    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

    God @Plusnet get your **** together. Two days in a row now ive lost internet completely at like 1 or 2 am. 😠 customer support isnt available at all after hours and it keeps happening, as well as my service being slow. Dog **** company.

    @Plusnet my internet has been down all day, as has my phone line. I received a call first thing this morning from open reach but were trying to contact a neighbour not me. I’ve done the whole switch off/on and even reset it, but nothing. I’m quarantined with a 2 year old - help!!

    @plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

    @plusnet 2/2 In 2 wks used 50 gb of mobile data. My monthly average is 2gb. supposed to be saving money moving from Virgin. We talk of being world leaders in fibre broadband? I don’t know what the issue is and when I will get broadband. Family trapped at home. thank you Plusnet.
