Shaun McDonald (@smsm1) reported from Bramford, England@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

If you try to cancel, their "retention department" will give you the runaround and make your life miserable. Remove your direct debit at your bank before you do anything else.

Esp when you can look at the OR fault reports via @zeninternet's status page...

Was gonna change to Virgin Media for 3 times the speed for less but they let me down & the customer service has been shite. Should I stick with the slower reliable Plusnet?
