    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(

    @plusnethelp Why will Plusnet not help an elderly couple who have been with plusnet for years transfer their connection from one property to another? There is no phone signal at the new property and despite a number of calls they are told to wait 2 weeks and charged as well

    @BeTheBest_Chris @plusnethelp @Plusnet Exactly the same issue here! Had great service for years and years and the over the last 9 months tons of issues Plusnet don’t want to fix or care too! Now had to move to get FTTP with BT :/

    @plusnethelp Then why does the text of the ticket say Plusnet.."..believe it would be beneficial to be on our Anytime International call package at £9 per month.."..when in over 12 months I have never once spent close to £9 in extra charges??

    Second day in a row without any internet, alongside months of constantly restarting it as it drops out. What service am I paying for @Plusnet @plusnethelp because this one is awful!?
