  @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

  @lucywilsdon Hi Lucy, I can confirm that BT would never make calls to customers on our behalf. If you've had a call claiming to be from BT it's likely that it was an attempted scam call. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞
