    When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

    @J3Lyon Sky has always been decent avoid Plusnet like the plauge broadband is ok , but their customer service is diabolical.

    @Plusnet having lots of issues with drop out and really slow. Ran all tests as guided on the website and tests run at under 25mbps. Rebooted router etc. Can someone please look into this

    @Plusnet @Ofcom Although the issue was fixed by myself, there is still no explanation of why a customer would have to reset there router password when a person password hadn’t been changed by myself across any part of the plusnet network until it was needed to be done regarding router

    @Plusnet @Plusnet the irony of it all. Seems your own internet must be down as you have stopped replying in the DM. Hope you don’t have to wait over 2 months to get it back on. Good luck

    @Plusnet Hi Tony, I have tried it on both wired and wireless. The timings also seem to vary with the packet loss in the sense that some days it’s all good and others it’s bad. Or it’ll be stable for say 30mins and then all of a sudden pings go up and packet loss happens

    @Plusnet Please can you tell me your cancellation fees and processes? I would call you but I've spent about 20 hours of my life I'll never get back on the 'phone to you recently trying to get my wifi working again, and I am utterly fed up with it.

    @J3Lyon Plusnet are really good and have a great customer service. I also use eero mesh network to make sure I get good coverage
