@MarcAllera lousy telephone service from your call centres again. Would you like me to post to twitter online your accounts for the year ended 31st March 2021 so that everyone can see what poor service exceptional profits give. #plusnet @Plusnet

Hey @Plusnet, my home internet connection has been dropping out repeatedly all morning. I've tried restarting router multiple times to no avail, & I'm almost certain problem isn't in the house. Need a stable internet connection for work, so any assistance ASAP would be grand!

@ItsAndyRyan Plusnet have been decent for me for the last seven years, across two houses. We had a speed issue at the new place and they sent an engineer in the first instance who couldn't resolve, then Openreach who did. Can't fault them tbh.

@JennyBratty @Plusnet I’d also think about telling @Plusnet you can’t afford your current contract. They have. Legal responsibility to help you where they can, they might be able to reduce the contract you’re already on. Eg Circumstances have changed since you signed the contract

Always haggle the customer service rep on the phone when renewing a contract. Took me 20 seconds for Plusnet to offer £28.99 a month, down to £25.99 and finally £24.99 a month for 18 months. Cheeky buggers.

Fair play to both Plusnet and BT; fabulous friendly service from both once the phones were answered.
