    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnet Wireless connections only. Though, at the time only my laptop was using the wifi and was in the same room as the router. I have issues with wifi connectivity throughout the house.

    @Plusnet award winning service? What award is that then. So far all we've experienced is fault after fault and interminable waits on the phone. Kind of regretting the switch now!

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Yes - recently I was due to renew with Plusnet for £40.98 and I asked for the new customer price, which is £26.99. Had to sign up for another 18 months but I got the new customer price.
