Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@Plusnet In the last 2 days my Internet speed has gone from bad to painful. Netflix is buffering every 2 minute. Over £30 a month for it to take me 2 hours to watch a half hour program.

@Plusnet My friend is currently in the process of liaising with your customer services team and her ombudsman. Like I said, I’m not a customer but after overhearing that interaction, it was disgusting and extremely patronising!

@sortoftruejosh @ZainRaz4 Oh wow… my dad doesn’t want to be with bt again because they hiked up his price by nearly double on his EE phone and BT broadband and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with sky. Plusnet router is **** because it’s a bt hub 5 with a skin slapped on. Idk then

@BIGGANorthReg @TalkTalk @Plusnet I did however have a conversation on their chat earlier to make a complaint because their system is a shambles. Conveniently though, I asked for a copy of the transcript to be emailed as it confirmed a resolution to my complaint and I’m yet to receive it 🙄

@Plusnet This isnt the first time. Massively inconvenient, have you tried to tell a one year old and sick five year old why they can’t watch their tv? About time for decent compensation please and that you recognise the continued problems we have experienced
