When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

@maobook @TalkTalk Give @Plusnet a go Lee They've been fantastic since I've been with them Don't charge you extra for Superfast broadband and I get another brilliant deal on their mobile service too I get Broadband unlimited and unlimited calls I can honestly say Plusnet have been the best

@Plusnet I would like to make a complaint. But the complaints procedure doesn’t work on your website. It is advertised, "We'll even do it at no extra cost if you take out a new contract.".

@Plusnet I can't get through to you and have tweeted once this morning. I've had no broadband since 620am. The signal I dropping. I've reset my router twice and still won't work. This is happening more and more often and I need it sorting out

@StephenEPotts Good Morning Stephen I'm sorry for the delayed response, we have been very busy lately. I wish service outages were easier to avoid but unfortunately they can be affected by anything and everything from the cabinet to the exchange. Joshua - Plusnet Sheffield
