Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. š š š

anthony Oakes (@aoakes51) reported@Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach

Neil Skinner (@Randomizerbot) reported@evsmiles @TeslaFamilyYT @Starlink Well you would have the same problem with starlink. Plus way slow upload speeds and much worse ping. Plusnet 1Gig fibre here connected into a Deco BE65 mesh and I get up to the advertised speed through the house on WiFi.
