    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

    @WardDEC @Plusnet Server problems or failure. Sadly it’s common, sometimes the result of malicious attack, plain incompetence, or failure to invest in fallback systems. Sorry to hear you’re affected.

    Plusnet Email still not working properly. Supposed to be fixed this morning Thursday, after no service on Wednesday. Delivery of incoming messages is pathetically slow. Get on with fixing it!
