    Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

    My contract with #plusnet is due for renewal in August. I had an email to confirm it. Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

    @Plusnet I was unable to reply yesterday since my internet was down. So I printed off a complaint letter, put a stamp on it and walked to the post box. Because I was unable to work. You should have my letter today.

    @Ghostess_Leanne I've been with plusnet for 2.5 years, never been a problem with internet, video calls, streaming HD and UHD tv.. and only £24 👍

    @SealeStu Try @Plusnet - I've never had any problems with them and now use them for broadband, landline and mobile. And they're cheaper, too.

    @Plusnet @Plusnet we have raised a query regarding the £50 voucher that we did not receive. We have chased this and now being told that as we have not claimed we can’t have what was offered!! not what was expected due to choosing you for your customer services reputation. Please help
