@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@bt_uk @Plusnet you really need to get the problem with YouTube and your parental settings sorted. Had to turn parental controls off to get on the TV app and the website. Thousands of people reporting problems on down detector.

@Plusnet Hey, youtube is inaccessible to me today on my home internet (desktop/laptop browser version - mobile app works OK if I don't mind squinting at a tiny screen). Works for friends on other providers. Any chance you have a fix for this lined up?

  • klharris30 😎Keith Harris😎 (@klharris30) reported

@Plusnet Thanks for your reply. I have managed to login now but no thanks to BT who were no help whatsoever, just telling me to do what I had already done.

@manchester_pc As a resident of the Advent 2/3 building on PlusNet- its at least all of us with providers using openreach infrastructure. 200+ apartments in the building, but can't give the breakdown. Still down currently and having to use my mobile data to get work done. Its not fun.

  • VanKellett Barry Kellett (@VanKellett) reported

@systematicdata Thanks for this - Would never have figured it out otherwise. What a weird decision from BT and plusnet

@AndrewDotDotDot Down on plusnet, working on mobile

  • EddieRobson A Little Touch of SCHMOBSON in the Night (@EddieRobson) reported

Anyone else finding YouTube won't load for them? "Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s)." Is this a problem with my ISP @Plusnet?

  • IanHawkes82 Ian Rex-Hawkes (@IanHawkes82) reported

@virginmedia Well, that's great. If I said I would pay you "as soon as I can" for my broadband, how do you think you'd take that? Please arrange for a human to call me to explain why I should stay, as this is atrocious service so far after years of reliable internet from Plusnet.
