Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@Plusnet my dm was sent on the 27th of September. Why i want to stay with you is a struggle to comprehend, my upload speeds are worse than a snail,like your customer service. @MartinSLewis can we do anything about this gos awful company
