@Plusnet We have a major issue with phone number 07971865526 in name of Anthony Walker Wr66qn your sim card does not work in my wife's Google pixel phone and the new sim card has been in pending for 5 working days with no sign of it being resolved totally unsatisfactory and disgraceful

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet Plusnet used to be very good, but I’m hearing about more and more issues with them. Hope it gets sorted ASAP, but Zen are fantastic if she wants to switch (not the cheapest but über reliable, with excellent, UK-based customer service on the rare occasions you need it).
