@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

Plusnet engineer said the issue was the router. I put in a new router. Internet still poor. Call operator for Plusnet says it's a line issue and an engineer will have to attend. Changing my mind - I wouldn't recommend plusnet anymore

@Plusnet Really upset that you cancelled my order last week and are now apparently proceeding as if it's still live even though I've signed up with someone else. Now I have to jump through hoops to cancel it - without broadband.
