    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

    @plusnethelp hi, I'm moving house, gave notice of agreed date to plusnet 10 days ago, now told I won't have internet for over a week after I move. I'm a key NHS worker working from home, is there any way this gap can be lessened so I can do my job? Any help would be brilliant.

    @Plusnet My broadband should have gone live today. Internet from old ISP ceased at midnight. You promised me uninterrupted service. My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

    @houndkirk @Plusnet We've had really good service the whole time. I wouldn't switch providers if you paid me to. Just a bit pissed that a fixed time contract is cheaper than my current 'open' plan.

    @WeAreOpenreach hi, my broadband with Plusnet was due to go live yesterday. However it hasn’t, and they keep mentioning there has been a delay with the provider (you). They mentioned something about the “frames”. I live in Salford. Are you aware if there is an issue at your end?

    Yep. @Plusnet won't budge on the 30th and won't offer any interim measures, even their own mobile sim cards to tide us over. We also won't get any discussion on "goodwill" (**** off) compensation until the product is active. I am at a loss.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp 4 days I've been trying to speak with a representative, live chat can't help you just try and sell me the same deal that you've already took money for but haven't provided any service for.
