Richard Coffey (@coffey_richard) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Plusnet your current national service status says Green on all services, which is clearly a load of rubbish judging by all the outages reported across the UK in the past week or so...
-
Richard Coffey (@coffey_richard) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Plusnet my broadband has just come back on after about twenty minutes but clearly there are underlying issues that your technical departments need to address.
-
Richard Coffey (@coffey_richard) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Plusnet my broadband just came back on at 1.15am so that's a downtime of about 1hr or so. Still can't raise a line fault on your website as undergoing maintenance. Strange how broadband suddenly stops and then restarts in this manner. 😐 Never had issues ever until this month.
-
John McCormick (@MonkeyLuvver) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@CraigDobbin1990 @Plusnet That's ridiculous!. I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.
-
Beth☮ (@ISaidAye) reported from Dalkeith, Scotland@robmcd85 @TalkTalk I was with them for four years and had the same problems. Switched to @Plusnet and have had no issues at all. Faster speed and better price.
-
Jamie Norman (@Normantweets) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandThe good thing about today's 7-hour-and-counting @SkyHelpTeam outage is that it's the final nail in a wearying road, giving me the push to swap contract to @Plusnet, who appear to be offering better speeds at almost half the price...
-
Lauder Miller (@balnastraid) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say “ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with £1bn + wage bill and no income stream.
-
Morningside School of Music (@M_sideSchoolMus) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Plusnet business broadband down AGAIN in EH10. Please contact us regarding releasing us from our contract. @plusnethelp #plusnet
-
Danny Berry (@DannyBerry15) reported from Inveresk, Scotland@Plusnet I have tried loads of times to call about my poor Internet with no reply or waiting almost an hour on the phone. I have an outstanding balance to pay but why pay for internet when it is constantly slow or I can't connect. Payment in full once its fixed. Cheers
-
adam kinnear (@addierfc) reported from Ormiston, Scotland@Plusnet my broadband contract ran out on 31st Jan and I renewed / upgraded well before this but earliest install date I could get for the new service is 14th Feb. I have now been billed for the out of contract rate, very poor service for a loyal customer of yours.

REBECCA (@BECCABEAN) reportedConfused, you will no longer be providing a service to me and offered me to terminate fee free and move to BT . Attempted to move to BT , who couldn't provide the service I needed so found elsewhere. You're now trying to charge me early termination fee?? Why? @Plusnet
-

Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet Why should I phone? The last time I phoned, I got someone who didn't know anything and wouldn't help. It's quite simple. If you email me, I should be able to email you back.
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
Jaime Dodd (@JDSuker) reportedTry @Plusnet treat their existing customers so much better!
-
Wendi Sheard (@WendiSheard) reported@Plusnet will you be answering the phone by 20.00? Or will I be disconnected as per voicemail? Is there an overall problem with the internet with you?
-
NTANTU (@NtantuNow) reported@MrLewisVuitton @virginmedia @Plusnet I took the bait lol never again

-
-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
-
Matt Quinn - The Caledonian Television Company. (@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.
