    @Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @plusnethelp @plusnet Your broadband is appalling - throttling, service dropping continuously nowhere near the speed promised - I am leaving and just try coming after me for contract I will put you out to the press every way I can 😎👋

    @Plusnet I’ve had a red light showing LOS on my ONT for a few days. I texted ‘Help’ this morning and was advised that there’s a fault in my area (S13) and that they’re usually resolved in 4 hours. That’s now passed. Are you able to provide an update of any kind?

    @Plusnet I telephoned your sales department to enquire about broadband deals and your representative refused to provide any information because I wouldn’t give me date of birth. Stated he needed to get into the system to provide any information re at all. Disgusting service.

    @Plusnet Hi, broadband down in OL15. Neighbours also have no internet so it’s not a ‘me’ issue. Any idea what’s going on and when we can expect to be up and running again?

    What a **** show BT and OpenReach, Plusnet ,talktalk, Vodafone. A whole day with no Internet, POOR communication and updates . Shameful. If you can't provide the service maybe let someone who can. Muppets #nointernet #internetdownagain
