Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

@Plusnet Just tried to sign up. Online form went wrong but still took 1st payment. Rung your customer service number who stated nothing they couod do and hung up with no warning plusnet have techincally stole money from me with no want to sort it out

Missed email @Plusnet and you increase my payment and refuse to accept original amount to resolve, if this is how you treat customers in a cost of living crisis I’ll be switching providers

@adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.
