@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@GaryWilliamsIT We do have proper FTTC coming soon so I would consider paying more for a decent connection. We get a fairly consistent 65Mbs with Plusnet (whose service has been good and very consistent) - this is Lindfield / Haywards Heath area

I've been trying to order @Plusnet for the last hour and customer service is so bad I'm tempted not to bother. Waited ten minutes to speak to someone, the line was cut off and the advisor didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

@Oneshowywoman Plusnet...there's a 14 cooling off period and it's only an 18mnth contract, so if I'm not happy I can jump. And as soon as @three get their HUB in this area I'll change to that. I never use the landline anyway.

@phoenixbaggie @mikehemm Plusnet offer decent prices but are owned by the devil (BT). Utility Warehouse do good deals but never really show prices. These two have decent support, the rest are much of muchnesses with crap support. If you dont need huge speed go for 36Mbs and save a couple extra quid.

@plusnet Hi. My plusnet mobile consistently fails to make or take calls. They drop after 1 ring or 1-2 secs of call despite good signal. Having to use landlines for most calls now. Can you help please?
