  @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

  @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract

  Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.

  Hi @youfibre, sent my final bill from Plusnet to the CBO email address nearly a month ago and I’ve still received no correspondence or payment for it. Can you please advise what’s the hold up as no one in customer service seems to know, just referred back to email @JeremyChelot

  @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

  @ianward2000 @ms__care Thank you but I have a feeling that this is a scam . Look at their page 0 followers and they ask for WhatsApp details . I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you don’t give them your bank details
