When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet I can't believe you've asked to speak to me on the phone when I have already told you that I CAN'T SPEAK on the phone! I literally can't speak on the phone and you've still asked. What use is it asking about customer's needs and then ignoring them?
