I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerβs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.
