@Plusnet say that that's not the price I would be paying anyway. It took me years to enter another contract, and when I do I get ripped off. You know I switched to you last May and cancelled, because I didn't think I'd live the month never mind 18 months. 2/

@MartinSLewis Was with @Plusnet for about 4yrs they couldn't do a better deal, so binned them and now with @lebara on a sim only, 99p for 3 months then £4.99 a month, 3gb data - which is more than enough for me & unlimited texts & calls & fantastic customer service too!

@Plusnet I received a text to say new broadband contract has been delayed and to check out your 'help' web pages...but I don't know what the problem is that needs addressing. No email to confirm problem either. What should I do?
