Mickrab (@mickrab) reported@Plusnet Phone answered eventually, but your website is appalling. Especially for a telecoms company! It's slow, clunky and poorly designed. You really should invest a few quid in sorting it out instead of those crappy adverts.

Plusnet customer service is hands down the worst ever I’ll also be leaving.

Mark Warne (@MarkRobertWarne) reported@SuperScienceGrl Depends on the product. For some reason there is no fibre in the city centre of Bristol, so Plusnet are as good as they can be. But it can be slow…..good customer service to be fair though.

They managed to get our broadband up and running for house move but broke our a/c, had to set up new a/c which has changed our home phone number. Broadband failed to activate on "Activation Day" yesterday. Total and utter shambles 🤬
