@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

  • gillianography The Bio Copywriter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, Wales

Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

  • jmarcjones Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

My contract with #plusnet is due for renewal in August. I had an email to confirm it. Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

  • gillianography The Bio Copywriter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, Wales

A consistently good service is what would persuade me to stay #plusnet

Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

@veritysmart @Plusnet I am still chasing money taken randomly when I no longer have a service with them! I would avoid like the plague frankly

  • cnerual Darren Casey (@cnerual) reported

@Plusnet six days without a ported number and your customer service don't care. Really poor service

  • DocTriumph Doc Triumph (@DocTriumph) reported

Hey @plusnet, we have been without consistent broadband for 3 days now and I've narrowed it down to the router. Now we've had it a while since we've been with you but the website is incredibly obtuse about ordering a replacement. Help!

  • Bev_michelle7 💞 Bev 💞 (@Bev_michelle7) reported

@Plusnet here we go again! internet cutting out & so slow, & you have a nerve to increase this month's payments & onwards because of inflation and CPI. You're a disgusting company & i can't wait to get rid of you!

  • SkycladFox Sky (@SkycladFox) reported

Our @Plusnet broadband's been getting slower and spottier over the last few days, and today it's almost unusable, more off than on. Anyone else having this issue? Hopefully just a temporary one.

  • manceyy manceyy (@manceyy) reported

For now the 3rd time @Plusnet have cancelled my internet installation only telling me on the day it was due to happen - the original instillation date was well over a month and a half ago - awful service do not use

  • janis_eden Janis Eden (@janis_eden) reported

@Plusnet I have a HP 2540 printer which connected straightaway to my Sky broadband. I have been trying for 2 days to connect to my Plusnet router with no success. Is there an easy solution to this problem or should I switch back to Sky.

  • wilkinson_rich Richard Wilkinson (@wilkinson_rich) reported

@Plusnet Hi Adam, the open reach engineer couldn't fix the problem today after 2 hours of trying. It is apparently a problem of terminating the old line from previous residents and needs Plusnet to fix. He recommended a stop start order. Is that something you can help with?

  • DJade8888 DragonJade (@DJade8888) reported

@Plusnet Just got back from a holiday in Germany. Mobile data was horrifically slow 2G on O2 and Telecom networks. Next to completely useless. What's going on? "Roam Like at Home"? More like "Roam Like at Home In The 1990s".
