    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    Massive thank you to @Plusnet for supporting me in leaving my wifi service early with no charges due to needing to leave an uninhabitable/unsafe flat. The landlord has caused me stress and panic to no end, but this small relief from #Plusnet has honestly made my day.

    @TalkTalk I’ve never been on talk talk. Am with plusnet at the minute, but there connection speed is terrible.

    @Plusnet broadband dropping out twice in a working day is bad enough without the router stubbornly insisting that everything is fine until I turn it off and on again...

    In a world were everyone needs WIFI, just to accomplish work? Can I please ask why @Plusnet @plusnethelp takes 2 days to set up? Also, I want to know what the return policy is, because this is absolutely shocking service!!!

    @InnerVisioner @MaddyPUNC19 @PUNC14 It's actually the other way around, sorry to be pedantic - EE are now part of BT. However, PlusNet are also owned by BT and have good customer satisfaction ratings as well.

    @reiver_rover After almost a decade I left Virgin Media, & it was either PlusNet or TalkTalk, went with TalkTalk in the end & really glad I did, had very few problems, & when I have they've resolved it super quickly! Very happy customer!

    @Plusnet why had your signal been non existent regularly for the part 10 days in cb6 area
