  @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

  @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

  @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

  @Plusnet I’ve just taken personal broadband with you. I do not wish to financially support BT Group’s documented support for Migrant Help/refugees. Please explain what contractual provision prevents me terminating without an early termination charge, and cite the specific clause.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
