My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@mrstc75 @MarkTechArc72 I've been with Plusnet for well over 10 years now, never had any major probs. Had the odd hour or so down maybe twice a year if that. Got fibre with them now and I can't fault them. Their customer service is reliable too.

@MarkTechArc72 I thought the same earlier in the year...lasted 2 weeks with #plusnet before I was begging #skybroadband to take me back as quickly as possible! #plusnet were awful! Good luck!

@MattLeeJourno @plusnethelp @Plusnet be grateful, they are garbage. Move on, they'll send you a router that has a known issue with wifi dropping frequently. No fix incoming either. Go elsewhere.

I’d love to move to a different supplier and go elsewhere but since nobody can tell me if my line is sorted/connected/completed I’m worried that I’ll start the whole loop of problems that @Plusnet blame on openreach all over again 🙈🙈🙈🙈

@Plusnet @Ofcom 9mnths of intermittent Internet. Outcome: impact ability to WFH in compliance with Govt’s Tier 4 Guidance. 6 Engineers have visited the property. Outcome: issue continues. Complaints made. Deadlock letter requested. Plusnet refuses to provide/ misinforms us. Help
