    @Plusnet very disappointed at the service I have received today. Need to pay my bill but being charged £10 late payment even though when I login into account it still says £0 due. Anybody I speak to says they can't help with this so I will need to leave.

    @BritishTelecom #BT what an absolute shambolic company to deal with for #broadband installation. Waited 3 days for the hub (had to be signed for) Engineer came, said he cant find my cable (previously plusnet no issue) Said will order 4g dongle, to tie me over, never ordered.

    @Plusnet What's the average wait time for calling the customer support number?? I'm 40 mins in and losing the will to live with all these Christmas songs in my ear! Do you have a chat window I can use?

    @siomhaithmhic @Plusnet Where are you located roughly. I'm based in Kent and had the same issue a few hours ago with very intermittent ability to make or receive mobile calls.

    @Plusnet Trying to cancel a broadband account but the phone system does not recognise the. Umber so just hangs up. Can you help please. Also, why have you been charging my mother for fibre when you have not been providing that service?

    @Plusnet new router, new connection. Orange warning light phoned support 57 mins and call cancelled at 8pm. Reason order not confirmed but payment already taken 2nd Dec.. can’t see how order not confirmed #shockingcustomerservice after 1 day #wouldnotrecommend
