Edward Grefenstette (@egrefen) reportedPretty disappointed with @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. Engineering visit booked via PlusNet. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

Cyberax (@CyberaxUK) reportedHey @plusnet - sent a DM yesterday could someone help with it please?

Red **** (@RedDyke69) reported@Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of โdo as I say, not as I doโ โ preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

(((Mark Hoffmeister))) ๐ผ (@drasnah) reported@Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
