@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

@Plusnet I also have no broadband. The BOT service isn’t working and the call centre is too busy to take any more calls. How about updating your customers?

@Plusnet My elderly parents are reliant on your broadband but the internet drops out randomly all the time, pretty much daily. Now the service is completely down and customer service won't take any calls. The service and support is disgraceful

Thank **** for being able to use my phone as a hotspot - @plusnet has been down for ages with apparently no acknowledgement from them about it and I'm not the only one with issues.
