While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

I work from home and have very little data left on my contract, batteries need replacing regularly and consistently until a permanent fix is made. It's 2022 we should not have to beg for a fix

I have asked for help in this matter many times and no one from Plusnet wants to deal with my problem. And I regret that Plusnet does it deliberately, without taking care of the customer.

The Case (@Darrenm551) reported@Ofcom Please can you investigate and do something about Plusnet. They offer services and cannot provide them. I signed an unlimited fibre extra and from day one. I have never received the speed. Complained and get excuse after excuses.

JDC (@292CAN) reported@Ofcom Please will you investigate @plusnet. After 8 days of no mobile service, @plusnet #CustomerService told me they had been briefed to tell customers anything to get us off the phone. This is nothing short of #lying.
