When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

@ColSkye I'm with Plusnet atm. I'm switching to BT this week i was with BT for 10 years, very happy with the service, but I got fed up seeing great deals for new customers, but only price hikes for existing ones. 20thC Customer Retention Marketing hasn't reached @bt_uk yet

@Plusnet I telephoned customer services last Friday to my wireless signal had dropped dramatically over the last few days. "Angie" said she'd run some tests and that she would have to escalate the problem and that someone would call me. Please advise.

@Smokesniper I feel this would be a good feature for all helplines. “Hey, plusnet, turns out that while your systems had caused a really, really stupid problem, it was actually incredibly easy to fix, and I can’t believe you still haven’t got back to me tbh.”

@plusnethelp hi there, I have received an email saying that Plusnet was unable to take a bill from my account but I can’t log in to pay as I’m not with Plusnet anymore. I cancelled before it started because of other issues. The bill is less than £1. Please can you help?

I've rang Plusnet 14 times totalling 7 hours of call time trying to sort the issue. I constantly get passed from provisioning, to technical, to faults in a vicious circle. Not acceptable at all. @plusnethelp @OpenreachHelp

@Plusnet I have private messaged but I doubt I’ll get a reply. I’ve had enough of the bloody awful WiFi in this house now ! I’ve asked so many times for help sorting ! When is it up for renewal because I WONT BE !
