    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    @Plusnet now 16 days since confirming switch from BT and still no Router received. Still no internet which means no tv or CCTV #poor

    Plusnet is the THE WORST ******* provider ever. Five days I’ve been without broadband. Five ******* days for a name change. Absolutely ridiculous and I still don’t have ******* broadband.

    @Plusnet extremely poor start to using Plusnet.switched from BT 12.june. Told we’ll take care of everything. Switch over date today but no Router! No internet, TV, CCTCV or phone now. Come back BT #thatwontdo plusnet #poor

    @Plusnet What the hell is wrong with the mobile service in CV47 - Southam, Warwickshire? This is now 24 hrs down. Don't tell me it's my phone - I have two and neither connects. UNACCEPTABLE ! 🤬

    @bt_uk Thank you for the quick response. Tried BT once more (that's THREE TIMES today) and got lucky - the agent understood the problem and is removing the marker. There is a training gap in your call centre, agents saying it was a @Plusnet mistake when it was theirs.

    @Plusnet I have been asked to upgrade my security to Norton by 30th June, but when I login to my account it says "software not ready for download yet". Please help.

    @Plusnet Hello, I reported a fault previously, an openreach engineer was sent out who said he couldn’t install a new line as my neighbour had scaffold up. That is now down and I wanted to get the engineer to return to put the new line in asap. Thanks
