@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

  • gillianography The Bio Copywriter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, Wales

My contract with #plusnet is due for renewal in August. I had an email to confirm it. Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

Internet is slowing down from 10:30am @plusnet and doesn't work at full speed until early evening. While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

A consistently good service is what would persuade me to stay #plusnet

  • gillianography The Bio Copywriter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@gillianography) reported from Y Felinheli, Wales

Having some issues with my internet- buffering etc. Funny that because, call me cynical, but it's comes on the heels of an email saying my contract with #plusnet is up for renewal in August. If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

  • jmarcjones Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

  • HughNickHorne1 Hugh Nick Horne (@HughNickHorne1) reported

@stuffierescue Been with PlusNet for years, good customer service. That said, we're very rural, so I can't comment on whether they do excellent broadband speed.

  • jessop_j John Jessop (@jessop_j) reported

Trying to get sense from their chatbot Tobi is virtually impossible. Speaking to humans in customer service and being passed to someone else who supposedly tested my line was worse than frustrating. I never had this crap from old Plusnet.

  • dave1966uk dave1966uk 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 (@dave1966uk) reported

@Plusnet how to'call' when I have hearing problems? No email? No mobile or fibre here so trying to get ADSL but checker says call😔

@Plusnet When I made a complaint on Thursday, your advisor told me I would hear from you within 24 hours. Why have I not heard?

  • MarkBloxham66 Mark Bloxham (@MarkBloxham66) reported

@Plusnet I continue to have issues Internet sporadically goes off line talking to your AI chat bot now

  • KatieEvans13056 Katie Evans (@KatieEvans13056) reported

@Plusnet my download speeds are terrible, your advisors are rude and condescending, and nobody has got back to me about my complaint. It is terrible customer service and I want to leave but your exit fees are ridiculous.
