@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@RunningCarl Worth a chat with BT retentions to see if they’ll do you a deal but the closest they could get was £40 when PlusNet was £27.99 so I said my farewells. You lose the WiFi anywhere stuff and the cloud storage BT offer but I never used either so it was an easy choice.

@Plusnet hi, is there an outage in Bath? Our router has been out since yesterday morning, we’ve tried resetting, restarting, unplugging, turning it off for long periods of time etc etc etc. The one light is basically constantly orange/red, and the broadband light flashes red.
