    Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

    @Plusnet My internet is not working after hours with customer services, who have no idea how to fix the problem. In view of this I moved to another provider. You advised there is cancellation charge. I do not agree with this as you are in breach of contract.

    @Plusnet As my internet is not working I have moved provider. You failed to fix the problem even though I spent a couple of hours on the phone with customer services dept. In my opinion you are in breach of contract and I do not feel you should making a cancellation charge.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet 7 weeks since ordering internet. Engineer arrived without key, 4 failed deliveries. **** customer service. Finally activated and still doesn’t work. Awful company in. Would have been better using a potato as my WiFi provider. Any danger of you sorting it?

    @Plusnet my broadband is appalling I have had it since July. It just kicks any device off and hardly works constantly. I don’t know how you can supply such a bad service. I want to end my contract. How do I do this ?

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp hello! We’re trying to pay our bill but it seems your system is evolved enough to accept the fact that we have a new card to use because the other has expired. You’ve taken our internet off. This is stupid, we have tried to fix this for days now.

    @KateSlaterPR @Plusnet 5 months of phone calls and still they haven't sorted the issues with my broadband. They promised an engineer and no one came. I am shocked that they won a prize for their customer service

    So @plusnet resetting my password doesnt work after it wont let me log into the app after download Over an hour on phone/on hold etc been told they can't do anything else other than send reset link which doesnt working. Surely there must be more you can do!

    Oh it gets better... @plusnethelp @Plusnet have charged us £107.00 for leaving a contract. Just to clarify, we never cut off our own line and told them numerous times we weren't leaving. Disgusting.
