    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    @Plusnet It would be helpful if you could announce MSOs on here or on your website’s status page, where the last Broadband issue reported was 18 days ago. We shouldn’t have to rely on 3rd party sites like @DowndetectorUK or looking for tweets by other customers to know there’s a problem!

    @Plusnet internets been down since 9pm today had to embarrassingly call work and say i cant work from home today and iv had a loss of earning fault logged and still no resolution. plusnet are a dismal company.

    @MrsMacca13 @Plusnet It’s actually insane the amount of Times I’ve been told to do the same things to try and fix it or that they have checked the line and it’s all fine their end! Can’t cope with it anymore !

    @Plusnet very disappointed in your service. Been with you 2 years - HM order cancelled (not by me), still no working phone line or internet in new house. Son with disabilities and can’t do any online appointments. Really not good enough 😡
