    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

    @Plusnet 00:29am & my internet has gone down, router flashing red. Have turned it off/on, rebooted but after going blue for about 5 seconds it just goes red again?? … Any issues reported in the LE12 area??

    @Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.

    @Plusnet @BT_Openreach Can someone at Open Reach confirm that our issue will be investigated and resolved by tomorrow? This is not what @Plusnet have said is going to happen (but then I don't believe anything they tell me anymore!).

    Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it stops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadband. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @Plusnet router flickering on and off, did text message thing, apparently I need openreach engineer, one coming on Monday. Can’t I just speak to someone, can’t you get it fixed sooner somehow? What’s the issue?

    @Ofcom @plusnet Our phone and broadband have suffered an outage issue for 16 consecutive days now. We have had three engineers out and we have spoken to a dozen people at plusnet, one of whom outright lied to me. We still have no clear, definitive answer as to a fix. Help!

    @Plusnet so disappointed with the customer service I have received. When I moved home on 30th May, I moved my services with you to my new address. In doing so I was 'awarded' a gift voucher, however I was unable to claim it as the address was still showing as my previous on 1/4
