    @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

    @AliParry83 @Plusnet Yes. It went down just after midnight. Light is blue. Says its connected. It is not.

    @Plusnet, you might want to wake up your infra team. Looks like a LOT of your customers are lacking internet (blue light, no internet). You might also want to beef up your monitoring systems unless it is your intent to use your customer base as your alerting system? #PlusNETdown
