    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @Plusnet I am having problems this morning with the Internet . The blue line is lit on the router but I can not connect to the Internet. What can I do ?

    @ConstableChaos Meh, in December 2020 I told Talk Talk to *******, the Indian call centre was doing my head in, and I took my Fibre and Landline to local firm Plusnet, the Fibre was too slow, the Landline didn't work. I'm now with Sky for everything except mobile.

    @Plusnet You would have thought that before switching me from my old supplier (a day early) that you could have delivered your router to me wouldn't you? Basic stuff really. Now no broadband at all and wish I hadn't bothered. "Award winning customer service" are useless too.

    @Plusnet what is going on with the internet.. nationwide reports of it being down but your website says there are no errors. A lot of people work from home ! Sort it out !!

    @ConstableChaos Even Sky aren't perfect, I went with them 4 months ago after ditching Plusnet (thanks to their annoyingly **** customer service drones), requested to keep the existing landline number, and they gave me a new one, which I recently had to change again.

    @Plusnet hi, your mobile service is absolutely abysmal abroad and in the uk, your customer service is on a par with your signal if not worse. I am cancelling my contract as soon I get back from holiday.

    @AussieSimon @Plusnet Same for me. They switched it a day early too. And their "award winning customer services" couldn't give a tinkers cuss either.

    @katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet Interesting that other people have this w/ Plusnet too. We're pretty rural so thought that might be it. Sporadic and typically at the worst possible time.
