@Plusnet It’s nothing to do with speeds. I can’t use it at all! And your staff keep making out like I’m lying. Disgusting service

@Plusnet I want to cancel my BT Sport App without calling in.

When your Wi-Fi is so bad you can’t even load the BT speed test but @Plusnet insist that the lines and connections are perfect and won’t send out an engineer to fix the issue or let you out of contract without charging you. 👍 🤔👏🏻 #dontchooseplusnet

@Plusnet Shocking, shocking customer service. I left Plusnet in the middle of August however they have continued to take payment. No resolution despite almost being November. Repeated stressful calls to customer service with no resolution.

@Plusnet absolutely shocking service from you today and 2 weeks ago. And told that even though I’m not getting the product I’m paying for that I can’t cancel my contract or get any refund. I regret ever joining plusnet.

@HelenSwire Hi there Helen! I'm terribly sorry about this and can understand that after being on hold for as long as you were to be hung up on isn't the best and we don't want this. Is there anything I can help with without having to listen to our hold music again? -Em -Plusnet Sheffield

We've had no landline for a week and while I'm lucky our internet is still on, it's unreliable and has dropped out MANY times. We're with Plusnet, but it's a BT line, so they need to wait for BT to fix it and we don't have a date for that yet. So all around it's frustrating 💀

@Plusnet I've got a PAC, and on a 30 day rolling contract after my 12month one ended. If I move now, and use the PAC, do I still have to pay for the next 30 days notice period if I'm not using the service?

@Champs707007 @virginmedia Under OFCOM rules you're entitled to compensation. I had no Internet service from plusnet for 16 days, I was entitled to ~£8.69 per day, which is just under £140. I got my service restored and it's back at an average of 57Mbps so not bad at all.
