@Plusnet @Plusnet hi, I recently renewed my PlusNet contract for the 2nd or 3rd time. Clearly happy with the service. The agent I spoke to about recontracting said to contact you after the renewal about getting a new Hub Two to replace my original router. Thanks.

@Plusnet Really not happy with Plus net’s service - moved house & signed onto a new contract for WiFi as was promised it could start on 14/04 then moved back to 20/04 now moved back to 26/04. I depend on my WiFi to work & have been messed around consistently - chose another provider.

@Plusnet Plusnet says ‘technical issues’ stopping them activating my mobile number transfer TO them, tho the port has gone through from the other co. Can’t even give me a timescale for it, meanwhile I have no working mobile. Come on @Plusnet or let me go elsewhere WITH my number

@bt_uk I would recommend you avoid signing up with BT, they are a bunch of crooks, If you signup for a plan and they keep putting the cost up, never happened with Plusnet or Talk Talk.

@MSE_Deals how can people change suppliers when @Plusnet tell me even with 3 weeks notice of my @BTGroup broadband ending there will be 10 day break in service. BT ends 6th May & plusnet say connect 10 days later. How is that possible in this day and age. Who can do better?

I have been with @TalkTalk for 15 days and I feel dehumanised and emasculated by their disregard for their customers. TT want to charge me £180 to leave despite the service being broken. Can @Plusnet help me move?
