Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@Plusnet Wow, great service, Curtis! Only two days to respond on Twitter! Am I impressed? No. In the meantime I had time to remember I'd been meaning to move my 2 accounts elsewhere.

@Plusnet Hi, would you please be able look in to a mobile billing issue as I'm struggling to get through on the phones? My plan's changed but I'm still getting charged the old amount. Not a huge difference but it is incorrect.

@Plusnet Thanks Emily I presume no cost involved to use this service or app to block unwanted nuisance calls in Chinese speaking. On screen it just show mobile number and United Kingdom. Every time I block it they use another number! Sad world we live in

@plusnet this is the second router you have sent me and it seems to have developed exactly the same fault as the first. Regularly dropping service and requiring a restart. What is the fix?

@premnsikka I use Plusnet for a basic service, its very cheap. I don't need or want any extras so this keeps my bills low, but it's absolutely possible. Give it a try.
