    @Plusnet I have multiple mental & physical health issues & rely on the wifi to keep in touch with people as I live alone in an isolated area and rarely have visitors or leave my flat. I have less that 1gb data to last 3 more weeks... Which means I can't use the support network I rely on

    @plusnet full fibre yet once again getting less than 5gps download, regular loss of signal, not good enough plusnet...please investigate.

    @Plusnet Hi there, New router has come and has been set up. Hopefully will rectify the problem. BUT, I've been charged £6.99 for delivery. I appreciate the gesture of a new router but not at my cost..please can someone sort this. Cheers.

    @Plusnet been trying yo contact your agents our fibre speed is trash we pay for 72mb and on your test were getting 11 WTH!!!! worst service we've ever had

    @jacquep @skytv Had Sky for ages. With a very slow BB speed. Complained and they repeatedly said "we'll try to improve, but it's yr old BT copper cable.." still <0.5MB. Spoke with PlusNet ab this and they just said 'rubbish'. Never will buy anything from them ever again.

    @Plusnet I was told yesterday it is because my router is old... I have had it 3 years. It started having issues the moment I was out of contract. I can't renew my contract as the old one (broadband only no landline) doesn't exist. Yesterday I was told to leave it an hour turn off then on
