@plusnethelp @Plusnet I rang yesterday to see where my router was (WiFi is active and still haven’t received my router), and I had the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. Jay, the advisor, was hostile, aggressive, rude and shouted at me.

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. WiFi has gone down. Any reports of issues in Wrexham?

@Plusnet hi. I have no internet. I called yesterday because the signal was weak and now it’s non existent. Tweeting you hear instead of DMs in hope that helps in some way.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Feb 5, still no fibre Broadband. Got the router, the new contract but no service. This is supposed to be the day it all happens. Why the delay?

@Plusnet I tried sending you a PM about the dire service I am currently receiving but you haven’t bothered replying in over a week. I am supposed to be on unlimited fibre but am lucky if I can manage 3.5 Mbps download speed.

@7govscott @SkyHelpTeam I would recommend Plusnet Broadband, brilliant customer service and really good value. With regard to your question I think Sky will have limits to how much bandwidth they get on the BT systems. Probably something to do with contracts they sign.

@Plusnet My internet is not fit for purpose. Trying to cancel the service. Was told I could. Later told in v.aggressive manner it wd cost £126.50. WHY when it’s not fit for purpose and hasn’t been since day 1. Enough is enough, my husband has dementia and I’m 82! Please cancel.

@RunningForKH @Plusnet That sounds like fun! Luckily I'm still able to cancel - and I'm seriously considering it.
