    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @Plusnet approaching an hour on hold and no reply to my DMsโ€ฆ if I didnโ€™t have to choose you as a provider I definitely wouldnโ€™t due to this shocking customer service itโ€™s just a shame I donโ€™t even have a choice

    Hey @Plusnet my mum, (a pensioner), has been trying to reach your โ€˜award winning customer serviceโ€™ team by phone but canโ€™t get through. Sheโ€™s tried everyday last week & all day today to sort her bills because youโ€™ve been over charging her. Give me a shout with your solution pls.

    @Plusnet Can you try and make the effort to respond to either the telephone (I know strange concept) or your DM's. For a 'communication' company, your actual communications are very poor indead

    @Plusnet Unfortunately I'll be moving to another network and staying there, moving elsewhere and then moving back is a lot of messing about and if I'm honest, I just can't be bothered. I also think it's a really bad policy to just cut off someone's phone at a time when they probably need
