@robmcd85 @TalkTalk I was with them for four years and had the same problems. Switched to @Plusnet and have had no issues at all. Faster speed and better price.

@CraigDobbin1990 @Plusnet That's ridiculous!. I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.

@Plusnet Connection died at 6.00pm. Router was showing orange error light. Now showing blue, but no Internet broadcasting. Any help with a fix? Is it widespread?
