@plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

@WiteWulf @Samathy_Barratt @spazhammer As someone running a Plusnet router with the standard software, I get 60-80Mbps so unless it's a bad unit, I doubt it's the hardware. Possibly the OpenWRT software isn't as efficient though and the CPU can't keep up?

@Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬
