    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    Gah, @Plusnet don't allow you to move home (or cancel) via website. Long queue times to get through to customer service. Hold music is lo-fi, awful and - worst of all - has brief pauses where you think you're being connected. But aren't.

    @Plusnet So how does a UK customer contact you when there phone line is not working??? Pretty dumb asking them to phone you, and as you don't respond to your twitter of Instagram account, guess I will have to leave you!!

    @johnste79721428 @LozzaFox @virginmedia Their router is crap, always dropping out. Use my old BT router with Plusnet and that works fine.

    @_CarinaWh @Charming_85 Virgin is pricey, but they are pretty good and when things break, act more or less decent. Like you can call and get a refund, and also they send technician to fix if faults. Plusnet is such a bad drag. Connection intermittent, support so bad, everything tiring.

    @Plusnet Hi I've a Plusnet broadband and there's something wrong with it. Its off and on, currently can't do a speed test, it times out . Ping 1728 ms. Can't get through to customer services it's a joke, even when it's working it's slow. Can someone contact us on here please.
