I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Plusnet i think you need to give your customer service more training!!! 3 months to apply outgoing call barring. 1st attepted 24th feb, not done! , 2nd attempt 18apr , not done, called guy again, he tells me you guys dont do that service🤨....

Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.
