@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

I’m guessing someone your end messed up @Plusnet? Judging from the fact my internet’s gone down, and a bunch of other people on here are saying the same. It’s happening more and more frequently atm. I’d expect better of a service I pay decent money for.

Not only am I having fun with my mobile service with @O2 but seems my home Internet with @Plusnet has decided to go down at 1am this morning too! Thank **** for being able to pick up a mobile sim card on @VodafoneUK at a 24/7 garage.

Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

@gardner_abi @Plusnet @plusnethelp Dread to think how some people are coping with this ongoing problem of no service! I've had no service since last Weds.I'm predominantly housebound & rely heavily on landline & online connections. Companies need a back up service when outages occur, ESPECIALLY for vulnerable ones
