Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

My contract with #plusnet is due for renewal in August. I had an email to confirm it. Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

@Plusnet Hi, I have issues with my mobile service: - FB Messenger doesn't load on 4G at all in UK - In an EU country I'm on 2G and can't make outgoing calls. I reset my phone but didn't work, CS couldn't help over the phone. Can you please help? Happy to DM w/ details. Thanks!

@Plusnet I have been paying for broadband for over 1 month yet I haven't even received a router so am not connected. Yet my account shows that I owe you money?! Wtf @Plusnet ? Would love to use better means to contact you but you website sends me round in circles

Seriously havent had more than a full half an hour of internet for over 3 days now. Reported, reset 100 times, unable to contact anyone at customer services but still have the cheek to send me a bill reminder for tomorrow #plusnet

@sam_26 @Plusnet Yeah I’ve been with them before and can’t remember any issues before. Think my connection dropped once and was straight through. Just a bit annoying today having had to wait an hour almost to get through.

Dear @Plusnet I am an unwell disabled person home alone all Xmas with no emergency telephone helpline button to press in an emergency and no internet so no alexa either.
