I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@Plusnet had a problem with our broadband and a missed appointment, which i was promised automatic money back as compensation. No such action has been provided
