    Iโ€™m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and donโ€™t ever use them.

    Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. Itโ€™s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I ordered Broadband some two weeks ago and no updates! No router and no news - your customer service lines are overwhelmed so I can not talk to them- I have paid for the service yet no news. Please help.

    @Plusnet Done this several times over the last few weeks and the problem still persists. Robots and no humans. Disgraceful service. Already put in place moving to another service.

    @saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now ยฃ43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do ยฃ3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @Plusnet I'm fed up of hearing people in my lane moving over to full fibre broadband when i'm still stuck on the old network with very poor service. When will mine be switched. Don't tell me to phone as i am fed up calling and waiting to be answered

    When you're on hold, the plusnet message says we can contact you online - How? All the contact options I can find just lead to community, call, sign language... Is there some way to message plusnet support?
