@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet So disappointed today. No working Internet, thrown off the phone line without being able to speak to anyone, and text support which was supposed to give me a call within 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I moved to PlusNet for the customer service, just disappointed.

Come on @Plusnet why is the whole country not being provided a service today....no official statement of why you are down and thank goodness for mobile hotspot on works mobile phone.....
