They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Dean (@xdean2) reported@Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?
