@frank10743117 @Plusnet I didn't know that they were part of the BT group. They haven't replied to my enquiry anyway so their customer service must be just as bad.

I've come home to Sky TV, even better is the thought that next Wednesday I will come home to broadband that isn't provided by Plusnet! So glad to finally be rid of poor wi-fi, hopefully Sky will do much better, hardly difficult really.

@TBarnesGrasmere @Plusnet Our Plusnet internet is fine up at Broadrayne. If WiFi signal is gone then usually this is your internal box and not external network problem. Powering it off/on may help. 👍

@Plusnet broadband still not working...been nearly a week now. What’s more shocking is the customer services, failed promises of callbacks etc. Spent 3 separate occasions on the phone now, even sent a new router....still waiting for a callback!!!!!

@Plusnet I am having problems with my fibre extra broadband. I've looked on the website to see if there are issues in my area but nothing showing. It's still working but slow download speeds, reset router still the same. I'm in Weymouth, Dorset
