I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Plusnet Changed from BT for plusnet. Had nothing but problems. Router is nowhere near as good. Keeps dropping out of signal. I thought it would be as good as BT being owned by them. Speeds guaranteed the same, but simply doesn't work well. Too unreliable.

@Plusnet. We are in Greece and we’re told we were still able to use our data, make calls and send texts. We have no problem with data making calls but, although we can text people in the UK, texts to Greek mobile numbers are not getting through. Help please.

@Plusnet Getting fed up of waiting now. Three cancelled open reach appointments to apparently change a broken port for the broadband to be turned on in our home. Yet the previous owners had perfectly fine broadband. Yet when I call you just keep telling me to wait.

@Plusnet why does my wifi keep dropping out and not work in the bedroom directly above the router? Only been with you a few months and its getting beyond a joke especially having to work from home how do i cancel my contract im beyond annoyed!
