Bri 💙 (@OriginalBigBri) reported@Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?

Just Me (@__Cappo__) reported@Plusnet are you trying to get rid of old F9 mail customers by lifting the spam filter? Been a customer for >25 years, the amount of junk mail I get these days, with the highest setting on your portal, is ridiculous.

El Gato (@CravenRavenism) reported@Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

Dog off the leash. (@paulturner2012) reportedPlusnet asking for my home phone number as security after they have already withdrawn home phone service. Are they ***************? Now realise they are owned by BT. That explains it.
