@plusnethelp @Plusnet why if you have a major service outage does your website still say no problems with your network? Would save hanging on wait to your customer service team if you just are up front....

@VictoriaPeckham @Plusnet Buy your own domain name, then host it on a cheap mail service. That gives you infinite email addresses and the ability to decouple from ISP and the big providers.

@MarcAllera @EE How about a course for your plusnet technicians on how to maintain and support an email service. Are you aware that the service has been down for more than 48 hours after suffering issues for a number of weeks?

Good morning @Plusnet - email issue still not fixed I see. Can’t receive or send any. And no explanation from you as to what has actually happened. This is beyond a joke now.

@Plusnet Slight improvement getting emails now via Outlook, but still a bit late. Still cannot login to Webmail. It was always very poor and slow, and I usually only use it to delete old emails to reduce for storage limits, but cannot get in at all now, just sits at loading.

@Plusnet This is simply not true. I am now getting emails to my BlackBerry/Android mobile. However, my desktop client (Outlook) hasn't downloaded a single email since Tuesday night, and your own webmail client is not working. (Access to my domain/website was restored sometime yesterday.)
