  @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

  @LordoftheSplash I have told them that they can no longer access the neighbours just action bad as it is on my property . Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway

  @Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

  @Plusnet Spoke to 2 this morning. Sorry you're 5 days late, our system says no We sent email, fact you didn't receive not our problem. Why would I not claim if I knew how? I'd understand if I was months over but 5 days! Customer service....hmmmmm

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach

  @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

  Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.
