    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    @Plusnet I thought you prided yourselves on your service? So far you've failed to turn up to my 89 year old mother in laws twice in a row to fix her service. You charge her twice as much as a new customer and the broadband speed is at least half.

    @Plusnet We have internet, hence why we can live with it. But no phone line. We had multiple visits from @OpenreachHelp who would say the problem is with Plusnet. I'd phone you guys and you'd send an openreach engineer and so on. I lost the will to keep complaining. Can you help?
