    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnet no option to DM. Only been with you a couple months but not had 1 day without problems. No Internet in any of the bedrooms (in a bungalow) and even the lounge is continually buffering. Can't watch 1 program without it stopping after a couple sentences. Not good at all.

    @Plusnet - New customer with a "guaranteed" down speed of 59.6mbps but getting less than 20mbps. I find the service less than satisfactory. Having to repeatedly chase a solution with your CS team, get nowhere, and be warned of a potential £65 charge is unacceptable. #SortIt 🤬

    @GlennPegden @BlueTeamHackers Such a good point, could I get my mother in law to use a password manager (not a chance). I could convince her to write the passwords down and ensure plusnet (still storing pwds in tbe clear) has its own. Yes

    @bt_uk On hold for 40 mins the other day and over 20 mins now. I think they need more than one person in the UK answering the phones! This lack of service really makes me long for PlusNet

    @Omodon @Plusnet I have mate, had them for the last 4 years with no problems but..... I know others that have had awful experiences with them.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk If you need to move and reliability and customer service are what you want, could do a lot worse than PlusNet. Been with them for about 15 years.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp 1) you disconnected us instead of upgrading our package and now we have been left with no internet connection for 4 weeks and counting. No one will take responsibility for the issue! An issue that you created! We work from home and depend on the internet for work.
