@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@KatTrimble God, it’s soul destroying, isn’t it, ringing these customer so-called “helplines”? We are with PlusNet now - to give them their due, seems quite easy to get through and talk to a real person. Tesco Mobile another one with v good service.

@IanDunt Reality is that most companies are using BT lines and speeds won’t be massively different. Only Virgin have their own lines, more companies laying fibre but still utilising the OpenReach network for large parts. Means Sky, BT, Plusnet etc.. should all be pretty similar.
