@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

6 weeks on getting an internet connection after moving house is driving me nuts. @Plusnet messed up so we changed to @BT_BTBROADBAND. They've botched our connection and can't guarantee a fix before 30 Dec. I'm paying to use my phone as a hotspot. No streaming etc. over Christmas.

@Plusnet appalling customer service. Been passed from pillar to post about my broadband being down. First it was a home move issue. Then speaking to a provisioning team who then put me back to tech who then passed me back. Appauling I want to leave badly

@mikarv @alexhern I've had very few problems with Plusnet, and they generally do well in our annual survey. Worth a look if they do a fibre package in your postcode
