@sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@itvMLshow help!! Plusnet error has left me with no broadband for over 1 week and still no fix! I cannot WFH so losing £1000/wk. They say not part of Ofcom regs for compensation!!! 😱

@ItemLevel1 @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've investigated quite a few companies doing rural fibre but none have a project running in my area. They want you to drum up the support then they might consider it. Could always approach a land agent about putting a 5g cell tower somewhere on our farm

@vantex24 @JohnLewisRetail @zeninternet According to JL, setting up a new broadband/ landline account is "a highly technical issue and so John Lewis Broadband / Plusnet are really the only ones who could address this issue." I wonder who else they thought might be responsible? Still heard nothing after 24 hours 😠
