@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband recontract "offers" are higher than what I'm currently paying, and what I'm currently paying is far higher than offers from Sky and PlusNet. Can I cancel online without having to phone BT, as I'm always left waiting in a long queue?

@Plusnet our phone line and internet has been down since yesterday afternoon (not just us, the whole openwoodgate area of Belper) and apparently engineers can’t be sent out to fix it until tomorrow??? Appalling when so many people are still working from home!
