    Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    @Plusnet Hi - we’ve just put in anew router to improve broadband but phone keeps losing service Have tried SIM in another phone & it’s the same - never had issues like this before with the plusnet service - can you help please ?

    @OpenreachHelp Appears to be a bigger issue and it's with openreach, but Plusnet can't tell me when it will be sorted as apparently they are not able to get the info from OR.

    To the debt collectors, without even calling me to discuss. This has had a huge impact on my credit rating and the worst thing is Ray says it's now out of their hands and I need to deal with the debt collectors. Absolutely disgraceful and Plusnet are a disgrace.

    Folks @Plusnet I’m not getting anything like my guaranteed speeds. If you’re not capable of meeting my requirements then from what I know of consumer rights, I can cancel and move to another provider FOC. Do you agree?

    @Plusnet We got through to customer service, but our broadband is still not live and we have to wait for someone to sort it tomorrow

    @Plusnet my dad got a sim from you guys a month or so ago but the reception is nonexistent, no 4g or WiFi calling and he’s barely able to use his phone. How do we cancel the contract?

    @Plusnet We are trying to get through to customer service and it says its closed but should be open until 7pm!
