    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnet I have a totally mixed up bill which is a joke & can't get anyone to speak to me to get it corrected(after 3 hrs on the phone) I am now going to cancel my Direct Debit. bet someone will speak to me then. Woderful Plunet , it's abysmal

    @plusnet You have a major problem with your website. If the cookie consent dialog doesn't pop up (meaning the end user cannot consent) then the user cannot login. They just see a blank screen. As they never saw the consent dialog they don't realise that's the cause. 1/3
