So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

Can load pages and messages, but very slow and laptop says it isn't connected. Have globe icon in the corner. Updates will not run. Says no connection on Ethernet either.

Any chance of the referendums? (@TafftheVoice) reported@LouiseScottACTS Plusnet. Aside from I pay Β£18 p/m for fast (ultimately BT) broadband, the customer service is great. Speak to a human pretty instantly.
