  • TheCEOexpert Roger Harrop (@TheCEOexpert) reported

@Plusnet Hi Adam, It's even worse. My wife has a stall at the Xmas mkt locally on Sat. There is NO signal there in the centre of town - so she can't take card payments. A disaster.

  • Seaside_Jane Jane (@Seaside_Jane) reported

@Plusnet Sent several messages over the last few days. I'm still without any mobile signal. On the verge of cancelling & changing provider. Only been with you a few months & not impressed.

  • Kingston3468 Kingston (@Kingston3468) reported

@Plusnet why can you not accept we moved three months ago and advised you of that. We do not wish to pay for a service at a house we no longer live at. We advised you way in advance of our move.

  • M_A_C_64 Mark Cooper (@M_A_C_64) reported

@Plusnet internet has been so slow for two days now, less than 1 Mbps download, system status saying no issues anywhere, please advise on service to CO15 area. Thanks

@sarahdal Zen and Plusnet both have good reputations for customer service. Message me your postcode and address and I'll see what I can find.

  • _marketinguk James Roberts (@_marketinguk) reported

@bt_uk Yep & I've been trying to sort out a house move out since early October. Now stuck in a house with no connection because you've only just told me @JohnLewisRetail / @Plusnet need to cancel the previous contract, which they should have done but they haven't. It's a mess.

  • muns80y Lee Munday (@muns80y) reported

@Plusnet I thought you had “award winning” customer service? Been 6 weeks since I left you and you owe me over £100 but can’t get a straight answer from anyone. Complete joke of a company! Do not join them people.

  • lottiefoodie lottiefoodie (@lottiefoodie) reported

@Plusnet I need your help! No sim has arrived, no network so can't call you for help or do anything on my phone outside my house!!
