After 8 year as a customer I am leaving @Plusnet, you are not allowing to dispute an unreasonable charge because an @OpenreachHelp engineer has lied. You do not give any option, leaving the customer unprotected from @WeAreOpenreach abusive claims

@digitaldaisies I hear about this, but it never happens to me - I often renew my car/home insurance because it's still the cheapest, and I've been with PlusNet for 20 years because they always let me know when there's a cheaper product.

@Plusnet you must be ashamed of yourself for loosing my number I had for 18 years and allocating someone else's number to me causing further headache to others. So far no communication or action to recover the number or provide a solution.... Disgraceful and cowardly

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I am trying to setup a Fibre package in the newly built flat I just moved into. There is a BT Openreach Fibre box already installed in the flat, but when I tried to take one of your 12 mths packages it failed. Can you help?

@ThePseudosapien Ahhh, tbh I was suspecting either them, talktalk or plusnet. It always the big ones that are **** like this.

@Plusnet General internet usage. Browsing, Discord, Teams, YouTube etc. The downstream connection is fine, there is no issue there. Additionally my WiFi connection is strong and stable, which I have checked by pinging the router. It’s the upstream connection that is the problem.
