Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp you were due to come & install our new phone line and broadband today between 8am and 1pm. No one has turned up and your telephone customer service adviser was quite frankly useless. My partner has had to take a day off work as he is wfh &needs Internet

I need to call plusnet to get the interim password to get updated to my actual password so I can sign in. But my landline phone hasn't been charging for long enough to make a phone call, my only Internet access is through my mobile phone so I'm waiting for the phone to charge.

We have poor speed on old lines at home so have gone with mobile @EE pay as you go ... we have two devices: one mini portable wifi which is OK but not that fast and one hub which is pretty good. @steviejb87 Thats what we are on now FTTC then copper to the house. We just moved from BT to plusnet because we were paying 75 a month for 70 down which was too expensive but plusnet was a **** idea terrible service. It surprising though for such a developed country to still be using copper
