    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @Plusnet last 5 days our broadband keeps dropping out.Router flashes orange.Trying to work from home and home school with virtual lessons. Phone line works fine.Issue worse from 4.30pm. Please help.

    Three calls later and apologies and emails from them saying a mistake, I've now received a debt collectors letter!!! This is disgusting @Plusnet it has caused stress, worry and confusion, is this how you treat all your customers?? #shockingcustomerservice

    Utterly livid with the appalling service rec'd by @Plusnet Despite cancelling broadband & switching to Fibre with BT (their agreed partner), in Nov, I have rec'd numerous threatening emails saying I had to pay a cancellation fee of £171.39 😳

    @plusnethelp new to @Plusnet and gotta say it’s been far from great. Always so slow and the download speeds are nothing like what they advertised to me. Trust me when the contract finishes I will not renew. #secondrate
