Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

Hi @OpenreachHelp day 6 with no phone/broadband & our ISP @plusnet says it might be Friday before our fallen telegraph pole can be replaced. Rural area with limited mobile signal. Can you review please.

Trying to contact Plusnet is like Mission Impossible. They answer and then you hang on for 20 minutes and more-and no response. Tried 4 times today and wasted my day. Plusnet get your act together.
