    Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @Plusnet after two years of fantastic service from you, I have moved home and almost a month on I’m still waiting on my WiFi being installed. Hugely disappointing, furthered by no one answering the phone. Help please?

    @2minuteshate84 Hi Emmanuel. I'm sorry that your EE booster has been deactivated, meaning that you have no signal inside your house. I appreciate the inconvenience. We do have plans to introduce WiFi calling but, sadly, we don't yet have a confirmed date for this. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

    Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @Plusnet Yet another disappointment. Was promised a call back from a manager today and it never happened. This is the third time now over a period of 4 days. Plus net cancelled our email without our permission when we changed address. All our emails now gone and they won’t help.

    @WeAreOpenreach I'm not sure you do understand. Since you doubled down on the issue I just raised. The service provider said Open Reach's errors are not their responsibility, and I should contact open reach. Perhaps @Plusnet can clarify?
