Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

Jon π· (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Iβm 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said itβs FTTP! Iβm hoping in the next 6 months Iβll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault?The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.

I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please π₯

Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet Iβve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you donβt actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS π±π±

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
