@Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

@Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now it’s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

@Daftdruers We're on TalkTalk now, never had a problem with then in years, but PlusNet is nearly a tenner a month cheaper. Can't get Virgin diwn our way, but I'll have a look into EE thanks

@Plusnet As my internet was down all morning, and there were a whole heap of other people having the same problem judging by the tweets to your account, it was not resolved quickly at all - I lost an entire morning of work!
