Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

Jon π· (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Iβm 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said itβs FTTP! Iβm hoping in the next 6 months Iβll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

Bri π (@OriginalBigBri) reported@Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?

Wessex Wyvern (@WessexWy) reported@BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)
