Jon ๐ท (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Iโm 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said itโs FTTP! Iโm hoping in the next 6 months Iโll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

The Bio Copywriter ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, WalesMy contract with #plusnet is due for renewal in August. I had an email to confirm it. Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

Jon ๐ท (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, thatโs the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our โsuperfastโ is 76mb tops! ๐

The Bio Copywriter ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, WalesHaving some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

Bio & About Page Copywriter (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, WalesInternet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Clarity Copiers (@ClarityBristol) reportedAnyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@WeAreOpenreach day 8 of no internet. The pavement was dug up and our internet connection stopped. Calls to Plusnet who arranged Openreach to come out yesterday to find the fault. Openreach came yesterday and identified there was a break in the wire that was caused when the pavement was dug up. I was informed that Openreach would be out today to dig a smaller hole and fix the break. My husband spoke to Plusnet who said Openreach would update Plusnet on the 13th May. There is clearly a breakdown in communication between Plusnet and Openreach. My expectation is that Openreach will be out today, as promised, and restore our connection to the internet. We are unable to use our laptops or IPads. Even our door bell is out of action. We do everything online and this is just not acceptable. Particularly as the engineer yesterday informed me yesterday that he could not understand why we had been kept waiting for so long as they did not like leaving people off line for very long. This is not acceptable. To add insult to injury Openreach did not inform us the pavement was being dug up and therefore we did not move our car. Our drive was blocked from 9 am to 4 pm.

Adam Whitehouse (@A_C_Whitehouse) reported@Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

Dave Oโ Connor (@piercepower222) reported@Benleo Awful shower to deal with. So relieved when I finally got shot of them and got a simple deal with PlusNet
-
Oliver Bloom (@OliverBloomART) reported@EE Plusnet migration to ee is a bit of lie when they say you'll be connected on the day plus net terminated and ee connects they mean days without no service at all despite setting up the contract day @Ofcom @Plusnet #plusnet #ee

Wendi Sheard (@WendiSheard) reported@Plusnet will you be answering the phone by 20.00? Or will I be disconnected as per voicemail? Is there an overall problem with the internet with you?
-
IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (Iโll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, Iโm with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for ยฃ28 a month with no mid contract price increases.
