    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    Oh ffs. My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

    @Plusnet Let all of X see how transparent Plusnet's facade of good customer service is. Asking me to call a number that does not help me and just gaslights me / lies to me each time is NOT the solution. Plusnet honouring its promises IS. Plusnet cannot be trusted and abuses its clients.

    Hi @youfibre, sent my final bill from Plusnet to the CBO email address nearly a month ago and Iโ€™ve still received no correspondence or payment for it. Can you please advise whatโ€™s the hold up as no one in customer service seems to know, just referred back to email @JeremyChelot

    @Plusnet your service is appalling. Iโ€™ve had no internet for eight days. I have to call for updates every day and you donโ€™t know whatโ€™s going on or when it will be resolved. Apparently thereโ€™s a ยฃ73 cancellation fee unless the service is down for over 30 days. Unbelievable.
