So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
