Transfer date was yesterday and I called today and now itβs another 3 weeks or so! No apology or anything. What a great way to treat new customers. Maybe I should cancel.

So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.
