@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@James1986Tony @RoyalMail ****'s sake. I had something similar with my phone. Been on PlusNet for years then made the switch to BT as soon as Openreach upgraded our area to fibre. I've persistently been getting calls from "BT Openreach" about the virus on my network ever since!

@Plusnet can you tell me if there are general broadband issues in the HR6 area? We have had no service for a couple of hours, but there are a suspicious number of people in high vis jackets looking worried in the street, so wondering if it is a general issue.
