Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@AndyShuttle @plusnethelp This sounds exactly like my problem with plusnet but I live in Andover, Hampshire. I don’t think it’s a local issue, it seems this is the standard for plusnet. Also causing me issues with homeworking.

  • sjh_987 Stefan Hargrave (@sjh_987) reported from West End, England

@kejamieson_ @Plusnet You as well! I haven’t even bothered calling (laziness) but keeps cutting out. Was ok in first lockdown but since the second one been awful

@Pepper2Pepsi I ditched plusnet awhile ago. Always had outages sometimes 24 hours and never offered compensation.

  • TheGoodestBuck TheGoodestBuck (@TheGoodestBuck) reported

If you've got Plusnet broadband totally get the BT Hub 6 (£30 new off th'ebay). Huge step up from the Plusnet router. Proper WiFi coverage. Prob frying my brain and transmitting raw covids everywhere, but excellent signal strength.

  • Pepper2Pepsi Stephen Pepper (@Pepper2Pepsi) reported

@plusnethelp @plusnet @DailyMailUK absolutely shocking service from Plusnet will not allow me to order new SIM card on behalf of my vulnerable 92 year old deaf father. Nor will they allow me to make a complaint!! Avoid.

  • catsarelife99 Tina Hyland (@catsarelife99) reported

@Plusnet I DM'd @plusnethelp on 15th Dec and stil no response? It advises in my plusnet account help section to contact them via Twitter. Can I DM you with my query or can you look at my query from their inbox ? Thanks

  • bassanoclapper BassanoClapper (@bassanoclapper) reported

@lukehmuse Used to have really bad customer service but that may well have changed. I still hear good things about PlusNet I’m also with VM and find you have to go through the conversation with Retentions, threaten to quit and they give you a near-new customer deal for 18 months

  • GazzaTHFC Gary (@GazzaTHFC) reported

@Westmore1970 @Plusnet If you’re switching, just don’t go with TalkTalk... we had what looks like the exact same problem, even with their replacement “SUPERFAST WIFI ROUTER” which was honestly aids.
