    @Plusnet you have taken my £ in April but not delivered the service I paid for and your communication is awful

    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    @Plusnet Are you experiencing broadband issues in the Morecambe and Lancaster area? My router has been flashing orange for 20 minutes and yes I have tried the turn it off and back on again!

    @Plusnet how come your site says contact is 9-6 on a Sunday yet when I call up it says your closed? Been trying to sort out an issue for the last 4 weeks, yesterday was told I'd get a call back within 24hrs...guess what...it's been 24hrs and still waiting on that call 🙄

    @vhixy @SkyHelpTeam Same in YO30 with me - I just called PlusNet and they said there was reports of faults in the York area but they were unable to help and their service tracker shows no issues..

    @Plusnet you've sent me a bill which I cannot access as I am no longer with you and my log-in doesn't work. If I want to contact you I have to log in, so I can't. I don't want to phone, I just want to know what you're billing me for and how to contact you other than by phone.

    @nervousgradient @vhixy @SkyHelpTeam YO26 here and the same. It’s been down since at least 7am for me. Just spoken with them and checked a couple of different routers … both saying ‘no internet’ Openreach unaware of issues but Plusnet end & our routers aren’t the issue … so it must be an exchange problem

    @Plusnet It's plugged directly into the master socket. We had a similar problem last year.

    @Plusnet I'm still finding drops in connection and it taking ages to reconnect and its especially bad upstairs for my daughters ipad. I understand we have a lot of devices but no more than usual and it was OK before

    @SamTurrell @Plusnet We had a major outage with them a week or so back - contacted via phone was easier. Also has to factory reset the router after the outage was over as it wouldn't automatically reconnect.
