    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @Plusnet any chance of resolving my issue. Your company took Β£22.99 for a new account from me. No account created and long wait times each time I ring getting passed to other teams. Over 40 mins so far. I simply want a refund.

    AVOID @Plusnet for yr Internet Pull you in with fake fast Internet speeds! After 2 months absolutely slow as ****! Ring up complain same old bullshit its at yr end! No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended my contract!!!

    @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, Β£30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an Β£86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

    @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

    @Plusnet Because of this, we'll be looking for 6 months free no charge of our bills with plusnet, customer service and service in general has been shocking.

    @Plusnet currently into hour 7 of my internet being down. When texting your help number it just keeps giving me an ETA of when it should be fixed which gets pushed further and further back.

    @DeviateDefiant @MoneySupermkt Go to Plusnet. Didn’t realise how **** Virgin broadband was until we switched. Great speeds, no dropping out
