When your perfectly working broadband from @Plusnet is slower than dial up. (Google it kids) So slow I can’t even use it! Yes, it’s not fibre (NA in my area) but 1 min 20 seconds to load Facebook log in page!! 😭😭😭

@michaelcouch23 @plusnethelp i waited an hour. i have changed my dns to 8.8.8.8 which has worked but when i called plusnet, nobody knew anything about it or about the dns workaround. appalling service when a single tweet would tell everyone what is going on

@BagsTweets_ @Plusnet It’s a DNS issue bud, if you change your DNS server on your devices to 8.8.8.8 you should get reconnected.

Well @plusnethelp & @Plusnet after 45 minutes on hold I ditched, really poor service. My issue has been resolved in part by another twitter user but still no idea when I'll be back on line. Please sort!
