I spoke to engineers who said itโs FTTP! Iโm hoping in the next 6 months Iโll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. Theyโre so bad Iโm moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
