  @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

  When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @NewForestDog I’ve been with Plusnet for 8 years. It’s only ever gone wrong during install so very reliable once up and running. Definitely easy to speak to a human. I’d rate them as ‘good enough to not leave’ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

  My Internet has been playing up all week and they said someone was coming Wednesday. they didn’t now saying they’re coming to fix it now it’s Monday. I’m not happy @Plusnet this is not your usual good service if you don’t get this it means the Internet is gone wrong again

  Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

  I actually should have called up @Plusnet aka BT sooner. Might have to cancel my direct debit... shocking way to treat a shareholder.
