Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@Plusnet I ordered your broadband. You took my money a week ago. Now you’ve emailed me to say you don’t supply my postcode. On hold for ages. And, I’ve heard Wham 4 times. Just another reminder of why Yorkshire is crap.

@Plusnet ,still waiting on a response! I have a very I’ll family member in hospital who is critical,I cannot ring out or receive calls or messages! If something terrible happens and I am not able to be connected I’m gonna be raging 😡 SORT IT OUT AND RESPOND NOW!

@Plusnet 30+ days with no service due to MSO, was told we could cancel with no termination charge but now you are threatening me with debt collectors. No one is responding to my emails or dms
