@Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say “ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with £1bn + wage bill and no income stream.

@CraigDobbin1990 @Plusnet That's ridiculous!. I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.

@Plusnet I have tried loads of times to call about my poor Internet with no reply or waiting almost an hour on the phone. I have an outstanding balance to pay but why pay for internet when it is constantly slow or I can't connect. Payment in full once its fixed. Cheers

@BiteYourBrum Sounds like my experience of Plusnet. The service was so shite it was agreed that we could terminate it after 8 weeks and I wasn't tied to remainder of the contract. Fortunately it was a 2nd broadband service to the house, so I had another line I could utilise.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp really need to look at their support of email and archiving without notice active email accounts. Either raise the quotas or dont archive live emails. If you do archive mailbox you should be prepared to unarchive within minutes not up to 72 hours

@BiteYourBrum @kebablog When I migrated from Plusnet to Zen I eventually got a debt collection letter demanding money on behalf of Plusnet. Took a few weeks, more letters and several phone calls for them to understand that I had moved ISP and for them to cancel the account.
