They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

Despite two separate calls wherein a customer service manager swore down the account was closed? I will be looking to take this matter further.

Neil B (@Customer_2022) reported@Ofcom I have registered a complaint but I have the impression that OFCOM are going to do NOTHING just log the issue against Plusnet. Am I wrong on this? Is OFCOM going to do anything? Call Plusnet and ask why their service is so poor? Hold them to account?
