@Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s

Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. @Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

@Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed
