@Plusnet question on broadband - when I extended my account broadband speed was recorded at 36mbs and now my account has been changed to restrict to22mbs. This is causing serious issues with home working - why has it been restricted ?

@Plusnet You sent me an email on Saturday telling me my contract was due for renewal next month. It had a link to make a new contract at the same price as new customers. That link doesn't work. Call centre closed over wkd. I work 8-8. Can I get a working link please?
