    @Plusnet have left us stranded to try to work and socialise from home with no internet for 10 days, at LEAST 4 more days untill it might be fixed, poor communication and NO INFO on compensation. What do we do @plusnethelp ?

    @plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

    @Plusnethelp @Plusnet Absolutely hopeless. Trying to transfer to you for phone & BB. Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now itโ€™s another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

    @Plusnet had my broadband and phone connected this morning, absolute complete mess up by your company, was told I will keep my existing telephone number and this hasn't happened which is a real problem as my wife is disabled. Also you never sent you a Router, useless

    @JennyBratty @Plusnet Yeah, thatโ€™s not on. Iโ€™ve never had an issue so far other than being slow to repair a damaged line but I think this is an open reach issue.

    So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that itโ€™s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

    ..without Wi-Fi (probably) all weekend. Wonderful when I have a stack of deadlines and need a stable connection for liaising with clients. Your customer support was a bit underwhelming too! Seriously annoyed already... @Plusnet @plusnethelp. Thanks a blummin' lot!!! #URGH!!!

    @Plusnet so I called plusnet explained enjineer came out still dropping signal and all I get is yes we can see it's dropped several times paying for a service that I can't use

    @Plusnet You havenโ€™t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you donโ€™t know.

    @WeAreOpenreach day 8 of no internet. The pavement was dug up and our internet connection stopped. Calls to Plusnet who arranged Openreach to come out yesterday to find the fault. Openreach came yesterday and identified there was a break in the wire that was caused when the pavement was dug up. I was informed that Openreach would be out today to dig a smaller hole and fix the break. My husband spoke to Plusnet who said Openreach would update Plusnet on the 13th May. There is clearly a breakdown in communication between Plusnet and Openreach. My expectation is that Openreach will be out today, as promised, and restore our connection to the internet. We are unable to use our laptops or IPads. Even our door bell is out of action. We do everything online and this is just not acceptable. Particularly as the engineer yesterday informed me yesterday that he could not understand why we had been kept waiting for so long as they did not like leaving people off line for very long. This is not acceptable. To add insult to injury Openreach did not inform us the pavement was being dug up and therefore we did not move our car. Our drive was blocked from 9 am to 4 pm.

    @Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

    @Globalistloon @GavinFreedomLo1 Until I got Starlink I had everything , landline , broadband and email address through Plusnet but had so much trouble with outages that I dumped Plusnet broadband . Starlink is superb but of course no landline .

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get IPTV and a Plusnet FTTP internet connection. Don't give those parasites sky a penny, they're scum. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'
