    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @Plusnet need to ask if your system is down. My phone and laptop are showing wifi but no internet connection. Have tried rebooting the router to no avail and am chewing up data on my mobile. Help!

    @Plusnet last night at around 11pm the broadband went down and came back on around 8am then it went down again at 9am and now nothing at all, why is this?

    @Plusnet Yer, the explanation still doesn't cover a fixed term agreement being changed once i took up the offer. It's quite underhanded really. I take the special offer, only for the price to escalate afterwards. The reason/excuse behind the rise should not be my problem

    @Plusnet I'm sitting here crying. I can't see an end to it. I can't take this anymore. It's disgusting. @Plusnet ought to be ashamed at treating someone like this. Your PR did a good job on me, friendly, honest, Yorkshire company . I've never had a worse experience with a company ever.

    Thank you Anoush @Plusnet for your tenacity in getting my problem sorted out. Without your input I would have used the cooling off period clause to cancel the contract
