I have an outstanding balance to pay but why pay for internet when it is constantly slow or I can't connect. Payment in full once its fixed. Cheers

I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho
