Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

Broadband connection has been bloody terrible for the past month. Cutting in and out, we've tried everything - please sort @Plusnet (SY11 -Hindford)
