    @Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @Plusnet Is there a free roaming in Spain with your sim cards? I arrived in Spain 2 days ago and never received “welcome abroad” message. I have tried to contact you here, but you never respond.

    @B__Rani @virginmedia I've used PlusNet many times over the years and never had a problem. Saying that, Sky and BT have also been OK if more expensive
