I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@RegGBlinker I kept the TV, move my internet to Plusnet, I have a business account with them & I have to say, the few times I've had issues, their customer services were great, straight through to someone with tech knowledge who just fixed it. Not sure if their domestic offering is the same

@Plusnet Hi, when viewing our broadband account online, it shows as having an order pending even though we don't, which means I can't view upgrade options. Can you help remove the pending order block?

@OpenreachHelp An error comes up when they type in my address. I was with Plusnet, on the 26th Nov I did an ADSL upgrade to optic fibre and then it all stopped. Dec 10th mutual with Plusnet to cancel as the problem could not be fixed. Sky, Talk Talk, Now all unable to provide new phone service

@Plusnet My first resolution is to leave Plusnet. Probably the worst service provider in the whole of the United Kingdom. Abysmal customer service, awful customer service.

@WHUBillyMoore I’m with Sky, the tv, internet & phonepackage. If I was starting again I would have 3 different suppliers to be able to negotiate each service independently. For me plusnet for internet, sky for to and maybe not bother with landline

Still no WiFi. After promising lots of solutions would work. Plusnet admit they don't know what is happening and are sending out an engineer but not until next Tuesday For **** sake
