@Plusnet I've done that on Facebook with an automated reply. This isn't the first time we've got no service. I'm actually fed up of this now as I've paid to watch something today. If the issue isn't sorted I think I deserve a refund from plusnet for the inconvenience

@NKrankie I've found Plusnet good. Half the price of BT but responsive to problems. Still owned by BT and openreach manage the line, but a good compromise I think.

@Plusnet I'm still waiting for confirmation that my switch date has changed to 27/09/21 . . . I'll have to cancel the switch if I don't have confirmation soon as I'm in contract with another provider until 25/09/21.

@lottyburns @BT Plusnet have online chat and they also now have SMS support for line faults. They are also cheaper than BT despite being owned by them and using rebadged routers etc. Apparently they have a referral program so let me know if you want a code.

@bt_uk Sort out PLUSNET. You own them and yet there services are slow. Rivals offer speeds over 100mb.

@Plusnet There's nothing better than getting the internet speed you pay for, wouldn't you agree? Not only does mine drop out several times a day it never gets faster than 17mb and often not into double figures. Is your guaranteed 54mb minimum a real guarantee or a Yorkshire one.
