@Plusnet not having a good day. Looks like they’re in meltdown. My BB is down along with their systems. Lucky I have a backup in the form of a Vodafone BB, although that’s only just working after 4 months. Telcos, don’t you love ‘em!??

Shocking service again from @bt_uk - 30 minute wait on the phone lines - just given up - what is wrong with your customer service ? called PlusNet yesterday call answered in 3 minutes and the bloke I spoke too knew what he was talking about. #digitalvoice

@NOWHelpTeam Have placed an order via the website and will commence on 14th Nov, do you cancel our current cover to end on that day etc on our behalf? Current contract with Plusnet ends on 1st Nov.

@Plusnet your website isn't indicating any issues but my broadband is dead. Like everyone else, can't get through 2 support & no reply from dm. Can you update your channels urgently 2 advise everyone. My renewed contract started this week & it's been problematic ever since! Help
