    @plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

    @Plusnet my broadband goes up and down more times than a yo-yo what is going on ! And yes I called CS help but gave up after 20 mins

    @Plusnet I agree that the customer service is great, particularly Sammy. However trying to get me to sign a new contract when the fault is with you. I should be getting substantial compensation for all the trouble I have had over the many months.

    @johnnytwoscoops @Plusnet Try this if on Android: Apparently: Settings, Mobile Networks Network Operators Turn off Select Automatically Scan Networks Click on the Network Mine is ok now

    @plusnet 24 hours so far with calls to 3 of our mobiles going straight to voicemail. No courtesy text to let us know the service is down. Not a great start 1 month in. Will seriously have to consider whether we remain with you.

    @plusnet Morning. I've had an email to say "Unfortunately, we've been unable to take your Direct Debit payment this month". My account says a DD is in place. Help please.

    @maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange
