    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

    Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi yes, says it’s lost internet connection. We checked with PlusNet but no issue on the line/router. I spent an hour on the phone with NOW a few weeks ago where we did updates and factory reset but no good. If I ring you it’s says “sort TV issues online”, which I can’t.

    @Plusnet 30days no broadband, 3 engineer no shows, several people saying they are taking personal responsibility. Lastest support ticket 222045303 says linefault. How, perfectly fine before you took over. Don’t ask me to DM anybody. Just get it sorted. I would be embarrassed.

    @plusnet for 3 days now I have lost the wi fi connection at home ONLY on my i phone, I have done everything possible, but cannot connect, I noticed in my account my i phone is no listed? is this the issue, why would this happen suddenly>

    @Plusnet well after having 2 days of internet issues with speeds less the 5 mg and then calling customer services this evening only to on hold for 40mins and then when they do answer they then hang up… Plusnet please come back to me before I change my account.

    @Plusnet I tried to pay my bill three times over the phone and there was a system problem on your part meaning I couldn’t You’re now threatening to close my account! I’ve set up a new DD for end of month haven’t got time to sit on a long phone call
