  Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

  @Plusnet I'm receiving incoming emails but have had had no facility to send emails for 4 days now. This is a great inconvenience. Can you give me any idea of how long the problem might take to be fixed?

  @Plusnet Totally unacceptable that since Tuesday no email service and no obvious end in sight, so much for all your plaudits for great customer service, this service is non existant
