    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @Plusnet It's the normal number! Still can't get through. If I don't press a number on your menu, it cuts me off! That's pretty poor for a telecommunications company 😕

    @Plusnet I’m very disappointed with your service (or lack of it) today. I booked a day off work for an engineer to install full fibre broadband and despite 6 texts and 2 email confirmations and an hour long phone call to customer service the engineer was a no show 🤬

    @DerylLynn @Plusnet Similar problem here: Since Broadband upgrade, our panic alarms only work one way: the care people register that there is an alarm, but can't hear us, so they have to ring our phone. I understand that's a common problem

    @emilyannison Fab, thanks for clarifying this for me, Emily. Do you know if your WiFi Calling is working with other WiFi connections? So is it only your Plusnet home internet that it's not working with?

    @RoyalMail customer service is useless. Awaiting a delivery from Plusnet. requested it be delivered next door as I am out.Still delivering to my address. Tried the phone. 18 x I’ve read my tracking number and it repeats back incorrectly. Now an hour to wait to speak to someone!

    @Plusnet I finished my contract with plusnet due to moving. In error I closed my direct debit. I can’t seem to set up a new one for the final bill (which is a refund) are you able to help)?
