  Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

  @Plusnet Hi Tony, I managed to get hold of someone and they said it is an external fault with the line, and an engineer will be out to fix it by Tuesday. Thanks though.
