    @Plusnet @plusnethelp is there a general issue with your broadband? Had a few issues this week alone, nevermind this year. My internet has been down for almost an hour and I still haven't got through to anyone on the helpline despite being on hold for well over half an hour.

    @plusnethelp , hi i joined plusnet mobile a week ago and i am still waiting for any other contact from you regarding a password to enable me to log in to my account , i will cancel before the 14 day cooling off period if i get no email this weekend.
