    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @YorkshireSlang By 'eck, ow much (goes down well in the Midlands where I live) and as our wonderful Plusnet say, that'll do!! Confuses the chuff out of midlanders when ya say that.

    @Plusnet Signal got worse and worse w cut-outs, no connections, no 4G. Last Thurs found out local mast is down. Yesterday you told me all now OK. Not. Went thru all the fixes with CS got 4G for a few mins. Called today spoke to lad who knew FA. No wi-fi calling. Gotta leave plusnet :(

    @VirginCare @Plusnet When I finally got through, I asked to speak to a Dr but was given a pharmacist. When the pharmacist called he couldn't help and told me to speak to a doctor.

    @ComplainingCow Trouble is, there's very little manoeuvre for them now. We were with Plusnet for 8 years, Always able to wangle a decent deal at negotiation time, then one year they wouldn't budge, so we had to walk. I'm looking forward to "Home 5G" rolling out as that'll be real competition.

    @VirginCare @Plusnet Last July, 999 referred me back to the GP, but when the GP called she said "What do you expect me to do over the phone", then told me to wait until it's an emergency, then go to A&E.
