@Plusnet why can I not email support questions? Why do I have to call? Been charged phone charges (again) when I don't even have a phone plugged in. Also trying to find when my contract expires.

  • JWM861 MCKE4N86 (@JWM861) reported

@crhein272 @Plusnet If you've only just signed up with plusnet get outta that contract if you're still within your cancellation date. Internet is piss poor, the past few weeks the signal has been absolutely awful. Constantly dropping and slow as ****. I'm gone once this contracts up with them.

  • RachelKoz RachelKoz (@RachelKoz) reported

@Plusnet So you're saying that next month it will be the actual price of the service, £28.40?

  • KireeP24 OGKP24 (@KireeP24) reported

Why do @Plusnet make it so hard to contact them on their website? Another day another issue. Ridiculous.

  • shrew69 no body (@shrew69) reported

@nikkiwba It is a standard product now called SoGea, Broadband needs a phone line (unless full fibre) but this product doesnt actually activate the number part. All providers should do this product. Plusnet do the best deals and have decent customer service even though they are BT!!!

  • BombeDeChaton Katharine (@BombeDeChaton) reported

@Plusnet The technician who visited last week said he would report what he thought the problem was and that another type of technician would need to come out, was this not done?

  • smh85 Sara (@smh85) reported

@Plusnet No problem,I'm not there anyway

  • charlotte_sears Charlotte Sears (@charlotte_sears) reported

@Plusnet serious issues this week with broadband. Router is constantly orange - I've followed all trouble shooting and getting nowhere. Tried to ring and can't recognise my choices.

  • mttkgrdnr Matt Gardner (@mttkgrdnr) reported

@Plusnet hi can someone please dm me as I've got a billing issue (DD didn't go out as I didn't realise bill was going up and didn't have enough in the bills account). In a bit of a panic that it might go down as a missed payment and stop me getting a mortgage next month!
