I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. Mini, 🌈Cooper and 🌈Dora’s mum (@CoopandDorasMum) reported@NewForestDog I’ve been with Plusnet for 8 years. It’s only ever gone wrong during install so very reliable once up and running. Definitely easy to speak to a human. I’d rate them as ‘good enough to not leave’ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.

Please explain what contractual provision prevents me terminating without an early termination charge, and cite the specific clause.
