@Plusnet for a company that bangs on about how great your customer service is I've been shocked at how bad you've been today. Kinda wished I hadn't signed up now

Hold we have up. Why don't tell people where they are in the queue when you ring up? I have been so disappointed with @Plusnet today I really kicking myself for trusting you. Your customer service was the main reason I signed up and now I find out it's all lies

@Plusnet Curtis. Mate. Please. Don’t. Every month we have the same issue. Every month we have this same conversation. Every month I tell you (plusnet) that I’ve done all the troubleshooting. Every month I have issue with my internet. Every month I rely on my work phone tethering

@Plusnet Just updated my ticket, had a Plusnet engineer out today. A) Paying for 36Mb/s, guaranteed 24Mb/s B) pre engineer 14-24Mb/s down and 4Mb/s up C) post engineer 10-14Mb/s down and 0.3-0.5Mb/s up. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

@Plusnet Is it good value to pay £32/month (for broadband that has connection issues every single month) having been with you since 2018, when you have deals for new customers 10, 15 pounds cheaper?

Another day, another problem with @Plusnet Internet connections. If you're looking for a new isp then I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
