Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@Plusnet Hi when I am connected to my plusnet home broadband our PCs will not connect to the YouTube website. If I connect to a different network like a hotspot, YouTube works fine. The same is true for videos in Google Photos. This has only started since yesterday. Any ideas?

@neil_1980 Hi Neil, I'm really sorry to hear you're having issues signing up for Fibre Extra online. While this isn't something I can support with, I'd recommend giving our Sales Team a call; who can help get this resolved for you. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet two days running my broadband drops out every 2-3 minutes. Yesterday it started about 3.00pm and didn't get back to normal until almost 8.00pm. Today it has started at the same time. Are there known issues in the Stoke-on-Trent area?

@bt_uk @Plusnet you really need to get the problem with YouTube and your parental settings sorted. Had to turn parental controls off to get on the TV app and the website. Thousands of people reporting problems on down detector.
