Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi I've just got your broadband and the WiFi range is shocking. As soon as I leave the room the router is in it drops - never had this issue with PlusNet... what can be done to avoid cancelling?

@carlosradioguy @Plusnet @TheAA_UK British Gas did exactly the same with us last week. So my husband did some price comparisons, found a cheaper company , contacted BG, & low & behold, BG have stayed at the same price! Loyalty sucks with these big companies if you don’t challenge them.

Why can I not ring someone when I have an issue with my Internet @Plusnet . I have been a customer for a long time and don't want to leave but you may be leaving me no option.

All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only
