    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @Plusnet I am having problems this morning with the Internet . The blue line is lit on the router but I can not connect to the Internet. What can I do ?

    @Plusnet Status says they’ve recently fixed an issue but they haven’t. Tried to report via EE Fault reporting tool but it won’t accept it as my number is not showing as an EE number. Call quality and signal is still hopeless, even outside in farm shop car park.

    @MissStixy @darkfarces @SusanHu25307477 Works for me, but I don't give out home phone to companies as they do sell them around if you tick certain boxes. Any withheld numbers go straight to plusnet vmail service, not sure if that's TPS as not activated on my physical phone which does have capability

    @andrewmk The speedtest site I use says there are widespread problems at the moment with Sky broadband! I switched for price not speed, but I've had 4 or 5 broadband suppliers over the years and have *never* had problems like this. Don't know if it's the router or @Plusnet, but it's bad.

    @Plusnet hi I joined you at beginning of July and have had several instances (7 or 8) where there has been connection issues. Any idea why?

    @Plusnet Hi. It’s exactly the same as it’s been for weeks and weeks. No signal or 1 bar. Took 5 goes to even make a call at all and it was hard to hear the other person. Phone has been updated and rebooted anyway and it’s no better.

    @Plusnet I'd like some help as to why I've waited so long for my broadband to start, I started a contract with you on the 17th July, nearly 2 weeks later, still no sign of router, or a mention of when it's arriving? I've paid for nearly half a month of broadband to have no internet at all

    @Plusnet Internet connection has very high latency (over 200ms on various speed tests) and much slower speeds than normal. This has happened today and Tuesday. I’ve reset all my devices and the issue persists.
