Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@mbga_uk I use PlusNet. They're probably no better or worse than any other, but their call centre and support is excellent, especially on their mobile phone side. I'll be sticking with them.

@Plusnet ,still waiting on a response! I have a very I’ll family member in hospital who is critical,I cannot ring out or receive calls or messages! If something terrible happens and I am not able to be connected I’m gonna be raging 😡 SORT IT OUT AND RESPOND NOW!

@gentlebite_ @Asuthe1 @itsBeeChu Out of that list I would go BT/Sky. Both are ultimately **** to deal with, but tbh all of them are. From experience Vodaphone/Plusnet have more outages. Virgin will just lie to you on the phone. BT from personal experience is the more consistent option as sky dropped out alot
