I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Plusnet Yes, the assistant who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was sorted - I had a follow up email from provisioning this week so all was done well. I'm terrible with names, but it was a Scottish gentleman. Poor call queueing system is my only criticism!

Well @Plusnet it’s been two months and still no reply to emails via customer support. This is an outrageously poor customer service and since you are not responding I’m forced to do this.

@Plusnet no phone signal for 2 days now, I’m told there’s an issue with the local phone mast. Can I leave Plusnet without penalty?

@spconnolly @Plusnet I have always had good service from Plusnet. When I have had problems I have always phoned them - very long wait, but once through, the problem has always been dealt with very efficiently. Best of luck!

@plusnet my download speeds are appalling, 5mb and I'm paying £40 odd pound a month. I want faster connection and I want to keep my phone line. It appears you don't offer this. Long time customer but losing patience now. How can I get faster connection and keep my phone line?
