    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    @Plusnet Good afternoon. I would like to speak to someone about my garbage Internet speed! The estimated is 7-8 mbps and minimum is 1.7mps yet my actual speed is between 0.05 and 0.06. How is that actually possible? Are we living in the late 90's still?

    @Plusnet Is there a reason you don't provide a customer service email address? I would like to speak to someone about being overcharged, but not by phone!
