@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@Plusnet I'm connected now, Curtis, albeit I've been connected to the wrong team. Worst customer experience in my 19 years as a customer.

@Plusnet why is my internet being throttled? Speed test shows amazing fast speeds but try and visit any streaming or social media website, its like watching paint dry. Can you, for once, just give me the service I pay for?

@TalkmobileUK sent dm. Will you open free calls, text and data to Pakistan like Vodafone, EE, plusnet, Voxi and BT have done for friends and family to be able to contact their loved ones. You run on Voda network so surprised you have not put a similar update out.

@Plusnet my internet has been down since 13:05 yesterday. And have been told it won’t be fixed until 5th September. Me and my wife both work from home and this is a massive problem. What are you doing about it?

@AndyPearson68 Plusnet for me. Part of BT but much cheaper. Pretty good support and no problems in the 5+ years I've used them.
