So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.
