Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@TheSegaHolic Oh weird. I have 70mb PlusNet and I've used Xbox Cloud Gaming a fair bit. Sometimes get lag. But I've played a fair few games on there now using my phone, laptop & PC and think it's really good. But I don't have a Series S/X - so maybe playing cloud on those is bad?

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet I had an issue with my landline phone going over to broadband and the guy at BT got it quickly sorted and couldn't have been nicer.

@Plusnet Tried that. No good, though webmail is slowly working. Your tech support said outlook was nothing to do with you. It worked before this, now doesn’t. Settings all correct. Can’t work without outlook. I will have to look for a broadband provider that offers decent email support.

@Plusnet That's cool, thanks. It turned out that after changing the password for the account, this change didn't get automatically pushed to the router. Took me a while to figure it out (it wasn't suggested anywhere in your support materials)
