  I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

  @Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬
