    @Plusnet Hi, I have issues with my mobile service: - FB Messenger doesn't load on 4G at all in UK - In an EU country I'm on 2G and can't make outgoing calls. I reset my phone but didn't work, CS couldn't help over the phone. Can you please help? Happy to DM w/ details. Thanks!

    Dear @Plusnet I am an unwell disabled person home alone all Xmas with no emergency telephone helpline button to press in an emergency and no internet so no alexa either.

    @Plusnet Your service is absolutely awful, I will not be renewing my contract. You can't even supply reliable internet! Any body reading this please leave this joke of an internet provider and dont recommend them to any body.

    @Plusnet i have moved out of my home and into a hotel as i am waiting for the contract exchange. I am no longer using the internet service and not sure when I will have my own home. Can you please help with this issue?

    @Plusnet whatever problem you claim you fixed. You didn't. For four years i have no problems then, the last few months, you're ripping me off, the broadband keeps dropping out. You have become a truly **** service provider. As soon as this contract ends, you wankers are history.

    @OpenreachHelp I'm frankly fed up with the number of major broadband outages in Elsenham. Three major issues in the past six months. Please sort the street box out so that a mere sneeze next to it doesn't knock out our connection. @Plusnet @BTBroadbandOUT
