Almost fooled me but I asked questions and how could I prove they were genuinely from Plusnet. They couldn't, they also had a bogus name for me too. Check your customer protection please @Plusnet

@Plusnet I am stuck in South Africa and cannot call your customer service department. Surely in 2021 there must be a way that I can send SOMEONE in PLUSNET an email ? This is just crazy .... do not ask me to use your horrible portal system!

@Plusnet absolutely shocking customer service! Our broadband has been off all week, I can't find anyone to speak to. Your 'bot' keeps telling me it'll be put back on by 7pm on 3rd. As it's now 8pm on 3rd !!! Disgusted.

Dreadfully spotty service tonight from @Plusnet yet again. It *always* happens out of hours when there’s nobody to get in touch with other than bots that misunderstand your complaints.

@SketchLisa @bt_uk I was with BT, overpriced and the worst customer service. Switched to Plusnet which is owned by BT, never had a problem and UK based customer service.

25 days since leaving @Plusnet. Still no final bill, still a months worth of money of mine they have for a service I used for 6 days. Just completely unacceptable. Would there be the same wait if I owed you money @plusnethelp?

@Plusnet Please can you tell me what this option is? It's not at all obvious how webmail-only customers are supposed to get through to technical support.
