    @Plusnet so I was promised OpenReach would have fixed my fault by midnight yesterday. Surprise surprise they haven’t. I have now been without internet for 7 whole days. I wfh. Utterly rubbish customer service. I don’t recommend Plusnet to anyone

    @Plusnet I’m looking at moving back to you on a FTTP contract. Your advisor has said that the Hub 2 router has built in VPN capabilities, but I’m seeing posts on your community pages saying that the hub 2 doesn’t support VPN at router level. Can you advise? Thanks

    Astonishingly bad service from @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp. They investigated a speed fault. I wasn’t in so they decided to just disconnect my house (phone and broadband). Call centre says they can’t return now until Monday. I work from home so this is totally unacceptable.

    When your @Plusnet internet cuts out 10 minutes before an online interview and the @OpenreachHelp engineer that is working up the pole that serves your house says it’s nothing to do with him and is just coincidence, contact your service provider… #upto5daystowait #pathetic #WFH
