    @Parag3791 Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -James Sheffield

    @Plusnet no signal or data since last Sunday. No reply in Twitter DMs, no reply to my previous tweets, no reply in the community forum. Switching to Vodafone. The fact that Plusnet use Twitter to report problems is ridiculous.

    It's now 3 hours and no response from @Plusnet at all - neither here nor on DM, and no connectivity for 7 hours and no sign of things improving/changing. Lack of notification is bad enough, lack of response when you've f'd up is even worse.

    @Plusnet 24 hours still no internet. Already have a day of work to make up over my weekend, still can’t do it, and no mobile signal in my house unless I hang upside down from a light fitting - any chance you will admit there is a problem yet?
