    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    @Plusnet Thanks Emily, I am aware that I'm having problems logging into my email. I am sure that the plusnet team is working to resolve the issue. But 2.30pm has now been and gone without an update to the service status page. That's 3 times that a promised update has failed to appear.

    @AndrewCollins @Plusnet They’ve always been great for me in terms of customer service, have just remembered though that I get my mobile phone with them and not internet coverage… sorry for the senior moment, good luck!

    What is happening at Plusnet?@Plusnet, no emails all day! No reply to tweet! Answerphone stated this morning that the problem would be solved in a few hours, this pm it moved to this evening or overnight. Poor service in every way. A very unhappy and increasingly angry customer

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp you are directly damaging my business. My website hosted by you is down and my email doesn’t work. To my clients this looks like I’m no longer in business. How will you compensate for this?

    @Plusnet Clearly the person who applied the resolution didnt try to call me or really understand what had taken place. If you say you are going to call back I would expect a phone call not an generic response on the ticket.

    @snazpizaz @Plusnet I keep seeing the same identical response and the Service Status page gives no indication of progress being made. Can I get my emails diverted to my gmail or is there nother way of access my messages?

    Latest status update from #Plusnet expected 8am, 11th November! No emails service until at least then!
