    @VirginMediaCorp 94 mb wired but even that drops out frequently. Hub 3.0, I was previously with Plusnet for 5 years at my old house and although the speeds were slower (as expected) I never had any issues. As for the WiFi it's terrible unless you're in the same room as the router

    @Plusnet help. Our internet speeds are really poor and always have been. Online checks tell me that the meany virgin I can get min 54mbps. And I only get 3-5 with plusnet. Surely that’s not right that yours is so slow? Please help. Think of the children!!

    @jan_skelton On the screen which shows the block, there should be a means for you to report this error to us on that page. Can you please do this, if you haven't done so already and we'll hopefully be able to correct this issue for future customers using this site? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet No internet for 3months, spoke with about 25 people at PlusNet spent nearly a couple of day on hold, had 3 different engineers out, then someone at PlusNet went & cancelled our contract without telling us rather than sort the issue. I’d rather speak to ANYONE else than you guys!!

    @Plusnet Can i ask why my contract end date has been moved from june 2022 to March 23rd 2022? I never consented to that and will not be paying the out of contract price.
