Just had my first post increase bill from the shysters who are @Plusnet - bill up by £6 a month for exactly the same service. If I could leave without penalty, I would - but their disingenuous business practices won’t allow this. #robbed

@Plusnet very dissapointed. You sent me a wrong bill worth 191 pound instead of 27.99. You admitted this was wrong. Waiting 2 weeks for it to be sorted. Still waiting for you to alter bill so i can pay!.now your restricting my service?. Get my bill sorted and i will pay!

@Plusnet Just wanted the team for your excellent customer service. Had a fault caused by @OpenreachHelp. You have kept me informed every step of the way, no chasing from me and then today offered me compensation for the trouble. Really impressed and wanted to let you know.

@OpenreachHelp Hi. My parents moved from @plusnethelp FTTC to @bt_uk FTTP. It was due for install today, but BT got the dates wrong. Plusnet was cut off today and BT isn't live until mid-August. They've moved back to Plusnet, but it's ~10 days to reactivate. Can you help please?

@Plusnet my mum's landline is not working, the engineer confirmed there is a fault but no fix on the horizon. Your team have refused to increase her minutes on her mobile plan. Why should she pay line rental for a line that doesn't work, and pay for a bolt on to make up for it??

@Plusnet how do you justify having such a poor customer service/ support? I have a new sim which arrived last week- I cannot make or receive calls or txts - no one will answer emails, support requests or direct messages on here- appalling!!
