to change from @Plusnet to @EE last week. Phone did not work for 4 days. Now emails not working, can't send emails out. Do you seriously expect us to be paying for your non-existent service??

    Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

    Morning all coffees on. A dry start, no doubt followed by rain later, current issues with broadband persist. #plusnet never had a problem before but now it just keeps dropping.

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    Dear Sky, Your customer service is rubbish, our loyalty used to matter not any more. As soon as our current contract for broadband is up, we are switching to Plusnet. A pissed off customer
