    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    Hi @Plusnet still no service and I've downloaded the app which seems to be geared to those considering joining rather than active users. Plus, it's suggested I call, which is impossible with no network.

    @Plusnet hey PlusNet, we've had absolutely no mobile coverage in IV51 since Tuesday. We're a rural area and having no signals proving to be an issue. Any ETA on a fix?

    Hi @Plusnet I can see there's something awry. I've had no mobile signal since about 10am (possibly earlier) and could only log in with extreme difficulty. Can you give me an update please?

    @Plusnet Hello. Why does your online service status tell me there are no nationwide issues with broadband but your text help service tell me there is an issue in my area? I would like an update when this is going to be fixed I have been without internet since around 3 am.
