I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@Plusnet Your Internet is rubbish, stay away from it people it cuts off at least 3 times a day! Its been off over an hour now and still won't come on! I will be switching over to a more reliable company now. Absolute shocking service.

@plusnethelp based on my past experience, I am confident that plusnet will not be able to resolve the issue. please can you just allow us to leave the contact and go to other provider and stop charging us for the bad service. I would be really grateful to you

@plusnethelp I've been told Plusnet cannot process the refund even though it is their error and I should speak to my bank and call back tomorrow - not like I have a full-time job I need to hold down or anything. Why should I do Plusnet's job for them? I expect compensation.

@FredTedHug 1) No - no post Youview box stopped working, spent all am trying to sort it including factor reset, nothing. Rung Plusnet, no longer supporting Freeview, may need a new box charge could be £160, but system would shutdown in Nov at end of contract - decided to cancel TV option

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp, what is the point of providing a live chat service to only then refer a phone number to call? Why have you made no provisions for profoundly deaf people who have an issue with their WiFi to communicate with you?
