    My contract with #plusnet is due for renewal in August. I had an email to confirm it. Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

    Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

    Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

    @tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

    @Plusnet How can you charge people extortionate amounts when they no longer have a contract with you?! Apparently it's cos I didn't cancel in time even though my contract has ended. And still they aren't cancelling it when I've already left!! Hoping to charge me more money?!!!?!

    @SkyUK @Plusnet repaired a fault within 24hrs to go with sky who wanted to charge me more an extra £5 to be precise for a worse call-out service yeh safe to say the door salesman was told to bolt.

    @DreyfusJames @OpenreachHelp Advised yesterday that Plusnet is ending its business broadband services and aims to switch me to BT. Having suffered from BT’s pathetic ‘service’ previously, and noted your comments in terms of the lack of improvement, I shall look elsewhere.

    @EricBear18 I have now TV broadband £22 a month, never had any issues with it at all (had countless issues with PlusNet so wouldn’t touch them again). O2 for phone, £20 a month sim free.

    @Plusnet, why are your customer services team so useless? Without internet since 21/12 & no update as to when it will be fixed despite assurances I would be updated. Still no clarity on when the issue will be resolved. "It's an MSO so nothing we can do" - not good enough!

    @Plusnet been without internet since 29th Dec due someone crashing in to & destroying the cable box - i’ve not received a single update from Plusnet. Yet BT and Sky customers are being kept updated - the fix has now been delayed to 13th Jan!! When will I receive compensation?
