@Plusnet I just want internet in my bedroom im disabled and spend a lot of time upstairs but all this is driving me crazy the router hub 1 is powerful enough to send a signal upstairs..so deffo need another router tech guy said

Been with #plusnet for 13months & not one day of reliable internet provision. Spent hours on the phone, promises of call backs, we'll do our best, we'll fix it. Spent an hour on phone yesterday, was told i'd get an email with summary of the fault but got nothing. 1/2

@Plusnet We had an engineer visit us not long ago and all was ok going out of the house and I think ok with the external BT line. There was/is a problem that couldn't be identified our end. You will have to read his report.

@Plusnet Nope couldn't do it so still at square one ..I've spoke to a guy today he said the new routers should be out soon so I'm going to hang fire ..and he promised il be priority for a new hub which should fix the problem he said
