To follow up @Plusnet @plusnethelp we've spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on phone (inc placed on hold 3 times) re a simple technical support issue, to be told that we'd likely have to wait 24-48 hours for the ticket to be read by the support team there, never mind get a resolution.😝

@Plusnet changing to you for our ISP was the worst decision ever. Trying to home school 2 teenagers with unstable Internet connection is tortuous & damaging. Why will you not provide what you are contracted to do and resolve your terrible service!

@plusnet Is there anyone home?? Landline down, line test says "unclear result, try again later". Well, it is later. I have tried again. And again. And the same message comes up. 24 hours since my first DM - 4 more tweets since. This is not service, @plusnet

I'm not sure who messed up. All I know is that my vulnerable 81 year old parent has been left without their landline. An Essential Service!! Transfer from #Utilitywarehouse to @Plusnet has gone Very wrong. @BTOpenreach1 possibly to blame. Could be @TalkTalk who own #UW. Furious

Pro Tip: Don’t use @Plusnet. Their fibre optic broadband won’t even load a 3-minute video without it buffering and you can’t get through to their support team. Pass it on.
