  When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

  @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

  If yr a gamer AVOID @Plusnet Slow speed 100% Slow connection! Terrible provider! Its like they are stuck in the 90's for speed/Internet. Avoid for gaming 110%!!!

  @marigoldfinds A friend has just gone over to Zen & is happy with them. They are also Which? recommended & rated high on customer satisfaction, speed, reliability. No mid term contract price rises. Plusnet also recommended.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol
