When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet I have a Freenetname domain that I want to access from another hoster, both website and email. How can I go about this? Tried to raise a ticket at Madasafish website without success and can't access Plusnet help as I have no account there. Can you help me? Thanks.

@cal_ann @Plusnet Depends if the speed you get and your wi fi signal is good enough for your needs. My mum got plusnet and I wouldn't have it if it was free, my phones quicker

Any of my fellow tweeps on PlusNet for their mobile? I’m currently on EE & my 2 year contract ends next month, so looking for cheap sim only deal on a network that piggybacks on EE’s network. A 30 day sim only contract with 30GB data, unlimited mins/texts is £10 p/m. Any reviews?

@cal_ann @Plusnet Been with them for years and very happy, but always haggle before renewal. All providers use the same cable to get the phone line into the house so I'm not sure any of them can actually offer a big difference on anything except the router, available add-ons, customer support.

So what is the solution when your @Plusnet SIM just stops working and you can't make any calls or texts (>24 hrs now)? According to app/website etc, it's give them a call. Errrrm, slight issue there...
