I haven't been able to receive or send in Outlook for over a week and have lost my whole history of crucial messages including ones relating to a house move.   @ruskin147 Reminds me of working in the Plusnet call centre. Where a customer would call and say... "I've got t'internet.. you that thingy ". To which the answer would be "You sure the internet hasn't got you sir ? ".
