After the absolute shambles of “service” we’ve had from @Plusnet over the last few weeks, I’ve just received an email from them saying that they’re raising their fees next month… Today’s Twitter is brought to you by the words “rubbing”, “salt” and “wound”.

I switched from ADSL with @Plusnet last year to FTTC and landline with @VodafoneUK yet I'm still being charged by Plusnet for the ADSL service. Can one of you get in touch to sort this out?

@mariepercival @Plusnet Yes, mine should have gone up too. I actually rang to cancel because I couldn’t see a reasonable price, and straight away they offered to extend my current deal.

@houseoflabrys My game plan when I moved in was to find someone who would install a satellite dish for me (via BT, kind of expensive to do independently), then once that contract was up go to freeview box £70. Internet / phoneline (I never use) by Plusnet. They're fine? <£30p/m
