@PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@Plusnet It's a shame they don't offer fibre in my area, yet my neighbor's a few doors down are on full fibre. Cables are literally outside my house. Also, support ends 8pm. Not great if you need a problem fixing.

@Plusnet Update: Just been told that the issue has been going on for weeks and that I need to sit tight... As a new customer, I am really not impressed and don't think I will be recommending @Plusnet to any friends/family.

@Plusnet @cool_papillon1 is the account owner, and she contacted you about this before. Despite frequently claiming you were doing things to resolve it, including splitting it up into a '5GHz' network, none of your actions have made the slightest different, and it's really not good enough

@Plusnet Began trying to port over to you from bt a week ago.been without any mobile service whatsoever since. Called but advisors appear to have no clue what is happening. Can you please update on what the issue is and how much longer it's going to take to resolve?

@Plusnet cumulatively spent over 1.5 hours this past week waiting to speak to you. Still not being able to get someone to pick up and waiting on the phone again now. I’ve also sent a complaint.

@Plusnet absolutely beyond disappointed switching to you. Broadband is shocking but stuck in contract. Switched mobile SIM too with the deal stating I'd get a reward card that's never arrived despite me chasing it with customer service. 10/10 do not recommend

Been without a working phone now since Friday, due to issues moving my old number over to @Plusnet. Been trying to call customer support all week, but with little luck. One advisor just hung up on me instead of putting me on hold. When is this going to get sorted out PLEASE

So @Plusnet have shoved a 9% increase in my "fixed price" broadband fee for a pretty poor service. Then failed to call me back about it as promised. Who is better these days?
