I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@plusnethelp My broadband switch to Shell Energy was working ok until the early hours of Christmas Day. Shell Energy are telling me my service is still with you, but I'm getting no service plugging the Plusnet router back in. Can't video call family on Christmas Day :-( Pls help

@Plusnet @plusnethelp no WiFi now for 48hrs, in S10. Kids presents are WiFi dependent. My job is stressful enough and the moment. Kids homework all online. Home schooling first week back in January. Unhappy customer. Please fix ASAP.

@virginmedia Sign up for @virginmedia and you can also get a crap service .. I'm nearly a month with no internet .. I need new fibre cable laid .. virgin sent out 2 engineers without cable ... I'd look a @Plusnet deals guys .. they are brilliant ..

Just had Broadband installed, but having problem with two issues, slow speed and random disconnection, have spoken to support earlier, made some changes on Plusnet hub, no difference, watching Neflix with no issue but same time Mac, Ipad, randomly Phone disconnecting,No internet

@Plusnet @BTOpenreach1 broadband down on Christmas Eve! Affecting numerous houses locally according to local Facebook site! 😫 Kids get presents that need WiFi and husband has 2 days off from NHS and we can’t play music or watch TV! Told expect resolution by ... 30/12. 😫

@shane_dillon @edent Plusnet stating they’ll continue accruing charges on an account I told them to cancel - and canceled the direct debit for - would probably go down like a lead balloon had I bothered to legally challenge them. That’s some shady ****. Specially when their T&Cs indicate otherwise.
