@GoHomeNicola @RickieTrades @Plusnet I got exactly the same from the tech support option, too busy, go away. Got to speak to someone by selecting the "I'm thinking of leaving option", got transfered to tech support queue who then put the phone down on me before I could speak to anyone! Total joke

@TheWatc47403040 @Plusnet @PixieJo Plusnet are lying to you. It seems like most - maybe all - of their broadband network is down. They're refusing to announce it so your best bet is searching for "plusnet" on twitter and seeing updates from other customers.

Come on @Plusnet flick your broadband switch back on. You’ve had 3+ hours already since your outage began. I’ll give you another hour before I take every opportunity to get the message out there about your abysmal service!!

@simplysimon911 @CasFletch20 @Plusnet It didn’t when I rung them. All their systems were showing working and they said the issue was my end on text. It took them two hours to add that message.

@SoProJanet @Plusnet Been offline since 10:20 also. Just managed to get through to a technical advisor after an hour and 12 minutes of being on hold to let me know that they don't know where the issue is, but they're working to resolve it ASAP.

If your business has been seriously interrupted by the Plusnet outage, take time to consider whether a backup plan is needed. Cold comfort at this time, but entrusting your business ops to a £30pm service is risky at best.
