@Plusnet my monthly rental has been £23.99 for months; i have just noticed my Feb bill went upto £29.35, then March's bill has come out as £36.52. What has changed? why am i paying over £12 a month more for the same service, with no correspondence from yourselves? regards

So happy my contract with @Plusnet is ending! "Unlimited Fibre Extra" average download speed 66Mb. I never once received over 38Mb in the last 18 months. Worst provider with disgusting customer service. Avoid this company at all costs, Saving a few quid is not always good!!!!

@virginmedia Tried the reset and seemed to work for a short while. WiFi dropping on all devices again tonight. So frustrating, never had this issue with Plusnet 😕
