Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

@j_cooper999 I have had plusnet before, and it was terrible, and the customer service was piss poor - it was apparently always a problem with my PC and nothing to do with them, despite the fact that the data showed otherwise

@Plusnet 3rd visit to Isle of Man in 5 years and still can't make calls. Every year I'm told it's sorted before I leave England but it's happened again. Data ok just can't make calls, can't even call support!

@Plusnet My broadband used to be about 23Mbps its now down to about 13Mbps, nothing has changed my end. Can you please check my line and advise?
