    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @RageDarling I've had surprisingly good customer service experiences with Plusnet. And (shock horror) TalkTalk! If I had gigabit Internet available to my building (it's in my street, just not available for my building 😤) then I would probably go for @Hyperoptic

    . @Plusnet I'd actually love to know what training your teams get re disability because it seems very clear it's not working. It is NEVER ok to ask a customer to reveal their disability/why they need accommodations - that's 101 basic #Ableism

    . @Plusnet the irony of all this is that I'm trying to LEAVE your terrible service. If you'd just make everything accessible online this could've been done in minutes! Instead it's been an hour of panic attacks and crying, and now waiting <4 hrs for a manager call 😤🙄

    @Plusnet is there a service issue tonight. Broadband has been cut off since midnight and no way of contacting anyone.

    @Plusnet Can you confirm that it’ll take until tomorrow for our service to ‘switch on’ as a new customer? Our hub is just sitting on orange… what is “seamless” about being without internet for 24 hours in the age of working from home?? Useless.
