@TOrynski Switched from Sky to Plusnet, to Shell over last 5 years. Major hassles cancelling Sky and Plusnet. Looks like it's going to be the same when I cancel Shell. Might not bother, will be moving back to Ireland so I don't care if they try to collect money from closed UK bank account.

@DionneMariee @Plusnet I have exact same issue and dont know what to do to get this fixed. They are sending me stupid generic apologetic messages and are not bothered to do anything
