@Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

@Plusnet Back to square 1 - if I call the Customer Service number I am asked for my Plusnet phone number. I don't have one as I'm a webmail-only customer. So I can't get through. This is why I tried Twitter.

Hi @Plusnet your service hasn't been great over the last month. Our router randomly keeps going down for a few seconds about ten times a day. What is wrong?
