Strangely enough I've had a rather less than perfect service since. If this is a ploy to get me to sign up again they're making a mistake. A consistently good service would be better.

They laugh when we say our โsuperfastโ is 76mb tops! ๐

Jon ๐ท (@jmarcjones) reported from Bethesda, Wales@tfoale @EnglishmanAdam @Plusnet Iโm 800 meters (as crow flies) from the nearest cabinet & on a FTTC service atm, but OpenReach have recently connected a new estate close to my home up. I spoke to engineers who said itโs FTTP! Iโm hoping in the next 6 months Iโll be able to get FTTP as well and cut out copper!

While I realise there a lot of people working from home, that Also includes myself. I may be forced to find another provider if this doesn't improve.

If this is how how they're gonna get me to stay they're making a big mistake.

But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?

Jude Elms (@JudeElms) reported@Plusnet Sky routers used to connect to my WiFi extender and work just fine Your Plusnet routers are awful, spotty connection at best, at least 2-3 times I have to wait 10+ minutes to reconnect. Was promised same speed yet I received slower less reliable internet.
