@Plusnet I'm connected now, Curtis, albeit I've been connected to the wrong team. Worst customer experience in my 19 years as a customer.

Left @plusnet @plusnethelp 4/11/20, transferred to new ISP. They’re still taking payment from me - 3 so far - for a service they’re not providing. Contacting Plusnet is a nightmare so am glad I left after decades with them, just want my money back though!

@SQRLTV @virginmedia Unfortunately loyalty isn't rewarded with alot of these companies, in fact I found Plusnet one of the few that does reward customer Loyalty. You're best to pitch them against each other and go from deal to deal every 18 months.

@highwaylass @Plusnet @plusnethelp Have you tried changing the network names on your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network to be different? Also you can use any router on a Plusnet service so worst case you can buy a decent personal router

Just to let people know - avoid @Plusnet at all costs. Terrible signal, bad customer service, false promises on internet deals. And there you go. @plusnethelp

@matt303 @Plusnet @zeninternet nope - they promise to keep prices same. Of course they are higher.. though better service (and niceities like static ip ipv6 etc). I'm very pleased I switched to them.
