@Plusnet No the issue hasn't been resolved. Norton says that the order is 'on hold', so haven't even been able to download the software. Apparently it's becoming a common problem, what info do you need?

@PaulHusband_ @Plusnet we had the same issue with bt for months. continuous call outs then they told us they’d moved the line half a mile up the road and that led to the signal dropping so we switched. Find out whos in the nearest green box to your home and go with them

@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.
