If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

I spoke to engineers who said itβs FTTP! Iβm hoping in the next 6 months Iβll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.
