@Plusnet i have moved out of my home and into a hotel as i am waiting for the contract exchange. I am no longer using the internet service and not sure when I will have my own home. Can you please help with this issue?

@Plusnet for a company that seems to pride themselves on a finagled high end customer service, it seems virtually impossible to actually contact you without getting tossed about to non PN support forums and the like. i need to report my router/service not being fit for purpose.

Hi @Plusnet I'm having a problem accessing the @LKQEuroCarParts website. I've tried this from a different network and it loads fine, however, when trying while on Plusnet I get a routing issue. Checked with another Plusnet user and they have the same problem, are you aware?

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

@Plusnet we like Plusnet and been with them for some time but the signal is now just too awful for words! We’ve had promises about sorting it out months ago and it’s worse now than ever! When are you going to deal with it?
