Ms P (@MsAndyPT) reported@Plusnet I am getting tired of waiting for plusnet to install my broadband service. I was told that an appointment was imminent for 6th Sept! No contact since then & I can’t get through on the helplines. Do I have to cancel my new contract? I’m still in the cooling off time!!!!!!

Ben Cowell (@PsykiIl) reported@Plusnet CAN I JUST HAVE WORKING INTERNET FOR ONE WEEKEND PLEASE! Worst ISP ever. Shocking service, terrible customer service, absolute joke of a company.

Parker Bats. (@Parkerbats) reported@Plusnet Incredible contempt for customer service from Plusnet. I agreed to renew a contract at a new price and they increased the price before it even started without notification. Attitude from staff online and phone is, “tough, like it or lump it”. They were great at first

Audrey Nellist (@AudreyNellist) reported@Plusnet pride yourselves on customer service. You failed.

Jonny Long (@JonnyLong77) reported@Plusnet I need help with my account, I am supposed to have an engineer out today as I’ve moved home 2 weeks ago, this was arranged for today, I have taken time off work to be emailed just now to let me know it has been changed now to the 15th. Compete disgrace.

Martin Thomas (@MANDARINLEISURE) reported@OpenreachHelp Thank you Paul. Unfortunately I don’t think Plusnet work weekends so we don’t have a telephone or internet for the weekend or part of next week until the process is followed and problems fixed. I’d there any way of hurrying the system up? The problem is intermittent & ongoing!

Caroline Wynne (@CarolineWynne13) reported@Plusnet Hi sim finally arrived on Tuesday. Any chance we can move the payment date as I was with yourselves 4.5 days before I could actually use the service I’d paid for. Thanks

Dan Robinson (@jenningshtg) reported@Plusnet Hi there, it's apparent that the factors in this case are down to @VodafoneUK having better organisational skills... Or possibly clout with Openreach... Which is ironic considering who owns who in the telecoms market. Yes we're online now, although speeds are still inconsistent.
