@Plusnet This is an ongoing problem for months and months, all checks have been tried on multiple occasions. Just living with a sub-standard service at the moment and grateful for stable interlude periods.

@Plusnet Hey Team, Are there any known outages in the CM3 3 area at the moment? Line keeps dropping but the fault reporter and service status pages on the website say they (the websites) are down for maintenance so cannot check (or report).

@Plusnet Can you tell if the password has been changed? I’ve managed to talk her though router settings to ensure password is correct. Still no connection and I can’t login to Plusnet website either. Maybe it’s just easier to reset the password myself

@Plusnet Ah that makes sense. I’ve got it connect now, fortunately without having to drive there! Will never know who changed the password back in April.

@STEcopywriting I don't have fibre as not available in the area yet, but I'm moving away from BT to John Lewis (Plusnet). It's the same package but at least I'm paying half the fee for **** broadband

@Plusnet Thanks for the response. I've had this issue before and it is never the hardware at fault. It seems to have stabalized back to normal but it's taken 24 hours to get there. I'll monitor and advise.
