@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet broadband outage in street. BT, Sky, Zen provide decent customer service to neighhours. Plusnet still haven't confirmed my problem is going to be fixed. Shockingly bad service.

@Plusnet broadband has been down since Monday and there’s no resulution yet. Helpline isn’t helpful either. We work from home and suffering. Can we get an expedited response or else what’s plan for compensation as we’re having to purchase other internet packs while we wait?
