  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @Plusnet I’ve just taken personal broadband with you. I do not wish to financially support BT Group’s documented support for Migrant Help/refugees. Please explain what contractual provision prevents me terminating without an early termination charge, and cite the specific clause.

  @MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.

  @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.
