    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    Excellent customer service from @Plusnet who agreed to restore my service as I assured them I am going to have sons cash on Friday. In other news, I have been referred to a food bank. Am not the only one in this position so am swallowing my pride.

    Dear @plusnet - day 3 without internet since you switched it off. Many days with no landline. Please can ONE PERSON take responsibility for sorting? No more call centre roulette, different tales & broken promises?

    @Plusnet It's not good value when you mess up, close an active account resulting in no service multiple times and then charge an early cancellation fee which hasn't been returned for over six weeks in a cost of living crisis. #uselessplusnetthieves

    Nah @Plusnet, you're doing enough damage to yourself with lies, deceit & not getting anything right. Supplying plenty for me to use for an OFCOM complaint. It's simple really, no further money be coming from me via direct debit as you've tried to steal for an incorrect bill.

    @Plusnet no wifi. 24 hours later after multiple broken promises of fixing it, even told me it was fixed at one point then said that bt staff broke it again

    Plusnet AGAIN told me an engineer was booked and AGAIN no engineer showed up or contacted! 7 days without service and feeling I'm being lied to constantly. Can't wait to call them AGAIN today for another excuse & bogus appointment booking!!

    @Plusnet - been waiting for months (!!!) for my Plusnet Reward card. My contract started in May. I got the "ClaimConfirmation" email on 20th July. It's October now and still nothing. Called your customer service 2-3 weeks ago. They have no clue what to do about it! :(
