@Plusnet Hello there. I have had the worst, most unprofessional, disorganised experience with your company for nearly a month now. I have had to hold your hand through this whole thing. It's like I'm working to provide you a good service, not the other way round. Why is this?

@Plusnet I wrote before on the same problem but got no reply. My Broadband stops regularly for a few minutes and comes back on its own. Happened again on 4/6 at 01:55’-02:03’. This impacts my work and the operation of my security systems. Should I be looking to switch provider?

@DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Nope. I moved back to BT after trying Vodafone, Plusnet amd Sky. Even though it all comes down the same line, other people in the village have problems and aren't on BT. I know they are not the cheapest but are extremely reliable. Cheap is not always best.

A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

@Plusnet 3 months and 4 engineer visits to resolve an ongoing broadband fault, and its returned. Can I get an escalation? Can I get a senior engineer? Can I speak to someone senior? No, no and (what a surpirse) no. By far the worst organisation and service I've ever encountered.

@Plusnet No time of day is better/worse, and only 1 other network in range so no congestion. Speeds over wired connection when working from home can be painfully slow at times, and WiFi range is terrible. I have never had problems with Virgin or Zen in the past.

Over 3 days with no Business Broadband from @plusnet. Nobody seems to be taking ownership of the problem. This is really poor customer service.

@Plusnet hi my Internet has been down for most of the day and so has a second line which comes into the same property (both with Plusnet), could you investigate?
