@Plusnet I recently switched from talk talk to Plusnet fibre but it seems that my talk talk service wasn't automatically cancelled. I thought I didn't need to manually cancel my contract?

@Plusnet I reported this issue last year, the BT OpenReach man said the line into the building desperately needs updating. At that point my upstairs neighbour had scaffold up so he couldn’t proceed. Please can Openreach be organised to come and do the work now. My internet& phone is vpoor

@Plusnet why, when you closed my account because of poor service, am I still expected to pay for 2 weeks because “your system” takes that long to close an account. Fine let a court decide who should be paying the £19 then!

@plusnet. Ordered to switch broadband/phone on 31/8. Router sent RMail 1st 21/9! Had not arrived on 23/9 when old BT service stopped or today so still without broadband. 1. Why only send it 2 days before we go live? 2. Why send 1st class not tracked. BASIC PROCESS FAILURE.

FFS! It'll be easier to extract blood from a stone than getting @Plusnet to cancel a ******* contract! Have told them multiple times since 31st August I'm ceasing agreed contract on the 30th Sept as it ends that day & not want to renew it & they still haven't ******* actioned it!

**** @Plusnet mobile. Got charged £25 for an additional 256mb of data on home soil (UK). All because the smart cap was set. Wish i had it off now. I'm going to switch on principle.

@Plusnet Hi I've got a SIM only plan with you. I've upgraded to a phone with 5G but I never seem to get anything except 4G despite being in a 5G area, is there a setting I need to change maybe?

@Plusnet I still haven’t had a reply back from you. My internet speed is really slow, that I’m struggling to send emails. Your contact number does not ring. I was about to renew my contract with for another 18 months. I might as just cancel and pick another provider.
