@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢

@Plusnet The speed is better this morning, so the problem is clearly an intermittant one. you can see from my 1st tweet that I was getting very slow speeds last night. I'm not sure what to do now, as I don't feel my problem has been resolved. Best wishes

@VickyMack @Plusnet as a previous plusnet customer they have mentioned to me you can any router as long as you have i think the account login details then you can link it to plusnets server
