Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

I have to say that after 7 months of problems with @BT and @Plusnet we've ditched our landline and gone with @ThreeUK for mobile/Wireless broadband, totally wireless, so far, after 3 weeks of use... Best choice I've ever made! Twice the speed and no drop‐outs! Thank you #Three

@Plusnet cancelled Plusnet plan, you are aware cos got various ‘please stay’ emails from you e.g. Jan 6. Today you email to say DD failed (cos I stopped it) and soon you will impose £10 late payment fee. Customer service??!

@Plusnet Hi Mark, I apologise I’ve been offline and away. I will speak to the other half who will check it this evening and get back to you. Before Christmas we had a BT engineer come out and change the phone socket for the router, at first great now back to poor.

@Plusnet Thank you for your offer to help as much as possible but we have already had contact from other customer advisors who are also helping as much as possible with the outcome that NOTHING is being done and we have a further 2 week wait for another engineer visit (if they turn up).

@Plusnet Sorry but this was too late. I’ve been taken back home to deal with a different issue but it’s still down so I’m now being taken back home to work, which I’ll now be late for. I can’t give you the info you need without any documentation, so need to park this for now.
