When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

I was just going to throw the card away. These donations will add up if everyone does it. This was a reward card for signing up to plusnet . Problem being you have to spend the exact amount 👍🏻

@Plusnet Please ask the people in charge to be more open. 3.9% is a lot to add to bills on top of inflation, and it's reasonable for a customer to ask why. The 'approved statement' gives no 'rationale'. @Ofcom please note.

I've been with both BT and Plusnet now, and this has been a prominent issue with both. One day your internet just doesn't work properly and it's only when you put your device on 5GHz that it works properly 🙃

@Plusnet Tell you what Sammy, I got a bit of a shock today. Got an email from Plusnet telling me my price plan was going up.... 9.35%!!! So Plusnet could increase by just CPI which is 3.9%, but choose to kneecap its customers with a further 5.45%. Not the best customer experience Sammy 🤮
