While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

The Bio Copywriter 🏴 (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, WalesHaving some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

Paul (@Maccas17) reported@Plusnet Just to add, phone line works fine, WiFi and lan is also fine, it's the broadband login account being refused. Modem and router have been rebooted and showing no errors, aside from the Internet connection saying "Invalid account or password".

Paul (@Maccas17) reported@Plusnet I've also completed the line connection test via the manage account page. This included a direct test with the modem. This gave same username/password error as we see in the router. There is clearly some issue with our broadband account that needs fixing your end.
