  • ISaidAye Beth☮ (@ISaidAye) reported from Dalkeith, Scotland

    @robmcd85 @TalkTalk I was with them for four years and had the same problems. Switched to @Plusnet and have had no issues at all. Faster speed and better price.

  • MonkeyLuvver John McCormick (@MonkeyLuvver) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

    @CraigDobbin1990 @Plusnet That's ridiculous!. I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.

    @plusnethelp I would like support through this social option please. I am a long time customer of plusnet and promote you through the referral scheme. My account username is 'markeden23' and I would like to request a payment for money that has built up. Can you organise this for me?

  • highwaylass Highwaylass (@highwaylass) reported

    @rhydsnewi @Plusnet @plusnethelp Sorry. There’s a 2,000 comment thread about it on the Plusnet forums, it’s clearly a system problem

  • highwaylass Highwaylass (@highwaylass) reported

    @jonbradbury @Plusnet @plusnethelp Done that, didn’t help :(

  • highwaylass Highwaylass (@highwaylass) reported

    @rhydsnewi @Plusnet @plusnethelp Yes. Didn’t help.

  • simpster20 Mark Simpson (@simpster20) reported

    I Don't know why I ever went back to plusnet, nothing but trouble! Stay clear! @Plusnet #plusnet

  • LesFreke les freke (@LesFreke) reported

    @Plusnet An hour waiting to get through to support, and you have the tagline on an advert " tired of poor customer service" . Well yes I am, and if I can get out of my contract I will.

  • eXceedingUK eXceeding (@eXceedingUK) reported

    @plusnet claim: 'We're here to help whenever you need it' 'You’ll be backed up by experts' 'Switching is easy' ‘Leave the rest to us’ None of the above is our experience of @plusnethelp @Plusnet !

  • recaro001 Rich (@recaro001) reported

    @plusnethelp I have had my plusnet broadband a few months and the wifi is constantly dropping out. The speed check I do on my laptop looks fine but I regularly have issues with teams freezing which is a new issue since I switched from sky

  • highwaylass Highwaylass (@highwaylass) reported

    @rhydsnewi @Plusnet @plusnethelp Also I pay 30 quid a month already, I can’t afford to shell out on top of that for hardware to make the service I pay for actually work.

  • rhydsnewi Rhydian Edwards (@rhydsnewi) reported

    @highwaylass @Plusnet @plusnethelp Have you tried changing the network names on your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network to be different? Also you can use any router on a Plusnet service so worst case you can buy a decent personal router
