@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet I’m 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said it’s FTTP! I’m hoping in the next 6 months I’ll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

  • jmarcjones Jon 🕷 (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales

@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Not enough competition and too much of a monopoly so no pressure to proceed / progress, that’s the problem and government not issuing fines for delays by @bt_uk We are well behind other countries! They laugh when we say our ‘superfast’ is 76mb tops! 😂

@MC1985FTW @Rob1nStanford I'm with Plusnet. Can't fault the service for reliability in our village but they are pricey.

@Plusnet If anyone wants to be persuaded out of their decision, you can give them a box to tick saying so. We’re adults, treat us as such. I didn’t have to talk to anyone to sign up.

@virginmedia unless you can organise for someone to call me, I'm contacting @plusnet to see how long it will take them to re-connect their service, which while not as fast on paper, was at least a service.

  • medicipopes Keith Gregory (@medicipopes) reported

@Plusnet Hello Plusnet, is the mobile signal down again in the rye area

  • MarcAlderman Marc Alderman (@MarcAlderman) reported

@Plusnet We have had Openreach vans crawling all over the local area recently and I can see that my property is now covered by BT FTTP. As a long term Plusnet customer (10 yrs or so I think) I am not keen to switch, so wanted to know if you will be offering FTTP service soon?
