    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    @millatte Hi Chris, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection. From testing the line a fault has been located close to the premises, meaning an engineer visit is required to investigate this further. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet more than one hr your internet is not working.. you guys needs to Robb banks not customers. Fraud company. Suffering more than 3 months with this rubbish service.

    @Plusnet Plusnet customer service is brilliant. Just spoke to Mush as I have to move to BT for fibre to the property, and the last email said I would have a charge of c. £16. He was really professional and answered my queries. How are companies like TalkTalk still in business?

    @Plusnet @Plusnet there’s STILL no landline or internet for my mom or several of her neighbours in spite of you telling me that the problem would be sorted by 15:30 yesterday (7/3/22)! I DM’d you again yesterday & today but had no reply. Is anyone awake there?! What is going on?😤

    Hi! @Plusnet I have contacted you a number of times regarding my dad's phone line that doesn't work. It's been around 2 years now and STILL doesn't work yet he's still paying for it!?!

    @plusnet - my PAC transfer to you from 3 seems to have gone wrong - I now have no service from 3, but the number isn't ported. Can you advise? trying to call customer service but have waited for 30 mins!
