    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    Nothing happens with plusnet customer support unless you are on the phone to them. Things I am told will happen, like being updated or contacted, don't happen.

    @KintalineFarm @Plusnet For Broadband, they close at 20:00, all automated for what i needed so dont know why i could log the issue last night. Think its the same number for all their services, but could be wrong.

    @Plusnet I’m a customer with 7 months left of my contract, I’ve been made aware I can move to BT Essentials (I’m eligible) without a fee from Plusnet, please can you confirm? I can’t get through on the phone. Thankyou.

    @virginmedia Yes, I certainly have. As I said it's down again the same as last month. Good news is that I have PlusNet and Vodafone xDSL backups that are still working and very rarely go down.

    @Plusnet cancelled Plusnet plan, you are aware cos got various ‘please stay’ emails from you e.g. Jan 6. Today you email to say DD failed (cos I stopped it) and soon you will impose £10 late payment fee. Customer service??!

    @WaterInMyOtter @virginmedia Just ditch them, I've found swapping providers usually clears up issues better than trying to do customer service. I'm Plusnet and they're good in my neck of the woods, but check around for what's good in your area as it varies wildly across the country.
