After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

estevรฉn (@superpaddiepads) reported@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever Iโve had issues with Virgin itโs never been a UK call centre Iโve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
