@TOrynski Switched from Sky to Plusnet, to Shell over last 5 years. Major hassles cancelling Sky and Plusnet. Looks like it's going to be the same when I cancel Shell. Might not bother, will be moving back to Ireland so I don't care if they try to collect money from closed UK bank account.

@Plusnet Hi, am suddenly having a constant message saying 'no mobile data service - temporarily turned off by your operator'. Can't make any calls including to you to get it sorted. Tried restarting, removing SIM etc. Not changed location. Plenty of data. Help!
-
Thushara (@thushara175) reported
@Plusnet had a monthly sim with you for a few months now - most days I can’t make calls or receive calls either. Coverage apparently is good around my area. I’ve even tried resetting the network settings

Anyone recommend a SIM only deal with an eSim? With Plusnet at the moment good value and service but they’re a step behind EE (who they piggyback) on 5G and Esim. They are much cheaper than EE though. Sky don’t do Esim yet either. Anyone else?

@Plusnet The only reason I raised it is because your service has been impeccable since I joined back in January so it seemed a bit odd, but usual service seems to have resumed. Thanks for getting back to me though.
