    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnet Hello.I cannot make calls or send texts due to having no signal. I called on a land line but all the person said was that she'll send me another sim card which doesn't solve my immediate problem. Are there works going on in the WV9 area? When will my service be restored

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp no internet last 2 days in Kilburn Park Road (London), we have fibre. Really inconvenient as our house has been flooded (modem etc unaffected). Pls confirm you are addressing this as a known outage?
