    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    Asked for upgrade to full fibre on 8th August, been let down 3 times with no explanation or promised secured appointment. What is going on!!!!! No idea when it will happen, no faith left in plusnet.

    @Plusnet Any idea who I need to complain to about my Openreach engineer not turning up on my provided install day (today)? I’m switching to you from EE (you advised them, not me) and my service provided by them is due to be terminated this evening?

    @Plusnet another day without my new sim and all my clients and suppliers cannot call me. This is not great customer service from a company that prides itself on it. Customer services couldn’t be more unhelpful of my situation.
