@Plusnet Also good that one of your mods have locked my thread in the Plusnet forums where I enquired for help before I have had a chance to attach screenshots requested.

@Plusnet The formula is flawed. If the quality, Q, is terrible like my internet from you this implies V will still receive some contribution from the ease of use, brand trust, joy and price. I can guarantee you, it isn’t.

Thanks @Plusnet, moved over broadband from another provider. Well so I thought, only Landline moved with no broadband provision. Great service on the 1st day. Really glad I moved to you. Now unable to work from home, which now involves travel costs and overnight stays

@mjpallen @Plusnet I use EE for all my families phones (4) and broadband. They are very good and have great customer service. When i have been into the Leamington shop they even worked out how i could save money by moving onto a more appropriate tariff for my broadband.

@Plusnet Hi Matt. The engineer hasn't visited yet, but it does look like service has been restored. If it's all OK in a few days, I'll cancel the booking.

@Plusnet I'm not even a customer yet and my broadband has been delayed! But you took my first payment out quicker than I can say plusnet I'm beginning to think I have made a mistake

  • pcbosworth Philip (@pcbosworth) reported

@Plusnet Yes it is. Nobody ever told me that Plusnet don’t get the full signal range when I was migrating from EE. 😠 Feel like I’ve been sold a dud.
