Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

Had phone line issues, DMed @Plusnet, and by noon the following day an Openreach engineer had visited and fixed the issue. So +1 to Plusnet for quick support 👍

@rosemaryhopkin Or possibly a fault. Virgin are a problem at times. With others could also be an equipment fault at the exchange. Raise a fault ticket with your ISP. We had intermittent problems a few years ago with the Plusnet equipment at the local exchange.

@Plusnet morning. Been away for 5 days, got up this morning with Alexa shouting at me that she can't connect to Internet and it appears it's down to all my devices. Checked line and all connections and restarted router and reset it to. No luck. Any ideas. Thanks

@Plusnet Hi I did try different channels. 1 6 11 as recommended but all still poor. I tried other channels but still poor and I tried auto and still poor. Anymore ideas
