    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @Plusnet Not very good customer service. Have the question twice now yesterday and today. What is the problem with the network in CM1 2HS area A response would be nice been a customer for several years now expect a better service

    @Plusnet worst service ever,been on hold for nearly 2 hours and no response.I am on hold to speak to somebody in business department.Our business broadband was meant to start today and no response from them.Aweful# worst

    @david62u3 Thanks David, I'm sorry to see that it's still a bit up and down. Please can you turn your router off for at least 15 seconds and then back on? Please allow 24 hours for it to settle after that and let me know whether the speed issues continue. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞
