I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Finally got through then & asked why they make it so hard to cancel and he just replied “we don’t, I’ve just done it for you know haven’t I” ignoring that the fact it taking me 4 days to get get him to do that simple task is the point.

@FearoDepth They will expect you to just put up with it. I had regular issues with them and they were useless. I had to put up with them until my contract ran out before switching to PlusNet.
