    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @Plusnet It is now - by the time I got a text it said there wasn’t an issue though - would be helpful if you web updates were actually kept up to date too.

    @Plusnet 2 new sim cards ordered. Only one received today and the changeover is due to happen tomorrow therefore could be a full day without any service. Why only 1 received when ordered both the same time??

    @Plusnet So my 1st order didn’t go through my second did but I was charged for both orders. Trouble is the first payment won’t be linked to my nee account as it didn’t generate an order

    @Plusnet 20 minutes on hold. Finally get through and when CS puts me on hold I get cut off. Now i cant speak to anybody due to "High call numbers". In 10yrs as a customer ive never had a reason to complain. But tbh honest this is crap service.

    They overcharged me (more than the £10 extra) for the last 3 months, which they’ve cheerfully refunded but wouldn’t have if I hadn’t called. (The customer service rep at @Plusnet had the cheek to say “That’s why we have a customer service line”) FFS!!!! And now that I’m

    Top tip: don't provide your PAC at the point of joining @Plusnet mobile... now i have lost service on my current provider whilst i still wait for their SIM to show up 😫😓

    @bt_uk down again. Unbreakable? It's now been over 2 weeks since I've had an uninterrupted 24 hours with broadband. My advice to all my followers is to avoid @bt_uk like the plague. I've already steered one friend to PlusNet. They would have gone with Virgin if available for them

    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet Okay, purchased a property and decided to join Plusnet broadband 20th April 2022. Still no progress from Plusnet or Openreach, apparently now with 'frames management', whatever that means? Very frustrated customer, 7 weeks no progress !! More push needed?

    @Plusnet Hey just recently signed up with you but the website crashed part-way through my order. It didn't seem to have gone through so I did it again and now I've been billed twice for two seperate orders. Help!
