    @EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!

    @bt_uk Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

    @Plusnet just wanted to say how lovely the customer service staff are especially the lady I spoke to at 8.18 this morning over a moving to EE mix up (this is why I can’t leave you!!).

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
