@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet Do you know about any issues in AL2 St Albans area? Usually we have 4-5 bars of signal but the last couple of days it’s 1 bar max. Having problems running my business with customers going to voicemail without the phone even ringing. Thanks

@Plusnet poor show! Having to call 4 times over last two days to get account cancelled properly and refund sorted after we thought cancellation was done in July only for you to be taking money for the last 4 months due to not doing job properly!! 40 mins on and off hold! 😡
