@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@Plusnet Hello @Plusnet. I’m having awful trouble with your internet ever since we had it 2 months ago. Today especially it has been on and off all day and I am trying to work from home. We are averaging around 6mb download and 1mb upload. These are not the speeds I paid for. Please help.

@Plusnet we have issues with phone and broadband at home. Phone rings when incoming call but cuts off on answering. Can't dial out. Broadband either not connecting or ridiculously slow.

@plusnet How can I upgrade my current plan with you from £8 and 12gb of data to £10 and 22gb? I do not have the option in my account area of the website. I'm a broadband customer too.

Sat listening to my husband on a call with Dean @Plusnet. I have never heard such a ridiculously rude conversation from a customer service rep. Plusnet must be so proud to have him on the team
