  @Plusnet sorry but my mother's internet connection is so poor yet again..the line goes down at least every couple of minutes for several seconds stopping any downloads

  @Plusnet my router is not working properly u can't use 2 devices as it will keeps pausing and trying to load, the router light on the front has gone dark and I've tried resetting it but nothing. Can you fix it please

  @Plusnet Hi, We upgraded our contract to a cheaper option and since then our BT Sport app has been disconnected from our account. We were told this wouldn't affect the app. We sent a request to get it up and working again but it's still pending four days later. Can you help?
