    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    Plusnet claim that they will do everything to support disabled customers but their only webchat service is for sales only, so there's no accessibility for customers who can't use a phone. Their webchat sales team told me it could be days before someone would reply to email

    @welshboymick @plusnethelp Same here, @plusnet has been up and down regularly in the last week (LS27 area). Each time is only for a minute and then it comes back again. Been great for 2 years before this week, now down more in 2 days than it has in 2 years.

    Plusnet has gone down again It goes down everyday for 5-10 minutes sometimes longer If you’re looking for an internet provider please choose anyone else cuz no matter how much I’ve called them and they’ve sent people out the issue is never sorted and it just seems to get worse

    @CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

    @Plusnet I regret to inform you that my reception is next to zero. My internt freezes intermitently , and there is totally no reception upstairs. I am totally frustrated and will have no option but to terminate my contract since you are not keeping to the terms of contract.

    @Plusnet - The Absolute Worst Broadband Provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. My mother has been paying £25 per month for over 3 months and getting downspeeds of less than 10mbps consistently. Your customer service people are useless. I will be taking this to OFCOM

    @Plusnet hello, my WiFi went down an hour ago and I gave tried all sorts to resolve it. I have reset, restarted, updated my password and it still won't work. Could you please run some checks on your end? Thanks
