Hey @Plusnet, instead of just issuing template "sorry to hear bla bla" replies to a handful of your many customers who are without service this morning, how about acknowledging more widely that there's a major outage??

@plusnet You're making it a bit difficult to work from home today - had to use a mobile hotspot to get on a scheduled Teams call, with no idea what's happening with my broadband connection. Any chance you'll give your customers an ETA soon? Or at least acknowledge the problem?
