    @AndyShuttle @plusnethelp This sounds exactly like my problem with plusnet but I live in Andover, Hampshire. I don’t think it’s a local issue, it seems this is the standard for plusnet. Also causing me issues with homeworking.

    Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

    @kejamieson_ @Plusnet You as well! I haven’t even bothered calling (laziness) but keeps cutting out. Was ok in first lockdown but since the second one been awful

My router suddenly decided I'm in Germany (I'm in UK) after being switched off temporarily & now I can't access a lot of UK websites which is impacting my ability to work from home. Plusnet are ignoring my DM :( Hope they sort your issue.

    @Plusnet after only 24 hours and of being a new customer... your customer advisors have already driven me away. I was hoping for award winning customer service and received nothing but ambivalence. Are there any broadband providers out there who want custom? @MartinSLewis @Ofcom

    @Gazman1927 @cardiffstu Virgin Media have recently installed cable around here and have been pestering me to sign up. Think I'll stick with Plusnet who have excellent customer service.

    @plusnethelp Plusnet just answer the issues I’ve sent rather than sending this waste of my time reply!!! Your service sucks at present & im fuming at the cocky response. Answer the questions raised. Why is ther nothing on your social media platforms advising of your broadband outages????

    @Plusnet Why haven’t you advised your customers via social media, in The Vale of Glamorgan, Barry CF63 that the internet will be off for 60hrs. It went off this morning at 07:00hrs & an agent has advised that it “SHOULD” be on by 12/02/21. BAD, BAD SERVICE 😡😡😡 @plusnethelp

    @LetsTalk_FPL @MMABrad48 Think it's 75mb with Plusnet, using ethernet direct from router into mains and get the full 75. Never any issues with lag at all

    Just spoken to the lovely Mohammed on Plusnet, who reassured me no charges incurred for the scam call. I've got a 1572 facility now too, which can block unwanted numbers. Tempted to get a whistle to blow down the phone for the next scammer, that should give the bugger a jolt.
