While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

Alex Sufit (@AlexSufit) reported@Plusnet you have left us 10 days without internet. You promised to connect us today, confirmed in writing. Yet we just get passed from one call handler to another, with no follow up and have spent hours on the phone. Shockingly bad customer service.
