Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

Thanks @Plusnet after having shocking service from you for 18 months, we decided to go with a decent company, the date you gave us for change over of service is tomorrow the 30th November but it has been cut off today. Thanks again just the service I have come to expect from you

@Plusnet I just got off the phone after complaining about the speed of their internet, LOL I’m only using eBay !!! He said some **** about the copper wires in the ground have probably corroded and I need to upgrade to FIBRE If you believe this CRAP, Your believe anything,

@Plusnet to any1 considering using Plusnet DONT, the customer service is THE WORST EVER. After ripping off my mother in law for over a year we cancelled EVERYTHING, only for them to send a shitty letter about phone service. Our cancellation call could not have been any clearer.
