Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

@Plusnet I keep having an issue where the icon’s on the profiles on Netflix change, when this happens, what we can view changes as in series disappear. The issue has been resolved in the past by allocating me a static IP address, is this something you can sort permanently?

@Plusnet l have switched to Plusnet because of their customer services. We were supposed to be connected yesterday but haven't. They have not contacted us. We can't contact them the number that they advertise 08004320200 gives a reply that the number doesn't work.

Just had the worst time with @Plusnet trying to get WiFi installed. Now it’s going to take nearly 2 months after moving in to set up! Honestly it’s not good enough and I am on the verge of switching to another provider.
