@Plusnet I shouldn't have to ring up to renew my broadband, come on now. You have sent me an email with a special offer that's not valid when I click it. Another offer on my login is also not valid; are you sure you want me to renew?

@Plusnet Hi, I just upgraded my service with your colleague - my email confirmation has got a much higher price than we agreed on the phone. He said it’s something to do with discounts but I’m not comfortable that my only written confirmation is wrong. Can you fix?

@ComplainingCow Trouble is, there's very little manoeuvre for them now. We were with Plusnet for 8 years, Always able to wangle a decent deal at negotiation time, then one year they wouldn't budge, so we had to walk. I'm looking forward to "Home 5G" rolling out as that'll be real competition.
