with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@Plusnet I seem to have a router issue, first lookup error with WiFi and now no ethernet..have pressed reset on my desktop ethernet and it stated resetting for too long. Pressed the factory reset on the box now

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Assume you've tried these. To speak with someone at Plusnet UK, call their customer service number 0330 1239 123. You can also call 0800 073 1120. For 12-month contracts, use the number 0330 1239 123.
