@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@virginmedia with many health problems n trying to ring hubby as I needed him n couldn't get hold of him ended up ringing neighbour to tell him I needed him not good as ive said plusnet were much better than this please sort it im not paying a lot of money to get no reception

Switched my broadband from Sky to @Plusnet just over a month ago and bot to I regret it. Dropping out, last night down for 30-40 mins. They rang today and said it was only down for a minute which is a total lie. They then said it had worked for 4 days without issues prior......

@Plusnet broadband just failed to my home tonight whilst watchingYouTube. Phone works fine, no change to the system but router says no service from plusnet. All cables are fine. No customer support and I need internet to work from home! SW2 area!

@shoba_31 I know what you are saying but sky tried to really ramp up my costs. Sky was reliable but @plusnet refuse to accept that there is a problem, so if they refuse to accept that they don't have to fix in their eyes

@Plusnet is there any issues in m44 area? My grandma has no Internet service coming in. As of weds evening. Same time I swapped over to another provider. Not supposed to change until 13/8/21 as per your email.

@Plusnet still waiting for an issue regarding an incorrect bill amount which you admitted is wrong. Been waiting 2 weeks for bill to be corrected so I can pay it. Was supposed to have an update today and the issue sorted but still waiting. Please sort it today!

@Plusnet I did not expect a price increase within a few days of starting a new contract. Poor show. Please advise if I can terminate the contract without a penalty.
