    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @Plusnet Please help. I’ve recently left BT mobile to come to plusnet and have no service whatsoever! My number should have been transferred in the move but I understand there is a problem with “port”. I don’t have my old number and there is no service on the new number.!!

    @Plusnet Hope it's easier than swapping mobile sims. 5 days later, no number, no network (no calls), no data. Just a phone that doesn't work. Can't keep in touch with my vulnerable mum, because she doesn't have WiFi. Many, many promises. Not one has come to fruition. I am anxious.

    @Plusnet Good morning, I'm now on my 5th day with plusnet mobile and yet to have my old number ported over correctly or even be able to use data or message, yesterday I was able to make calls but today I can't even do that. Any chance I could get the service I'm paying for? 😮‍💨

    Help me @Plusnet I've got your service but no login or emails from you. I need to make changes to my account but the 45 min phone call ended up with refusal to help then hanging up. Zero out of 10!

    @heafod @Plusnet need a CEO who can sort out customer complaints not one who has an Ostrich mentality & hides their head in the sand. Plusnet are a very profitable company but give poor telephone & Twitter support. It needs to change. @MarcAllera

    @xkatie_morganx @allyw222 @Plusnet Another 3-4 weeks!! ****** I’ve been waiting a week already with no data or texts and it’s been really difficult! So many affected and they just aren’t doing enough to help.
