Richard Holliday | Author π¬π§ (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?

Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

ImDEADasHell (@LeoIncorp) reported@Plusnet Hello! I recently bought a phone off eBay and it said it was locked to your provider! It says itβs still locked but has no name of what provider. Is there a way you can contact me and help me unlock it? Thanks!

Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@WeAreOpenreach day 8 of no internet. The pavement was dug up and our internet connection stopped. Calls to Plusnet who arranged Openreach to come out yesterday to find the fault. Openreach came yesterday and identified there was a break in the wire that was caused when the pavement was dug up. I was informed that Openreach would be out today to dig a smaller hole and fix the break. My husband spoke to Plusnet who said Openreach would update Plusnet on the 13th May. There is clearly a breakdown in communication between Plusnet and Openreach. My expectation is that Openreach will be out today, as promised, and restore our connection to the internet. We are unable to use our laptops or IPads. Even our door bell is out of action. We do everything online and this is just not acceptable. Particularly as the engineer yesterday informed me yesterday that he could not understand why we had been kept waiting for so long as they did not like leaving people off line for very long. This is not acceptable. To add insult to injury Openreach did not inform us the pavement was being dug up and therefore we did not move our car. Our drive was blocked from 9 am to 4 pm.

The Calmer Llama (@EltontoNick) reported@Plusnet Seems I can no longer log onto your community site (yes I am a customer) and your password reset doesn't work. Is this another part of the service that you're running down?
