When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

@plusnethelp for the fourth time in my year contract with plusnet I have returned to unusable internet levels. Capping out at less that 1GB of data, usually around 0.4GB. I will NEVER return to using your service but for the remainder of my contract I'd really appreciate a fix.

@Plusnet Deals for new customers. I guess that's why I'm tempted to use @UswitchUK and become a "new customer". I've already tried the Options team and the offer was not competitive. Thanks for your advice.

Hi @Plusnet , we've been without broadband connection all day because of an outage which was supposed to be resolved by 3pm. Is this going to be resolved soon? We work from home so we're counting on our WiFi to work tomorrow. Please let us know soon as we need to find alternative

@Plusnet Hello Anoush. I see plusnet are pulling their youview service. That was the key reason I use plusnet - are Plusnet accepting the position that users can move penalty-free even if they’re still in contract?
