@Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

@SharonYHaye BT. My son has BT. Twice in two years there's been a problem, each time a real live human answers the phone, takes details and gets the problem sorted. Done. I'm swapping from Plusnet to BT as soon as my contract's up!

@Plusnet spoke to agent as still not had last bill was told manager would call within 3 days last Thursday- heard nothing! How hard can it be to issue a bill you’ve blocked my account access!! Please contact and sort
