They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

He then said he could not detect any network problems, though we could both observe the impossibility of connecting, so it had to be Plusnet.

I don't know what on earth that customer service award can have been for but it's looking as though changing supplier might be faster.
