@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet My appointment been missed past 1pm and Plusnet are saying their system is down to actually get any info from Openreach. How am I supposed to remote access live IT Systems if my connection has dropped out 7 times this morning? Issue ongoing since the end of April.

@claudelittner @TalkTalk Customer loyalty means nothing to companies these days. I swap broadband and phone every 12-18 months for a decent deal. Normally Plusnet and NowTV broadband I swap between as they have both proved reliable for me.
