Your broadband service is adequate, your telephone helpers are good - but your email system is crap! 5 crashes just this morning, and that after recent complaints which have mostly been ignored. I am now informing everyone of a new address.

No way to original until router turned up. Leaving a person living on their own in Tier 3 without the service I payed for is unacceptable.
