@Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

@Plusnet Hi, wondered if you could help with the signal with our wifi? The box is in the living room and the minute you leave the room the signal drops. We've had the box for 12 months since we moved in from our old house(which we never had a problem with) but WFH is an issue?!
