When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

@Plusnet seem to want to lose customers. Service increasingly patchy, and all options other than phone for reporting issues (Twitter, online chat, web ticketing) closed down. 45 minutes to answer calls to the support desk. Rueing the day I switched.

@Plusnet "That'll Do", "We'll Do You Proud" Not in my case, should have gone online 20th January now looks like February. Under strict lockdown, no telephone line and no broadband, rubbish service, this wont do. @MarkTamiMP

@garethjbaker So close all internet suppliers bar one? Madness Competition keeps prices down, we all pay and then those in need get supported internet supply. You believe all your told. Who is BT, Vodaphone , plusnet etc owned by? Which MP? You really believe your tweet dont you?

@MatthewBeard14 @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've had exactly the same issue with my Dad/vulnerable and shielding - no one answers technical support. I eventually got a response via a Facebook private message and their solution was for us to contact the phone number we've been trying for days! 🙄

Yes finally got through, seriously you need to reduce the amount of time it takes to get through to you. You have high speed broadband, but Plusnet customer service is streets ahead.

@Plusnet have left us stranded to try to work and socialise from home with no internet for 10 days, at LEAST 4 more days untill it might be fixed, poor communication and NO INFO on compensation. What do we do @plusnethelp ?

@ThetisMidvar We’re with Plusnet. Years with no problems, and the one time I had to call customer support (due to an issue with a Google Nest) they sorted it straight away for me. Top class.

@Plusnet We’ve had little to no internet for three working days. Called customer service twice. Told of a fault on the line that it would be fixed but we still have 0.06mbps download. It takes over 30mins to get through by phone. Please help. @plusnethelp
