@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@Plusnet Switched to you and now had no internet since the 9th, was promised midnight on the 16th at the latest. Costing a fortune in bolt ons. (Thanks a bunch O2) I’m furious and will cancel tomorrow if it’s not connected.

@Plusnet need help, fibre line drops sigmnal all of the time with multiple users. Looks like your router is dreadful at load sharing. Will buying a better router fix this?

@Plusnet I hired your Wifi services on the 2 of September. Even though in the website it is advertised you only take up to 7 days to start the service you gave me starting service date the 20 of September. I has just got a message that my service will be delayed.

.@Plusnet Don’t like bringing this up on here because it’s obviously not the fault of the people manning the twitter account, but… 2nd day with no broadband and no acknowledgement that there’s a problem. Not happy. @ofcom

@Plusnet It’s all ok now just had 2 days of random slow down and drop outs, the issue I do have now and again is the router the light will turn red and I have to turn it on and off again

@baldbookgeek What I can do is make some changes to your router to help improve the connection and stop the router from dropping out. Would be alright if I go ahead with this? You will see a temporary drop when the change is going through. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield
