Graham Muir (@itslegaltender) reported from Ratho, Scotland@Plusnet This reply is ingenious. You were down from midnight through to the point of resolution. To say it was a short time rub salt into the wound. I suggest whoever signed off on this generic reply revisits their customer service training. #plusnetdown #plusnet

Chr15_init (@CHR15_MTB) reported@ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia Did the same with mine, rand them. Best we can do is £55! Erm everywhere else is offering £25-£35 for the same service? Sorry, best we can do. Cancelled. Went to Plusnet. Two days later a phone call. Why are you leaving? We can match plusnets price if you stay. Too late. I genuinely don’t understand their thinking. Waste of time & money.
