FOReST2273 (@coupe_greg) reported@Ofcom @Plusnet is it right that when a new isp on day 14 of the contract asks the customer to allow them to improve the service, the customer is reasonable and allows isp to fix the problem, when they can't, gets charged in excess of £100 when attempting to move to another isp?
