  • rp84 RP84 (@rp84) reported

@MartinSLewis @EE FTTC/VDSL 76Mbps. £30.39 a month inc. line rental. Not had an issue as yet. Was with @Plusnet but they wouldn't budge for even £1 a month to match.

  • HarveyLloyd_ Harvey Lloyd (@HarveyLloyd_) reported

@coupe_greg @MartinSLewis sorry lol i’m scrolling, basically i’m with plusnet and you should go to your router and get a paper clip and hold it into the reset hole, when the wifi is reset. this should fix your issue.

What are my rights. The Internet is unstable and WiFi is poor. Plusnet said they do not guarantee the WiFi & can only guarantee Internet speeds. The speed test is fine but the Internet is unreliable. I want to go elsewhere for a better service? Can I? #MartinLewis @MartinSLewis

  • joeypoey jo (@joeypoey) reported

@MartinSLewis Plusnet £23.99. No idea what speed but never had any problems. Used to have virgin and tv package but it was getting so expensive. We not have nowtv it’s so much cheaper.

  • Daveturner21 Dave Turner (@Daveturner21) reported

@MartinSLewis My broadband is temperamental. Wired or wireless. Plusnet keep saying its fine. 3 times I've complained and 3 times its improved within days. Few weeks down the line its terrible again. Some times we can't even use WiFi and have to change phones onto 4g....

  • pyxiebell 🧚🏻‍♀️ (@pyxiebell) reported

Imagine I got a new hub like a month ago and it’s so bad I have to reset it once or twice a day and can’t get any signal from the room next to the hub. What is that about @plusnet

  • andylouscott Andrea Scott (@andylouscott) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I can’t believe I’m going to have to pay for my daughter to have extra data on her phone so she can finish her Uni assignments because you take days to fix her internet connection 😡 she can’t even use the library because of lockdown. 🤬

  • 1AUH Jeremy BC (@1AUH) reported

@MartinSLewis £36.52 a month Plusnet, two years, standard broadband, often lose connection. Also two mobile phones with giffgaff, but signal very poor here, so we need a landline.

  • MrCraigMorgan Craig Morgan (@MrCraigMorgan) reported

@MartinSLewis £16 a month for 18 months after cashback and prepaid MasterCard for fibre with Plusnet. I’ve only just taken it out. I won’t pay more than £20 a month if I can help it.
