If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

They laugh when we say our โsuperfastโ is 76mb tops! ๐

Bio & About Page Copywriter (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, WalesInternet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Jon ๐ท (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Iโm 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said itโs FTTP! Iโm hoping in the next 6 months Iโll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!
