@Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

@Ofcom @Plusnet : Plusnet Mobile - service has been sown in CV47 - Southam, Warwickshire for over 24 hours. Plusnet can't be reached by 'chat' (only gives FAQ's) and can't call them. Tweeted them - ignored. I thought they were top customer service. Unacceptable & ignorant. 😡

@Plusnet Long-term customer here, TG582N router has failing wifi. Speed awful & often needs reboot to connect. DSL ok, ethernet ok. Used to be fine, no recent network changes - it's several years old, do you replace for free with whatever your current FTTC device is?

@mullallyl @Plusnet Change provider. Get out while you can. They are sneaky squeezing money from their loyal customers. Worst provider around. I’m ready to leave as soon as I can. Had nothing but rip off prices for a slow sluggish service.

@Plusnet HELP. I took over a plusnet line for paramedic students working long shifts then trying to complete assignments. I was told broadband would be live by midnight last Thursday . Then I receive email saying order cancelled.another stating it’s working. It isn’t working!
