@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

Ridiculous phone call with @Plusnet just now. Moving house, they offer £38 a month. I can cancel my current contract, pay early termination fee (£60), sign up again with @plusnet (£24), pay a connection fee (£50) and end up paying less over the period of the contract.

@Plusnet why does your website say Service available Mon-Sun: 8am to 8pm but yet I get this: ADVISOR during our opening hours of 8:00 AM until 7:30 PM. During opening hours we will aim to call you within 20 minutes. Check DL9 hub please!!!!!!

@Plusnet it’s been 7 weeks since I told you about my house move. Last week my router started intermittently working (7mbps download & 0.8 upload). Today you debited my account for a service I cannot use. I’m bored of calling everyday with no resolve. I don’t trust your service 1/

@Plusnet Constantly dropping out. Use 4g at home 70%+. Wife has to plug in broadband to ensure she can hold meetings. Have a booster upstairs but little diff. Today, a total of maybe over an hr just searching for WiFi. Constant lack of service and then you tell us, there are no probs!
