    @CraigDobbin1990 @Plusnet That's ridiculous!. I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.

    @robmcd85 @TalkTalk I was with them for four years and had the same problems. Switched to @Plusnet and have had no issues at all. Faster speed and better price.

    @Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say “ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with £1bn + wage bill and no income stream.

    For now the 3rd time @Plusnet have cancelled my internet installation only telling me on the day it was due to happen - the original instillation date was well over a month and a half ago - awful service do not use

    @FatEmperor Will play in UK with VPN but will not play when VPN is disabled. ISP is Plusnet. Seems like Odysee videos have been blocked somehow - pages load but videos won't play. Before leaping to conclusions, I've had trouble playing Odysee videos before and they've worked the next day.

    @virginmedia I’ve been ringing evry cpl days for 3 wks and I’m still none the wiser. I have no WiFi and no landline. Ive cancelled my DD so if they want money they’ll have to ring ME for it. I’m going with @Plusnet now. Been with virgin since Ntl days. Terrible Cservice

    @MSE_Deals how can people change suppliers when @Plusnet tell me even with 3 weeks notice of my @BTGroup broadband ending there will be 10 day break in service. BT ends 6th May & plusnet say connect 10 days later. How is that possible in this day and age. Who can do better?

    @Plusnet @Plusnet I can't contact by phone to review my account as I'm offshore, I had had to cancel your bank payment Direct Debit as there is no way of contact to renew my subscription, you are trying to take a payment I did not agree to as you sent an email telling me to cancel

    Hello all contract phone users. I have broken free. I've gone to Plusnet which uses EE as its provider. Works for me after trying every other provider and getting crap signal. Bought a new (old stock premium phone) which works fast and comes with a 1yr guarantee. £7 v £25...???

    @Vicky70912901 @TalkTalk Never choose @Plusnet either. Been having issues of line dropping and internet disappearing since December. Engineers booked 5 times and today no one came, again... took time off work to be wasted.

    @Plusnet Can you sort out a problem with my bill? I got a new bbd contract with you but price you’ve charged me is more than we agreed in writing (£28.40 instead of £25.99) & charged me for delivery of a new router you were going to send for free. Can’t get through on phone.
