    Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    My contract with #plusnet is due for renewal in August. I had an email to confirm it. Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

    @Plusnet Day 6 now of no internet. Open-reach dug up the pavement last Wednesday no internet since. We have contacted Open-reach and Plusnet. Told Tuesday is the earliest an engineer can come out. We do everything on line ,banking, health, paying bills etc etc. Communication with family and friends. We have no landline. Through no fault of our own no help from either Open Reach or Plusnet. Our neighbours have not been affected . I am using mobile data but I assume for security reasons I am unable to pay bills via my bank. To be without the internet for so long in this day and age is a serious customer failure and one that should be taken seriously by service providers.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

    @Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we don’t have our landline anymore as the work was done here

    I swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..

    Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
