Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

med (@medthepirate) reported@Plusnet Still waiting on that update.. this is not great. I work from home and will seriously consider changing suppliers after this experience. No net, bad comms and an inflated bill this month without explanation. This is an essential service for people in 2021.

Das B (@DasB01833515) reported@Plusnet Thanks, Alice. Tried the coverage - it won't let me put my actual postcode in (says it's not valid). I'm doing it correctly. Tried with similar postcode and it said coverage was okay. Wifi is fine. Still no phone signal. Please investigate and fix.
