Jacqui Langstead (@mizpah68) reported@Plusnet I’ve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband I’ve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. I’m disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you

Nicky Robson (@Nicky_Robson) reported@Plusnet Hoping to update about a positive outcome from this interaction and that Plusnet can resolve this problem. However will also post if the result is disappointing
-
Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@amandajp17 @Plusnet Absolutely. For a company that prides itself on customer service it's pathetic. Heaven forbid if they want to keep their landline and in a poor mobile area. It's always call them....and wait. As most of the current moves aren't at a customers behest, they should be ringing us.
-
Sam (@BoodEivu) reported@MrRoflWaffles PlusNet Full Fibre + Unifi UX7 Router never any issues
-
Mike (@mcnux) reported@Plusnet For the past two weeks I’ve been having trouble accessing website with lots of server not responding and very long load times and timeouts. What’s going on?
-
Daren (@DazzaBoro) reported@Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.

MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
Thomas Luke Robinson (@thomaslukerobin) reported@Plusnet my wifis been down all day, told I need to book an engineer, text service hasn't replied and when I call says issues with your system to book engineers?
-
@Gaylesian (@gaylesian) reported@JoshCF_ Try plusnet they are owned by BT but you would get new customer offer.
