    @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @Plusnet You sent me an email on Saturday telling me my contract was due for renewal next month. It had a link to make a new contract at the same price as new customers. That link doesn't work. Call centre closed over wkd. I work 8-8. Can I get a working link please?

    @Plusnet My elderly parents are now 11 days without a landline. No assistance from customer support (3 phone calls one DM). Very poor

    @plusnet I'm trying to turn off the answer service via the online manage your account.... The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

    @Plusnet I really can't bothered. 12 hour shift in a vax centre makes you feel that. I'm happy with the service I have. But I am not going to pay double for it when you openly admit you give new customers a better price. And I really am not calling up on break time.

    Finally signed up with a new broadband provider today. Sky are just repeatedly unhelpful, their website sends you in circles and you can never get through to someone on the phone. Plusnet is already superior as their website lays out my broadband product clear as day, no circles.
