Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

@plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet… Any plans to introduce WiFi Calling on your SIMS?? I’ve got dreadful mobile coverage indoors, and not much better coverage outside (Postcode IP17) - even your customer service lady suggested I leave Plusnet!

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis
