@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@Plusnet Thank you for your reply. I’ve worked through the list of things to try, and have not been able to resolve the fault. I’ve therefore called the Plusnet support line which has confirmed there is an issue, and arranged for an engineer to visit during the week.

@Plusnet poor speeds in @Islington Current line speed: 4.9Mb. This is a measure of the actual line speed. It’s only a little higher than min. Guaranteed Speed: 2.1Mb and my work MS Teams meetings keep dropping which is bad for business! Help pls

@plusnet I’m a Plus Net customer and have issues with my landline (no outgoing dial tone; incoming calls continue to ring/don’t connect when picked up) and very slow broadband. The Phone Troubleshooter tool says the situation is ‘unclear’. Please advise how to proceed.
