Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

Plusnet. Anything better than what I’ve endured last 3 weeks. Business loss, business partners webinars loss. The list.. and stress goes on.! I want revenge for all of the trouble and stress caused to me .. Am sure I’m not alone…

@Plusnet mobile signal completely down for last 48 hours on 3 devices in the household (mine Plusnet, other 2 are EE) with long delays for standard texts coming in. Getting an error message on your coverage checker. Can someone advise how we resolve please?

Outage continues, affecting also the local convenience store/post office et al. If @Plusnet rely on @BT_Openreach to swap out dead batteries from roadside cabinets and they in turn rely on the power company to provide uninterrupted power , who is the power company?

@Ephemeral_Goods @Plusnet Bizarrely, I am a longtime customer of JL broadband and have suddenly for no reason got an email from them saying how sorry they are I'm leaving them. I'm not! So I'm kind of having the opposite experience to you but yours is very odd.
