@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@tyrone_neale At my mums we had problems with sky, bt, talktalk, plusnet xD i think talktalk or plusnet are part of bt now or something but i remember complaining so much haha

@Plusnet Have had ongoing problems this year. to date we now have x 4 plusnet hubs. Plusnet have agreed to pay for our own hub, but have credited my account instead of my bank account which was agreed. I have called but advisor said he could not help

Receiving the most abysmal service from @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp - now no internet for over 1 month. Last week I was finally notified an engineer would visit today, with a lack of confidence I called to check to be told there is no appointment booked! Simply not good enough!

@lumynosyty @EddyThomas1997 I know I'm late to reply but openreach and virgin are the two main physical network providers for the UK. In my previous tweet I state that BT's 33% market share includes EE and Plusnet so yes I am aware that their bandwidth is provided by BT
