Thought you had the best customer service? Doesn’t say much for the other broadband providers as yours is terrible!

Peter Harris (@Cardlinger) reported@Plusnet That's a shame as what used to be a very stable line has been poor since April. Those seem pretty low standards! If I had a power cut 3 times in a day or 6 over 3 days I'd be feverishly checking the fuse box. I'll shop around and see if other providers hold themselves higher. Ta!
