Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@Plusnet i have moved out of my home and into a hotel as i am waiting for the contract exchange. I am no longer using the internet service and not sure when I will have my own home. Can you please help with this issue?

Waiting for @Plusnet to complete internet switch. Was told 16/12 at 13.55 on 19/12 told me phone was done and broadband by midnight. Nothing has happened, account says being processed and phones never answered. Committed to poor service.

@JTayy_ Think sky is pretty bad in my area :/ plusnet seems to be the fastest but it also doesn’t tell me what the upload speed is so that could ******* kver because I need Atleast like 15-20

Without doubt @Plusnet are the worst customer service ever. Cancelled contract and they have created an “order” to prevent a new supplier taking over. Utter horrible customer service. @WhichUK as a member any advice

Seriously havent had more than a full half an hour of internet for over 3 days now. Reported, reset 100 times, unable to contact anyone at customer services but still have the cheek to send me a bill reminder for tomorrow #plusnet

Hi @Plusnet I'm having a problem accessing the @LKQEuroCarParts website. I've tried this from a different network and it loads fine, however, when trying while on Plusnet I get a routing issue. Checked with another Plusnet user and they have the same problem, are you aware?
