@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@asda_mobile 6 months ago you agreed to refund me credit balance via a cheque in the post. Still nothing. Shocking. I will be writing to ofcom for a formal complaint. Everyone....please don't bother with asda mobile. Plusnet are much better

@Plusnet ...not happy.. poor service! Phone lines been dug up down the road and Plusnet are trying to fix remotely! No updates and already been 3 days! Seriously not good!
