Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@Plusnet we’ve had ongoing issues with you since our first order at the beginning on September. 9 orders have been cancelled and we have been promised a call back on 3 occasions and never had it then. Should have heard today further details of a new line but again no contact.

Contacted @talktalk about slow internet speed yesterday afternoon, they got @WeAreOpenreach to fix it this morning - very impressed. @Plusnet alerted to dead internet and phone at my 75 yr old mum's house yesterday. OpenReach visit NEXT TUESDAY! Come on PlusNet - do better!

@Plusnet For the last 2 days I have absolutely no mobile service at SN10 2TD. Coverage here is usually excellent, what's going on?

@Plusnet @MartinSLewis it really does seem a bit bad that @plusnet increases an OAP bill from £25 to £42 with a single warning email. This practise really preys on older people who maybe don't notice these things.

@Plusnet “Around 6 0’clock”? Close of “business”? We have been unable to take payments all day! Will adding a ticket fix the problem? You stated that an engineer would call to our property between 1-6pm yesterday. Is he lost??? Shocking service!

@Plusnet It seems mum left without internet and home phone for 7 days - nice one. You also think it 'award-winning customer service' to increase a pensioners bill from £25.13 to £41.75 - nice one again! I'm guessing your single warning emails often get missed by OAPs - nice one!
